Worksmanship can be iffy, but the builders will fix anything wrong/poorly done promptly.

This house was everything I was expecting it to be. Quality, fit/finish, are superb IMO. Sales person was very knowledgeable. Foreman ensured everything was on par and fixed promptly if any issues arose even before final walk through.

Very pleased with all aspects of the home we had built. Josh the contractor was great as was everyone involved in the process. Very satisfied.

I am very pleased with the work Pulte did in building my new home. The builder Jimmy was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process smooth and seemless. Pulte in general from the initial sales process and design center, to the loan financing and closing process made my experience a good one.

Overall the experience was very stressful and not very exciting. Lots of problems from the beginning all the way through the closing and still dealing with isssues almost 2 months after closing. The contractors that Pulte uses leave a lot to be desired. Don't think I would ever build a new home again. Not a good experience.

From the day we walked the model we knew Pulte was who we wanted to build with. From sales to design to construction, all Pulte employees were professional and truly cared about our home buying experience. Josh, construction manager, took time to explain anything we needed week after week (sometimes over and over) and really helped us feel comfortable from the day the first nail went in to the day we got our keys. Working with Pulte Mortgage was our only hiccup, but they give you credit toward the house if you use them so I guess customer service can drop a bit. Despite this issue I still have a great respect for the Pulte brand. If I could give advice to any potential buyer, just ask questions! If they don't want to answer it or can't, you don't want to build a house with them. The openness and responsiveness of Pulte is why we never had doubts about our new home! ... More

The good - the build quality was generally good. It's been a month since I moved in and I see the quality and workmanship are comparatively good to homes that I had researched. The bad and the ugly - 1) I was cheated in the options package. I opted in for a smart home package which included among other things a smart garage door opener. This item along with the smart door lock were the only items which warranted the price quoted. I later learnt from neighbors that the smart garage door opener was standard and was installed even if we don't opt for the smart home package. I was never given an answer and no response was given as I found this late in the game just a couple of weeks before closing. Please do your due diligence - talk to neighbors before believing Pulte. 2) Since the day I've moved in I noticed that there was water that was continuously draining from my water meter into the drain in the streets. I made multiple calls to the builder. Though he came in to check on it a couple of times, he was unable to fix it and told me that it was a "mystery" to him. When I wanted to escalate as so much water was wasted and I had to pay the water bill - he lied to me saying the city had emailed him saying Pulte had to pay the bills until the issue was fixed. It's been > 50 days since I closed and the water still keeps flowing into the drain 24*7 with no end in sight. I would've never bought a home from them had i known this was the kind of service I'd expect ... More

We had an awesome experience! Our builder, Jason, was amazing throughout every step of the process.

I should have been able to have a 5-Star experience if only I wouldn't have found discrepancies such as sheetrock tape coming through the paint in my dining room, screws that won't go all the way into the hinges in the master bedroom, water spouts that terminate at my front door entrance, and bath tubs that flooded. The worst part is that after weeks of having reported this, only the tubs were fixed because the Plumbing contractor has been more responsive than Pulte. Extremely dissatisfying experience and very disappointing that Pulte has not taken interest in fixing these problems with the enthusiasm and sense of urgency that they showed when taking my money. ... Note where phone jacks, towel racks, laundry room shelf etc., are to be located. More attention to minor, but important details. Some are non-existent or very inconvenient.

Having lived in the home for just a couple of months we are very pleased. The detail work is very good and the house is solidly built. The best thing about building with Pulte is the outstanding level of communication and support during and after the build. Pulte has been very responsive and has corrected anything that we asked be addressed, even well after the deal was done. We would definitely consider Pulte homes.

From sales to closing everyone delivered on what was expected and promised

Love how well built the house is structurally. The finish work is lacking however. Paint spots, overspray, rough baseboards etc... The final 2-3 weeks seemed rushed - and it shows.

Recently i got a inventory house at Dallas. It is nicely built. only the worry part is, it does not provide clean or smooth finish on some of the stuff. Pulte claims they are not custom grade but production grade builder, so smooth finish will be missing in some edges etc.

I really enjoyed working with Tanner. Tanner is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and took immediate actions to fix what needed to be fixed.

Love our new home and had a great experience building it with Pulte. We lived close by while it was being built and continually popped by to see it! The job site was always clean and looked great. That might seem like something small but I felt like Pulte was taking good care of something so meaningful to me.

Our experience building with Pulte Homes has been amazing. From sales to building to closing, they went above and beyond to make sure we were always satisfied and happy. They get five stars in our book!

Steven and Kyle have made the process of buying a home easy. They both are very personable and take the time to explain everything . They are both very responsive and willing to assist to resolve any items/issues needed. I have purchased homes before, and this has been the best so far!

I'm two months into owning my Home and I still have issues that have not been resolved. The house does look very nice as long as you don't look to close. When we first recieved our home most of our counter tops are dirty or have scraps all around the edges. Our stair way still has unpainted spots. they are small so its not the biggest deal but it shows a lack of attention to detail. Our Gas line for the heater was never even turned on! We had to find out the hard way that our heater didn't work by freezing in our home the first time it became cold out here. Our waps where not installed correctly, but they did get repaired quickly. There is a dip on the out side of our home where water just builds up and makes a small lake Not sure if that is gonna cause issues later. Our Garage door opener has still not been fixed despite them sending people to repair it three times now. In the end we made certain selections for our home that would make it hard pressed to be a ugly home. We may have just been unlucky but the dirty home in the beginning and there was also tons of trash in our back and front yard. Just seems like they didn't put in the effort you would expect for such an expensive home. I wouldn't recommend Pulte at this time. ... More
