We love our new home and would recommend Pulte to friends and family. The only issue that we've had is a bush in the front yard was dead on our final walk through and our builder said he would get a new one and that's yet to happen and it's been almost 2 months. Other than that we had a great experience.

What type of options will satisfy your household needs. their homes are ahead of the competition in innovation! You will notice this immediately when you walk into a model home! Ask questions...lots of them!

Sales Consultant and Construction Manager are Very trustworthy.

We looked at communities and different builders before buying an inventory home built by Pulte. We have people we know that are having MAJOR structural and other serious problems with the other builders. We had a third party home inspection done and our inspector said that our home was one of the best-wellbuilt-homes he had inspected. This gave us a great deal of comfort with our decision! We have NOT been disappointed!

They were very detailed and the field managers were great. They were quick to respond to any concerns or issues.

Highly professional! Deliver to the promise and no side discussions. Best part is they are not fluid in accepting anything and everything that the customer may want but instead stick to their corporate quality and design standards!

From beginning to end we were always treated with respect and kindness throughout the building process. Anytime we had concerns about something we were quickly responded to and all our worries were eased. First time buyers so we had lots of worries but everything went smoothly

The overall experience did take some time. Going with the builder lender did have its set backs as communication was a major issue. The overall build is good. Seem as if some things were rushed. Little things didn’t get picked up and we had to go back and fix them during the walk through and 30 day inspection. Neighborhood is greAt. Lincoln the builder is a good guy helped with lots of issues and fixed them all.

Chose to pick a ground-up construction choosing my own options. All was fine during design process. Not many options or customizable IMO. The build process was a full-time job that I was not expecting. I was there 3-4x a week spending 30-45mins each visit to ensure the structural portion was built correctly. Pointed out many issues and received a ton of push back from the Field Manager. At one point, had to contact the Field Manager's Boss to get resolved. They will make changes to the floor plan without informing you and also take shortcuts throughout the build-out. Luckily for me, there were two other houses with the same floor plan being built at the same time that I could compare to and point out to the Field Manager. Timing of the complete build was on-time. Quality of the build is a 6 out of 10. I would rate it a 4 out of 10 had I not been persistent on having them fix issues such as paint drips, poor alignment of switches and canned lights, uneven entry ways, sloppy grouting, and sloppy staining of handrails that bled onto paint. Had to delay closing date cause they were rushing to finish the touch ups, but were still sloppy. Overall, I'm satisfied with the house as it was completed to the "best of their ability". Do not like front end garage, gives home a tacky look. Mail boxes should be in front of homes. Not in central location like a apartment complex. Some of us seniors may be able to walk to mailboxes or do not to get in cars to get mail.

With so many bad reviews out there with no home builders, it can be a daunting task to pick the right one. Luckily for my family, we chose correctly. From the initial interaction with Brian in the sales office to the Pulte Mortgage team, then to final closing and corrections with Grant, all was handled professionally and efficiently. Yes, there were some issues with closing and after but Pulte stood behind their home and came out to make corrections even after closing. I highly recommend Pulte Auburn Hills.

Responsiveness started off strong but got a little frustrating towards the end and after closing.

The walls are extremely thin. You can carry on conversations from one side of the house to another without raising your voice. And you don't have to bother going upstairs to talk to someone.. they can hear you right thru the floors. They could do a better job keeping the other construction sites clean. I've never seen houses under construction with so much mess around before. Other than that, it's nice being in a new house with new appliances. I'll definitely do more research into wall quality before I build another new house.

The building process was on time, the floor plan is beautiful, design center options were affordable. Also Pulte Mortgage was very helpful and professional.

Sales people were knowledgeable and friendly. Building foremen who handles the building process were fantastic as well. They listened and reacted quickly to your needs. Closing was quick and easy with no popup surprises.
