seles rep was GREAT, the tour of the neighbohood really nice too, the visit to the desing center was very nice and easy however once they started actually building it all went to crap project manger was terrible, his ownership of mistakes and poor workmanship was close to not existent! zero attention to detail - multiple closing reschedules, poor attitude and responsivenes to issues, aweful expreince it seemed like he was working for the tradesmen as if they were paying him and i wasnt the customer whose oppinion and work he should be taking into consoderation....

It's good community and very near to 380, Frisco and other places easily accessible.

I cannot race enough about how much I love the model, the lot, but the luxury vinyl plank flooring is the one and only thorn in my side. I know it’s a floating floor and my construction manager tried as best he could to have the flooring company fix it but “acceptable movement” is annoying when the floor is supposed to be flat no feel like there are air bubbles intermittently. Other than that, my construction manager is the absolute best, every question I had was asked and answered, every issue was solved (except the floor) but that’s not his fault, and he was always easily accessible.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Greg! He has always been a very clear and effective communicator, extremely knowledgeable; quick and effective and answered all my concerns. Susan was also fabulous to work with; super friendly and sweet. Ray, now this gentleman brought a whole new experience that will forever make our home truly special. Such a genuine soul! Thank you everyone for a memorable experience!

Pulte Mortgage: I felt so bad and never expected this from Pulte, I felt ssooooo stressful while entire process, they keep me hold for 60 days, and never move forward keep telling me will get underwriter approval in next day. every single day keep hearing same answer and finally they rejected my loan. I went so stress, sleep less nights and felt night mare, upset with pulte that I brought home with them. Sales: They failed to keep all things aligned together and even threaten me multiple times that they are going to cancel my application. even thought its Pulte mistake as they hold me for 60days, once they rejected my application, sales people gave me 30 days to go side. Tim and Steven: I felt I am blessed with those two people I met in my life, they both are just like Angles and Saints, they work really like out of box. ... More

There was a lot of back and forth as regards to verification of income which is somewhat expected. However the team was swift in the approval process . Interest rate didn’t help my case but I’m hoping things gets better as time goes on. Overall I’m satisfied with quality of the home .

Overall experience was great. Everyone did as they stated and kept us in the loop.

We were looking for a home in Garland area and Pulte has what we need for our family. Chad gets the excellent rating for being attentive to our requests and answers our questions in great details, he is very knowledgeable and kind, The loan department had been thorough and we were able to close on the day we requested. Jorge the construction asst made sure we get our home orientation well explained and we get to utilize all the great features Pulte Home has. Our family are truly grateful for being in this community.

Im very happy when the construction manager fix issues quickly.

The process was very smooth and everyone was very supportive and cooperative. They use to give update at every stage of construction and keep me posted with all update.

Do not expect same as they treat you in the beginning. They will treat you great and make you feel like the entire home buying process will be fast and easy in the beginning but that is wrong . They will guide you to get mortgage from their own company with more benefits and easier process which is not correct . Pulte mortgage is even more worst . I will recommend to use outside mortgage . They have postponed my closing more than 5 times . Loan consultant’s wrong guidance made the whole home buying process and experience worst . On the construction side there were some electrical and pluming issues but they came to fix after my request. ... More

We love our new home !! Had an awesome experience building with Pulte Homes. Our construction manager Dan was really helpful and patient throughout the journey. Since we are first time homebuyers he was really patient answering all our concerns and queries. Its been over a month we are in our new home and have no complaints and whenever we need any help Dan is always prompt to support us . Very happy and grateful for all his hard-work and efforts to make our dream come true . Overall a very and satisfying experience and feeling blessed to build with Pulte Homes !!

I am happy with the final product. The house was ready sooner than expected. The location so close to downtown Dallas is amazing. There are minor issues that I have with the workmanship but it’s nothing that Pulte isn’t committed to help fix.
