This was our first home, and Chad and Alison made the process a breeze. Chad was especially diligent throughout the building process, and felt like he went above and beyond to get us into the right house, and keep us posted on updates. If I could give 6-stars to Alison, I would. Not only did she make things perfect for us before we moved in, but made sure that pending items from the inspection were still completed. We had a couple of issues pop-up after closing, and I was impressed at her persistence to address immediately. While working through the loan process it was difficult connecting with some of the processors. Mike Ho was an excellent person to work with and responded quickly and was very influential for us making decisions. We were disappointed after picking our plan to hear that certain things we were assured wouldn’t get to be done (sliding barn doors for downstairs room rather than French doors). The production and finishing touches of the house took a couple trips but Cam was incredibly responsive to those concerns and quick to make the fixes. We love our first home and are excited to be in this development but the road map to this destination had a few bumps and potholes that could have been avoided with more professionalism and responsiveness. ... Overall, I was happy with service as they were professional and efficient. However, the tile installation was poor, with uneven tiles and high lippage. This issue spoiled an otherwise good experience.

Love the house but, it needs blinds. The Pulte house next to us is unsold and it has blinds. How come our house didn’t come with blinds?

I purchased a new build with a suite of Pulte associated companies / services (title, mortgage, etc) and the process was smooth. Build quality is good for the price though there are more restrictions on customizing than other builders (more expensive for those though), but I would highly recommend Pulte to support adding floor outlets in the study, since I would imagine that most people nowadays would have laptops or PCs in their study. Regardless, it has been a good and painless process.

Finishing is terrible, be it out doors or indoors.

I had a few hiccups that prolonged my move but my salesperson, Jennifer and construction manager, Cole were excellent. They were able to answer my multiple questions and address any concerns I had. I love the way they touch bases at every step of the building process from start to finish. Cole even came by the next day after closing and assist with an issue with my dryer. Thank you Jennifer and Cole. I love my new home.

Sales person stopped us from paying earnest and later hiked up the price.

My husband and I decided to move from Prosper to Anna for a smaller town feel and because you get more for your money here! We chose Pulte because of their beautiful homes, well crafted workmanship and layout/design of the home. Our builder was Dan and he was fabulous! Always catering to our needs and wants, understand what was important to us and walked us through how/why they do things in the build process. Focus on Finishings could have been better. Old model water system. Included fans were just worthless. Overall dissatisfied for the worth it was charged.

Chip is wonderful to work with! He always responds quickly and addresses any issues immediately.

As a first time house buyer I am satisfied with the experience. There were a few hiccups but we were able to resolve them with Mike from Sales. The building process was informative and Scott, my construction manager, did a great job. Overall I'm a happy costumer and would recommend Pulte to my friends and family.

After you’re in the home it’s almost like you are forgot about. They were supposed to do a 30 day inspection and no one has come by. My office doors are supposed to be replaced but they still haven’t done that either.

This was our first buying a house and we were so lucky to have a great team of professionals who helped us along with the way with all the questions and concerns we had, our project manager Cole was so kind and knowledgeable with everything!

Disappointing experience with Pulte Homes. Little customization options were available even when willing to pay for basic changes such as adding tile to a room instead of carpet. Felt mislead and lied to at various parts of the process as the sales office would tell you what to expect or what is upcoming but when you got to the build process that was not the case. Stressful closing process as the house was not completely ready and the builder fell back on excuses of "you can trust me" or the warranty will cover that after closing. Construction crew left trash throughout the house and yard after close. Final walk through felt more like a lip service and a head nod to 90% of the complaints because Pulte already moved on because according to the builder they only care about the structural stuff being right. ... I have good experience with Pulte. But where they can do better quality checks than waiting for customer to provide feedback. I seen many mid range builders like Pulte have these issues but when I check other builders for example highland homes, first Texas and Taylor Morrison they don’t have these issues.

I made a good decision for my money.

Great experience with Pulte. Very responsive at any questions that my wife and I had. Our project manager Jared was amazing. Very nice and customer service has been great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

1. The buying process was very smooth as the pulte sales person was responsive in timely manner and she did whatever she could to help me with my concerns. 2. Here it comes the journey of every homeowners that want to build their trust in the house as it’s building. With the same excitement, I was visiting the site every week getting to know the process as well as gaining confidence in the house with the quality of the work. As few months passed by, I started finding the construction manager was negligent and not doing his job in supervising and managing the quality of the construction and instead I was doing his job pointing out easily seen mistakes the labor had made. He would not hesitant lying in front of you and would not feel the shame after you proved him wrong. He would lie to you again just because he wants to get your signature on completion certificate and close the house on time. 3. Although I signed the completion certificate but I did not have confidence in the completion of the house. 4. But here the twist comes and I was able to gain the confidence in my house after closing because PulteHomes saw my feedback I provided at closing and the higher level manager reached out to me through a call and assigned me a lead manager to address my issues after I explained him what happened. My sales consultant, Ramsey was great. She went above and beyond to make our experience great. Austin, our construction manager was also GREAT! He was willing to do anything, including addressing issues personally, to make our home purchase a great experience. Both Ramsey and Austin deserve 5 stars. The Financing team was good and overall the service before the sell was good; however, the service after the sell needs some work. The after purchase team has yet to followup with me. I was told that my information would not be sold but I’ve had several solicitations from Non-purchase related vendors. Some have used the Pulte name and have used shiesty tactics that are not expected from reputable companies. I was assured that this would not happen but obviously that has NOT been the case. ... It has been really great. Everyone who helped me in the process with Pulte have been really friendly and even the warranty team has been very responsive which is what a new home buyer would want

Sales team was fantastic and very helpful through the whole process. Construction manager was very attentive and quick to follow up with questions and needs.

This was my second time going through a complete home build purchase and process with a large home builder company. Altogether, the finished product with Pulte was better, in my opinion, than D.R. Horton, especially the insulation, sealing, and some finish work. However, we encountered many issues after closing than I expected, particularly with the quality of finish work and plumbing, much of which was not apparent just prior to closing or could only be found after living there for a while. Drippy dried paint on most doors, some walls out of plumb, damaged and leaking washer machine connections (before the water cutoff switch!), toilet plumbing problems in the wall, kitchen cabinets or drawers damaged or not installed correctly, secondary bath mirror out of plumb, rain sensor on the irrigation system having a dead screen (and not warranted by the builder), missing or mismatched paint, damaged drywall, minor damage to doors or frames, loose trim, numerous carpet tacks poking up, bad rain water drainage from the construction lot next to us into our yard, and more. Pulte's warranty process is fairly robust, and they will generally work with you to find a solution, but no one wants what seems like dozens of contractor repair visits after you've moved in. If I did it again, I would probably try to find a higher end builder with better quality checks on plumbing and finish, but to be fair, Pulte will give you a good enough product. Just keep a very close eye on finish and try to think ahead about problems you may not otherwise see until you've moved in. The best fix would be for Pulte to keep a closer eye on the work of their subcontractors. ... More
