Pulte Homes Reviews in Dallas, TX

Recently i got a inventory house at Dallas. It is nicely built. only the worry part is, it does not provide clean or smooth finish on some of the stuff. Pulte claims they are not custom grade but production grade builder, so smooth finish will be missing in some edges etc.

I really enjoyed working with Tanner. Tanner is very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and took immediate actions to fix what needed to be fixed.

Love our new home and had a great experience building it with Pulte. We lived close by while it was being built and continually popped by to see it! The job site was always clean and looked great. That might seem like something small but I felt like Pulte was taking good care of something so meaningful to me.

Our experience building with Pulte Homes has been amazing. From sales to building to closing, they went above and beyond to make sure we were always satisfied and happy. They get five stars in our book!

Steven and Kyle have made the process of buying a home easy. They both are very personable and take the time to explain everything . They are both very responsive and willing to assist to resolve any items/issues needed. I have purchased homes before, and this has been the best so far!

I'm two months into owning my Home and I still have issues that have not been resolved. The house does look very nice as long as you don't look to close. When we first recieved our home most of our counter tops are dirty or have scraps all around the edges. Our stair way still has unpainted spots. they are small so its not the biggest deal but it shows a lack of attention to detail. Our Gas line for the heater was never even turned on! We had to find out the hard way that our heater didn't work by freezing in our home the first time it became cold out here. Our waps where not installed correctly, but they did get repaired quickly. There is a dip on the out side of our home where water just builds up and makes a small lake Not sure if that is gonna cause issues later. Our Garage door opener has still not been fixed despite them sending people to repair it three times now. In the end we made certain selections for our home that would make it hard pressed to be a ugly home. We may have just been unlucky but the dirty home in the beginning and there was also tons of trash in our back and front yard. Look of house out side is important as well as inside and sights have to be at list 60 x 130 better landscape in front and back of the home

Get the rain shower, you won't regret it.

We love our new home and would recommend Pulte to friends and family. The only issue that we've had is a bush in the front yard was dead on our final walk through and our builder said he would get a new one and that's yet to happen and it's been almost 2 months. Other than that we had a great experience.

Do your research! Carefully decide what you are looking for in a house, 1 story or a 2 story. What type of options will satisfy your household needs. their homes are ahead of the competition in innovation! You will notice this immediately when you walk into a model home! Ask questions...lots of them!

Sales Consultant and Construction Manager are Very trustworthy.

We looked at communities and different builders before buying an inventory home built by Pulte. We have people we know that are having MAJOR structural and other serious problems with the other builders. We had a third party home inspection done and our inspector said that our home was one of the best-wellbuilt-homes he had inspected. This gave us a great deal of comfort with our decision! We have NOT been disappointed!

They were very detailed and the field managers were great. They were quick to respond to any concerns or issues.

Highly professional! Deliver to the promise and no side discussions. Best part is they are not fluid in accepting anything and everything that the customer may want but instead stick to their corporate quality and design standards!
