Pulte will build you a better and more efficient home than most home builders. However, I am upset with Pulte’s quality control. There have been numerous imperfections with my build that required or require rework. It’s even worse when you feel like a pest when you have to contact the build manager to address the issues and they end up getting mad/annoyed like it’s my fault for catching the imperfections that they failed to fix. It takes less time to do the right thing first than it does to explain or fix the problem later on. Our initial building meetings went fairly well. We did run into a few hiccups along the building process. The completion of the build was within the promised timeline. The construction manager was helpful our initial sales person made a few mistakes, causing our realtor to have to do a lot of back work for us. Once in the home, the overall craftsmanship is OK there are some things that were skimped and some things that were done very well. This is our first new build, and we’ve been in the home for a month, we will need more time to complete a more in-depth review.

Overall, the process went relatively smoothly, but the closing did feel somewhat rushed. If given the opportunity, I'd aim to address concerns and identify any issues before the house closing, rather than relying solely on emails and support tickets. While I appreciate the ability to comprehend the issues, it seems that the actual resolution can be a bit challenging. The Pulte team has been quite cooperative in answering various questions, although there have been some difficulties in getting certain things fixed. Having purchased a new home, one should naturally feel happy, yet there's a sense of something missing if I'm not vigilant about a few matters and occasionally forget to follow up. It would be beneficial to see more proactive ownership of the issues I've identified, reducing the need for repeated contacts with the service department. ... More

Build quality is not good

Overall it was a great experience with Pulte Homes!

Know that you will pretty much be told anything to get you to sign as well as pertinent information left out. Ask questions and get it in writing. Check every tiny thing BEFORE closing. We found paint ALL over our floors, cabinets split/uneven, etc. Go back and follow up on your pre-closing walk through BEFORE you sign at closing. We really had to push and then were told, "We don't always get every blue tape". Okay, what's the point then? Closing on time is certainly the priority vs a 100% satisfied customer. Just be observant and force the issue to get it done.

For me and my wife the whole experience was great. From start to finish we were always notified on everything. We decided to use Pulte Mortgage as well, which helped out alot and worked with us throughout this process. As for the build in general the PM for my house was great always very informative on a weekly call.

Great experience with Pulte homes.

From day 1 everyone at Pulte was pleasant to work with and responsive to questions and concerns. Lincoln is an upfront and honest individual, who went above and beyond a few times to keep me informed with progress and what steps were next.

The sales person and my builder were great to me throughout whole process and were extremely communicative and responsive. My whole experience as a first time home buyer was great thanks to them!

A 8/10 overall. Grant has been very helpful.

Good building materials but very poor workmanship or poor contractors. Almost everything are heavily scratch after they finished installing (doors, windows, sink, bathtub, door handle .....). 3 sprinkler unit were buried sideways, some of units buried too low. There are many hairline cracks on the floor before we move in (bedroom, patio, garage). The cracks length from 1 foot to 8 feet and we was told those cracks are hydration cracks but I believe these are the foundation issues and it does come with 10 years foundation warranty, they don't do anything until the cracks 1/4 inch.

Our builder, David, was very responsive to our needs. He gave us personal attention to our requests and worked hard to satisfy our needs.

Chad the sell guy he’s really good and professional. We get 2 houses from them on the same time one next to each other.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with a great team while building our home. Travis our consultant went above and beyond making sure we had everything needed to close in a timely manner and for that I really appreciate him! Big shout out to our builder David, the service, knowledge and professionalism he showed went beyond great measures. Although, was not 100% completed by our close date. We trusted Pulte's Contruction Manager to complete our Punch List within a reasonable period shortly after our close. We are now over 30 days since our close and unfortunately, many of our punch list items remain incomplete or poorly done. Because we are now 30 days past our close date, Pulte's Construction Manager now refuses to respond to our texts and emails regarding the open issues. I suggest the buyers beware and do not close until your home is complete and satisfactory.

We took spec home. As it is ready to occupy, we don't have any choice to make any structural changes. Overall experience with Pulte vuolde4 is good but their mortgage is not worthy.

Richard and Lincoln was the greatest tag team duo ever. They were very open and honest about everything we walked through each phase step-by-step. If I had any questions weekly they were there to answer them and I just had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Pulte.

Facing issues on many areas. First of all the build quality is very poor and finishing is not good at all. I will explain this in detail. The issues which I have stated at walk through wasn't cleared when they handed over the keys. The main front door was tight and they replaced it but I had to wait more than a week to get that fixed. Still I'm having issues with the door. Also the storage door at downstairs and the sliding door of closet got broken after first use. Light fixtures are not properly aligned in many areas. 2 stations on sprinkler system is not working. Everyday Im seeing new issues. Chad was an excellent sales manager for the home we bought. He was communicative and so so nice. He gave us extra time to look at the home in the evening when he didn't have to and just was excellent. To this day, I have had questions about the home and he has been very helpful.
