I wish I could give this more positive review. Initial Purchase: Plain. Nothing special to speak of. Our sales agent was very lackadaisical. Could care less if we bought or not. Design and options selection: stressful experience. Very rushed and not enough time given to make informed and carefully weighed selections. During the build: this might have been the only fun part. Did receive regular updates on what was happening week after week. Final Inspection: this was a hot mess. The Builder was not prepared even after given 4 weeks notice. Lots of "critical" problems identified by our inspector. Quality of home: I've been in this house for 2 months and I can hear the plywood creaking when I walk on the second floor and up and down the stairs. Many of the 2x4s within the framework of the house are in poor shape (black). The quality of materials used for this home is terrible. Value of home: What I have for what I spent is sad. I would have expected a whole lot more for almost $450K. Builders team: this team was divided into two people . One person was communicative and helpful, the other wasn't and just simply did not deliver. If I had to answer the question, did they do what they promised? That answer would be no. Did they respond to me in a timely fashion? Yes Would I buy from this Builder again? Absolutely not. No accountability for the subcontractors. Sloppy and hurried work is apparent throughout. ... Sales and financing were great, very helpful. I am dissapointed in the quality of the home. The details are very sloppy and unfinished in some areas. Already having to submit a warranty claim and I have only lived there for a month.

Overall, it’s been an ok experience. I’ve had to have a few things fixed that I don’t think should have been necessary.

Overall quality is good. Service to fix warranty claims has been fast when needed.

Issues have been slow to get resolved post move in.

Over all it’s good.

Check the paint in all rooms for different colors in the same room and different gloss. Check carpet, our carpet has paint all over it, paint overspray. Material and workmanship on trim boards.

Can’t seem to get issues that were supposed to be fixed prior to closing fixed over 1 month later.

We have been extremely happy with our Pulte home. Our builder kept us informed throughout the construction process and ensure our house was built to his high standards. We have been very impressed with the energy efficiency, smart appliances as well as the fit and finish. Any issues identified have been resolved quickly by our builder.

The service provided by Pulte is very satisfactory.

Corey has been very nice and responsive. We have a few more items outstanding but I feel confident that everything will be resolved.
