Pulte gave us a great finished product we love our home and neighborhood

Overall very happy with experience at Pulte. The construction manager stayed on top of the whole project, communicated very well and addressed any concerns raised. Although there were some minor issues within the first couple of weeks, they were addressed very quickly. It was a much different and better experience than that of a competitor in the same community of Inspiration.

We bought our new home from Pulte and absolutely love it. That’s just right size and saves on energy. The manager construction so professionally to quick response any questions and helpful sale staff. We’re so amazed at the quality and value we have in our new home. I love recommending Pulte home to anyone I can!

Not very impressed

All the managers were very helpful throughout the entire process.

Too many negative happened during construction. Not the slightest bit of cooperation from the building side. Landscaping was a complete joke. Only positive results were from the sales, design and mortgage areas.

I love my new Pulte home. The team has always been quick to respond and has provided great customer service throughout the entire process.

Let me begin with a positive, our location contact person Laura has been a huge help in the home building process and has gone to bat for us more than once. Our builder Lincoln has also been helpful and patient with us as well. My major issue is the quality of the products and the workmanship. We were very excited to purchase a new home in an area we love, but I am still waiting on actually enjoying my new home without finding something wrong. Typically it's little things you would feel silly pointing out, like spackle left on an outlet or portions of wall that may have only gotten one coating of paint rather than two, caulking that is missing in spots or was not properly applied, or a scratched up stainless steel sink. There are bigger issues (like the master bedroom heating up at night if the door is closed because the AC is not flowing properly) that we have complained about and are in the process of being fixed. But my issue is, THIS IS A BRAND NEW HOUSE! After putting so much money and thought into this new home, I am not completely happy with what we received. Don't get me wrong if you don't pay attention to details Pulte is fantastic, but if you sweat the small stuff, I would look elsewhere. ... More

We had the most amazing experience, from buying the home with Alejando, to watching it go up with Our builder Al. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result.

Overall, I had a good experience with Pulte. Our sales person was great to work with and more importantly, we love our new home! The floor plans are nice and it was the right house for us. My only advice, if you are building from scratch, is to make sure that you are involved in very step of the construction /build as much as you can. There were times that we caught some mistakes in the construction. We pointed these out and they were rectified, but my point being we caught them in time. Once you are close to the closing date it will be harder to get these corrected. Best of luck!

Larry at the sales office was exceptional of great assistance in explaining every stage of this sales process down to the closing. I am satisfied with his service and would always refer home buyers tobhis office.

Pulte homes will build a quality product if you MAKE them. That may sound odd because there quality standards that they must always meet, but believe me. If you have an experienced and organized field manager, things will go well. If not, you as the buyer will have to ensure things are being done appropriately. If you do not stay on top of the process (that means visiting every day or every other day), then something will be wrong and the contractors will cover it up. Plain and simple. The construction of my home actually went very well initially. Towards the end, I ran into many issues, including a major issue of flooding from a punctured pipe. It wasn’t the pipe puncture that was the issue because things like that happen, but the incredibly slow response to the problem was terrible. Ultimately due to issues with the field manager and contractors, a leak led to 2 weeks of no response, which led to mold being in the home, then more mold being found after the initial mold abatement was “completed”. There are a lot more details there that will be too long to type, but understand that I would have moved into a molded home with water damaged drywall. It took emails and phone calls to corporate staff to get some sort of movement. Now, there is a lot of good with Pulte homes. There were timely weekly updates on construction (when you have a good field manager), the sales consultants at the model home are top notch. They were like family to me and I never at one point felt like I was just another number or sale. I still keep in touch with the sales team. I can’t speak for all sales consultants, but mine in particular is very good, empathetic and trustworthy. I can’t say enough good things about him. I formed a good relationship with Pulte mortgage after a rocky start. I will say that if you as the consumer don’t do your homework when it comes to interest rates, you will not get the best rate. Pulte will match any rate that you get from other lenders. Ensure that you attempt to get other rates. Pulte won’t offer you the best rate initially. That is a fact. I will say that I was hoping to give Pulte 5 stars, but that is not possible. I will still recommend them over other brands, but there will always be a disclaimer accompanying my recommendation due to the issues I encountered. Nice home builder. Missed minor details but overall good quality.

We moved into our new home in June 2019 in Garland, Texas. It's a nice neighborhood and is in a good location. The supportive staff has provided a quick response to issues so far. I would recommend Pulte who are in search of a new home.

Our house looks amazing at first glance, but we have noticed a lot of painting and workmanship issues. Mark has been very responsive to any repairs we have requested.

We were treated great by the sales agent, the design center and even the title company. We felt our construction builder, Al, was subpar as he did not catch a lot of simple things that were not right. He had a bad attitude anytime I tried to talk to him and he did not return an email until after we moved into our house. It’s very obvious to me now that when you buy a house you are paying for the construction builder and his or her desire to perfect your house. In this case we don’t feel like we got a perfected house but only a barely above par house.

Everything was 5 stars

Pulte homes are a good value. The neighborhood is great, quiet and safe.

We are very pleased with our home. It has the space and features we absolutely love!

We purchased the Mooreville Plan from Pulte. The home has good features and the finishes are of a high quality. Overall we are satisfied with our choice.
