I raised a ticket with customer service for uneven surface in by backyard and the drain holes are too deep inside. Warranty manger came here to inspect but didn't took any action on my backyard, I raised the ticket even before the warranty period. After few days I raised the ticket to fix the backyard and Ron stopped by and had as look and we came to an agreement that my lawn need to be fixed but later on he said that he is not going fix it because my 30 day warranty is completed but I raised the ticket with in 30 days. If you guys can help me in this it will be great because I paid premium to the lot but still after that I got uneven backyard. This is our second home with Pulte. Jane, Joseph, and Savannah made the experience wonderful! Jane helped us choose between the various exterior design and brickwork types, and gave us honest feedback when helping us choose which options and packages would best suit our needs. Joseph was very thorough on explaining things when taking us on walkthroughs of the home, and was quick to address and fix defects we found while it was under construction. Savannah was very accommodating of our busy schedule, and offered example photos and design recommendations that we were very thankful for. Overall, we’re pleased with the build quality of our new home. However, we are quite disappointed with the finishing touches and the cleanliness prior to handover, especially for a brand-new build. The final details seemed rushed, lacking the attention to quality we expected. We still have several outstanding service requests with the customer care manager and look forward to having these issues addressed. Our construction manager was consistently polite and punctual, contributing to a generally positive home-building experience, even though the final presentation left much to be desired. I’m not a fan of overly critical feedback, and the positive aspects of the process certainly outweigh the issues. So, as long as the outstanding issues are resolved, I’d still be happy to recommend Pulte to others. ... More

Cameron and his team have been on top of things during and after our closing. He would catch and repair any overlooked flaws after construction. His professionalism really gave us a peace of mind during the process.

UNRELIABLE! I hoped he would be different from all the others I've worked with, but sadly, he's not. I believed he would stand by his word, but he turned out to be just as dishonest as the salesman I was dealing with and his manager. It feels like everyone in this organization is colluding to mislead and deceive buyers, and it's truly disheartening.

Pulte mortgage is manipulating people right and left giving 7 higher interest rate where market rate is below 6 and then give $10,000 which they use to buy down the rate.

Overall, it is good experience, I'm happy with my new home and encourage future buyers to trust their instincts.

Purchasing a home with has been terrible and nightmare experience. Don’t fall into the trap what was promised was not given .there are so many best builders out there go with them . Completely disheartened.

Pulte homes are average. Lots of things they can update especially in the design center. In regards to the loan that was all good. Warranty is where it seems to be slow. I’ve been dealing with an issue since moving in and still no resolution. It’s inconvenient and now playing a waiting game.

Very friendly, responsive and customer focused team. The customer support manager has visited the house to check on items, and followed up with the third party contractor to ensure the sprinkler system, lawn is taken care for. Very impressed with the support system in place.

It was great experience with Pulte.

Pulte Homes should provide high-quality wood for the backyard fence, as the current wood used is very low and cheap in quality. Additionally, pre-plumbing requests should be addressed before construction begins, as it will be difficult to set up an outdoor kitchen later on. It is also important to include a cloth rack or shoe rack in the owner's suite closet during construction. Furthermore, there have been air cracks appearing in the bricks within one month after closing

I can go on and on about the horrible experience from the process of applying to the quality of the home. Worst builder ever. I honestly should have bought a highland home.

Process went well, easy to work with. Pulte mortgage is no where near the most competitive but they will counter with competitors offers, so be sure to shop around. Design center options are limited but home is very nice. No issues

We were moving from out of state so just really felt like we were forgotten or intentionally pushed to the side because of that. We had delay on top of delay, which we understand happens in construction and wasn’t 100% Pulte’s fault, but they way they handled it left us feeling very discouraged and nervous. We had a really poor experience with our sales guy who called us every day before putting the earnest money down and then rarely heard from unless prompted by us during the building process. Our construction manager was great and super friendly! We still had a few issues that never got resolved but she was prompt in responding and helped us feel like at least she cared. Long story short, closing got pushed back so far we had to start our jobs here so we’re in hotels and moldy airbnbs, and even that didn’t seem like it mattered to get the job done well/right. For our first walkthrough, the house was a MESS. It still very much looked like a construction zone with mud everywhere, chips, missing paint, bricks in the yard, etc. No one seemed to care or take accountability and kept saying “oh, I can’t do anything for you, you need to call ___.” So we would but just kept going in circles. Even if nothing could be done, some communication could solve a lot of our realest feelings. Someone could easily say, “unfortunately we have a policy that doesn’t allow us to do that, but let’s see what we can do to get us in a spot where you feel comfortable.” Instead, we left the closing table crying instead of rejoicing in buying our very first home! Since moving in, the house had been fine. The warranty team seems great and hoping they can really help us with all of the issues we are still having. We felt like our house was forgotten and then thrown together and it still does a bit but they’ve really tried to help us as much as they can at this point. Don’t know if I would buy from Pulte again but we don’t regret this purchase and hope we are an anomaly to the process. ... More
