My experience has not been positive. The workers left behind lots of messes. They left black fingerprints everywhere. The plumbing was severely blocked. My toilets backed up into the tub, sink, etc. The plumbing had to be worked on twice. The tree in the front had to be replaced more than once. The garage paint is peeling since I moved in. The carpet has paint drops left by the workers in every room. The nails were sticking up and had to be fixed. There's paint on the frosted window in the bathroom and I have been asked to clean it myself! The bathroom floors and shower have silicone ...

Sales: Taylor in our community was great. He was eager and great to work with. He did a great job of explaining everything to us, the process and all that jazz. He also steered us in the way of things he would personally recommend rather than what was the most expensive. He was always responsive and helpful to get us the attention we need. Design: overwhelming! Pulte actually did a great job and emailed us over the PDFs so we had an idea of the features we wanted to see and look at. Once you close the home, there is no follow up to complete punch list items.

Make sure you get everything completed before you close. Once you sign off, all the promises to get punch list items correct fly out of the window. I am now on month 2 and its like pulling teeth to get a response from anyone. When I do get a response, more promises that are not fullfilled.

The priority is house is closed (or) not. They don't care about the buyers. what issues they will have (or) not ? Example: they will give u 0 wood like ties. They will not give you extra bricks, paint ...issues after reporting will be addressed later ..Quality of construction is also not upto the expectation...They can do much better.

We bought a Pulte home in Gramercy Park. Due to market conditions we did this via a virtual walkthrough with our realtor. There are many pro's & cons to the house & the builder. Ensuring all systems work fine before closing

Some items are half complete, Pulte to ensure all items are working fine before handing over, For eg, Irrigation systems are not working fine in almost all houses closed, Lot of heater/AC issues. Paid upgrades are not done in some cases.

seles rep was GREAT, the tour of the neighbohood really nice too, the visit to the desing center was very nice and easy however once they started actually building it all went to crap project manger was terrible, his ownership of mistakes and poor workmanship was close to not existent! zero attention to detail - multiple closing reschedules, poor attitude and responsivenes to issues, aweful expreince it seemed like he was working for the tradesmen as if they were paying him and i wasnt the customer whose oppinion and work he should be taking into consoderation....

Rushed Job!!

Ever heard the saying, “The devil is in the details,”? Well it’s so true for this house. It is evident in every aspect of this home that this was a rushed, careless job. From large chunks of debris being found in the yard that they laid sod over, to missing chunks of sub floor underneath the laid carpet, to paint stains all over the wood look tile floors and in our black granite sink. We have baseboards that have chunks of wood missing that were painted over and not repaired. Flickering lights in the powder room. I see many issues after my closing date and I discover new ones everyday. You need yo make sure that your craftsmanship is high quality. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I have the switch of disposer in my cabinet. But why? I have unpainted portion of a wall. I had a door that was impossible to lock now I can lock it but door has a bad alignment now. Please make sure you pay particular attention to details.

Never trust the Construction manager. He will hurry you up in signing the paperwork before buying. Beware. We made a mistake of believing him and signing the papers. Pkease get inspection done. He will try to get you and intimidate you in not getting the inspection done telling you that you don't have to get it done. I still have the recordings of all e conversations I had with him. We are having so many issues with the house. They will take forever to get back with you

UNRELIABLE! I hoped he would be different from all the others I've worked with, but sadly, he's not. I believed he would stand by his word, but he turned out to be just as dishonest as the salesman I was dealing with and his manager. It feels like everyone in this organization is colluding to mislead and deceive buyers, and it's truly disheartening.

My experience with Pulte has been extremely poor. It started with delays due to the pandemic which I understand but then there was a sudden rush to close by 9/30 on the last day of the quarter. The house was not ready at the time of the quality walkthrough but the field manager rushed the fixes by himself so that closing could go through. I was told that a lot of the issues will be sorted within the first 30 days but that 30 day walk just ended up being a lesson in Pulte warranty coverage and I got a very good sense of Pulte’s approach to customer experience. They are building so fast they don't have time for any issues that come up. We waited a month for an electrical issue to be fixed, never have received touch up paint, yard wasn't inspected after freeze during winter for plants/grass that died. Paid top dollar for a house that is mediocre at best.

Community- Friendly neighbors, Amenities- did not get a chance to check so far. Commute- Poor. Add extra 10-15 minutes each way during rush hour to navigate to community from HWY 380. It is worse on weekends. Timely completion- VERY POOR. Took 11 months to complete( Not 100% complete) to close. Promised to complete in six months by sales people when signing. Sales Experience: Do your home work before picking the options, the day you sign you have to select Structural options. Stick to your budget, don't get carried away by looking at the model homes.
