Good service from start to finish, good quality materials used and good workmanship also. They are very responsive in term of submitting warranty claims also and they keep follow up of the work is done properly.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish when I built my new Pulte home at Gramercy Park. Laura Robertson personalized my home by focusing on what was important to me in my new home. She made the process of building easy and was very responsive to my questions. Spencer Mackey built a beautiful home for me and has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am completely happy with my new home. I would highly recommend Pulte homes and their excellent quality and the exceptional customer service experience that they deliver.

Once we sold our existing home, we were needing one asap. When we couldn't find a resale with our requirements, we decided to look at Pulte Homes in Carnegie Ridge. They had a spec home under construction that would be ready in two months. It had pretty much everything we were looking for. Once they set a closing date, they stuck to it. The designer for the interior did an awesome job upgrading enough to produce a beautiful and well color coordinated home. The construction manager, Stewart, was great. He kept us updated weekly on the construction process. He worked hard on answering any questions or addressing any issues we had. We recently had an amazing home buying experience with Pulte mortgage! They build beautiful modern homes with an affordable prices. The loan processing was very smooth, straightforward and timely. They have a great team in very professional environment. Pulte Homes are the best home builder and I recommend them all day long!

We picked up a really nice home from Pulte. I’m picky, so there are things that could be better. That said, I’m massively impressed. Our last home was built by KB Homes. Hands down, Pulte built a better product and treated us better than KB ever did.

We had an excellent experience with this builder. Since this was a quick move-in home, the process was smooth and well managed. Larry from the sales team was very helpful and made the buying process easy and transparent. The construction quality is decent, and any issues we reported before move-in were handled promptly. Clint was very responsive and ensured all reported issues were fixed properly. Overall, we feel the home is good value for the price paid and would definitely recommend this builder to others.

Amazing Customer Service! Everyone has been great. Angel helped me through the sales process, Heather went above & beyond in my closing, & Lincoln did the same when it came to initial move-in issues. He responded within minutes each time I called him - even on the weekend - & he ensured that every issue was addressed. I have only had to contact Jessica (in Customer Care) once; however, I was impressed with her quick response and follow through. I have had a wonderful experience with Pulte

My initial buying process was great. Working with Taylor was amazing, she’s patient and extremely kind! She answered all questions and a million emails! After closing, I’ve been with my care manager Agustin, he’s just as amazing. Came out at our 30 day, and has since made himself available for any questions and/or concerns we’ve had about the home. He’s fixed/replaced anything that was broken or incorrect from the original build that was missed. Couldn’t ask for anyone better!

While it may have been a spec home (very well appointed, I might add), we were still treated with the utmost care and concern. Everyone from the sales, mortgage, and insurance team(s) did a fantastic job of ensuring we were well informed, comfortable with our purchase, and valued as a customer! The warranty team is also fantastic; easy to reach and responsive. The whole experience has been leaps and bounds better than our previous experience with another builder.

The overall experience was good. There was a few things at closing that could have given us a better experience, but overall this was a successful purchase.

Love the house but, it needs blinds. The Pulte house next to us is unsold and it has blinds. How come our house didn’t come with blinds?

Chip is wonderful to work with! He always responds quickly and addresses any issues immediately.

As a first time house buyer I am satisfied with the experience. There were a few hiccups but we were able to resolve them with Mike from Sales. The building process was informative and Scott, my construction manager, did a great job. Overall I'm a happy costumer and would recommend Pulte to my friends and family.

I made a good decision for my money.

I cannot race enough about how much I love the model, the lot, but the luxury vinyl plank flooring is the one and only thorn in my side. I know it’s a floating floor and my construction manager tried as best he could to have the flooring company fix it but “acceptable movement” is annoying when the floor is supposed to be flat no feel like there are air bubbles intermittently. Other than that, my construction manager is the absolute best, every question I had was asked and answered, every issue was solved (except the floor) but that’s not his fault, and he was always easily accessible.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Greg! He has always been a very clear and effective communicator, extremely knowledgeable; quick and effective and answered all my concerns. Susan was also fabulous to work with; super friendly and sweet. Ray, now this gentleman brought a whole new experience that will forever make our home truly special. Such a genuine soul! Thank you everyone for a memorable experience!
