I recently moved into my new home built by Pulte in Woodcreek community, Fate Texas. It was a great experience as we were carried along during the entire construction phase. The build is solid, beautiful and value for money paid. All professionals that were involved were helpful and supportive.

Really happy to work with our builder Kevin, Very good experience working with him. But we are not happy with couple of things, We didn't get the brick and appliances which are promised from pulte group

i went to level 4 cabinets because they mentioned they cabinets dont have seperation but handed me 3 cabinets with seperation and no one is responding to get the issue resolved..

First let me say that the home is beautiful, and I believe it is definitely worth the price we paid for it. For the most part everyone we have worked with has been very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the whole experience has been marred by post move-in issues with the house and poor responsiveness by our builder to address these issues like they claimed they would. It's nothing major. It's a bunch of small issues that have added up to be a huge headache. Drips of paint on the carpet, overspray on the banisters, holes next to a can light, crooked light switches, unpainted surfaces, nails from the tack strips coming through the carpet in places, etc. Most of these issues are so small that we didn't notice them till after we moved in. To be honest, none of it would bother me if we didn't have to ask the builder repeatedly to come take care of the issues the way they said they would. Ultimately, we requested to be contacted by our construction manager's supervisor and were told he would be in touch. He did not contact us. We finally resorted to creating a spreadsheet to track issues and shared it with our construction manager since it did not seem anyone from Pulte was keeping track of these issues and seeing them through to completion. We moved in five weeks ago and we are still dealing with all these little things. It has made what should have been a happy experience something we would rather just forget. ... More

Good and but painting issues other than that overall good

Originally I was very impressed with the quality of work when walking through the houses. After almost completely going through the process we find out we should have had a couple of walkthroughs as the house was being built. The only walk through we had was during the final punch list. During the punch list numerous issues were found and unless specifically written they won’t try to fix even if mentioned. We tapped a lot of errors, but they were overlooked. Even at final closing there are still tape markers not addressed. In addition it almost seems like a burden to get them to fix. They are respectful, but the intention doesn’t seem to be there. All the windows had issues with a breeze coming through. Then when asking the builder about it he didn’t infer there was really any issue, but when the window people came they said all windows have issues. Had one of their door contractors come out to fix the door alignment, but in the end he fixed the seam to weather stripping error, but ended up making the door latch very stiff and not fit correctly. When I tried to explain why this is an issue he brushed it off and said that’s how it’s suppose to be. After they left I had to fix this on my own. Which isn’t the issue. The issue is we spend money on a new house, and have to correct the mistakes made by pulte. Numerous paint errors, but were told that is what the touch up paint kit is for. They said they could get someone to come out, but it might be easier to do it ourself. Which is what I did seeing the quality of subs. Personally would not recommend these builders to anyone. We would like to thank Colton and Mike. They made the process of building a new home go by seamlessly. Mike was always available to help on the buying side and Colton was always near by on the build side. Since this was my first time buying a new home from scratch, I was there daily, observing every step of the process. It’s very exciting watching your home come together and then finally getting the keys. We are very pleased with our new home from Pulte!

No proper response and rushed me for closing and no price matching

New home buyers must watch closely at each stage of the construction and third party inspection is a must. Make sure all issues are fixed before closing if they be ready for months and months of follow up. Slightly over priced so try to get discounts or credits before you close.

I don't have much to complain about the house. Overall a good deal for the price. Wish there are more options to add or modify during construction. But there's a feeling that something small is always missing or needed fixing. The finishing touches aren't great.

I am overall very satisfied with my home buying experience with Pulte. The sales agent was wonderful and the contractor was great throughout the home being built. The only issue I have is since the house has been built I have been trying to get some minor things resolved and it has taken a little longer than desired. Other than that everything is great with the purchase of my Pulte home. Great value for the size of home we purchased.

Really loved our newly build house from Pulte, had a great experience overall. Satisfied with overall work and price.

Most of the people we met throughout the process were very professional and honest. I would recommend Pulte for new home buyers

Too many promises and very nice people till you close

Some items are half complete, Pulte to ensure all items are working fine before handing over, For eg, Irrigation systems are not working fine in almost all houses closed, Lot of heater/AC issues. Paid upgrades are not done in some cases.

My backyard looks messed up.

Overall, we had a great experience working with our sales rep and construction team. The only downside was that since we purchased our home before the model home was built or any specs, you don't always know what you are getting. The master bedroom, master bath and closet are smaller than it should be!

Mostly good our windows are stained and we haven’t had any response in 2 months now

This was our first home buying experience and we worried a lot. But, things changed when we get involved with Pulte Homes Anna. It was nice step by step process and got guidance from various Pulte teams. Even we were out of country for few months, we got prompt updates and progress. Overall, I recommend Pulte for new home buyers.

Overall buying experience was seamless from start to finish, thanks to the amazing sales agent -Keren, loan consultant - Trish and build manager Andrew. Loan approval process can get tricky as it requires hand-offs between several people. Nevertheless, the trust, transparency and willingness to step in and do the right thing definitely gets my appreciation.

Overall, this is the best home that I ever owned. I had three and this makes 4. And its the last. Everything about the house is a dream come through. From day 1 to 9 months later. Great workmanship, build. and style. This is the house for me.

Overall I am happy with the process and house. There were some issues but most of them taken care of by project managers. The quality of materials are good. The cleanliness of house was not perfect.

My experience with Pulte was one of the best. Chad did a great job explaining everything there is to know about Pulte and the home I was purchasing. I felt confident closing on this home.
