Amazing sales and closing process... No hidden fees, issues and the sales quote including closing costs was within 100.00 of final close numbers.. we researched Pulte for almost 2 years before buying and we are glad we went with Pulte. Our home is wonderful and the sales, title and warranty teams are phenomenal.

Amazing Customer Service! Everyone has been great. Angel helped me through the sales process, Heather went above & beyond in my closing, & Lincoln did the same when it came to initial move-in issues. He responded within minutes each time I called him - even on the weekend - & he ensured that every issue was addressed. I have only had to contact Jessica (in Customer Care) once; however, I was impressed with her quick response and follow through. I have had a wonderful experience with Pulte

I love my house because of the design quality and everything.

Building a home is a big deal and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our new home and how supportive the team at Pulte was during the process. From Larry at sales to Michelle in design to Clint in construction (who is a rock star) to Susan in Customer Care, they all put their clients first and strive for excellence. You need to argue any warranty items. Finding the cheapest way to fix an issue without actually fixing the issue.

Need improvement on transparent communication during pricing and interest rate negotiation.

Overall not bad but many things not completed and they said they would complete after closing. Still waiting on items to be finished. House was not properly cleaned and dusted prior to moving in.

This was my first home so you guys pushed us to the limit on preparing to buy but it was a great experience. I showed me what can be accomplished with hard work and dedication to the cause. Everyone that assisted us in the process was professional and made this a great experience for me and my family. Thanks.

They quickly respond, and they schedule visits shortly after reporting anything. They'll have been friendly.

My initial buying process was great. Working with Taylor was amazing, she’s patient and extremely kind! She answered all questions and a million emails! After closing, I’ve been with my care manager Agustin, he’s just as amazing. Came out at our 30 day, and has since made himself available for any questions and/or concerns we’ve had about the home. He’s fixed/replaced anything that was broken or incorrect from the original build that was missed. Couldn’t ask for anyone better!

sales agent is only working for commission and never care or communicate about the changes in commitment to the buyer. very irresponsible and not trust worthy. As a first time home buyer, I had worst experience with the sales agent that I went through. because of such agents, pulte gets bad reputation.

Very satisfied with the experience with Pulte. Everything was very transparent and well informed. Chris part of sales team was very co-operative and informed us on all important updates on timely manner. Construction manager (Alejandra) made sure house is built with highest standards. Thank you both for seemless experience.

I was literally cheated with Sales Person. I was not told when i am signing a contract. I bought a corner lot and charged $10000 extra for lot premium saying that i would get extra fencing in back and sixe yard. After construction they mentioned that lot was key-locked lot and dont get any extension for my corner lot. Sakes guy simply said sorry.

Project engineer Keith was great. Kept me informed on all construction updates and with pictures.

While it may have been a spec home (very well appointed, I might add), we were still treated with the utmost care and concern. Everyone from the sales, mortgage, and insurance team(s) did a fantastic job of ensuring we were well informed, comfortable with our purchase, and valued as a customer! The warranty team is also fantastic; easy to reach and responsive. The whole experience has been leaps and bounds better than our previous experience with another builder.

Door handles came off for several doors within few days itself , several doors don’t shut fully unless pushed manually.

Kevin did a great job on our home. He was very patient and explained everything to us. He also proactively updated us throughout the process. Will highly recommend.

Overall a great experience with a professional caring team esp TJ !!!!!,Felicia !!!!! and Isabelle!!!!! So blessed to have these people in particular assist me with the home purchase. They are a great Pulte team.

The overall experience was good. There was a few things at closing that could have given us a better experience, but overall this was a successful purchase.
