The manager construction so professionally to quick response any questions and helpful sale staff. We’re so amazed at the quality and value we have in our new home. We have been extremely happy with our Pulte home. Our builder kept us informed throughout the construction process and ensure our house was built to his high standards. We have been very impressed with the energy efficiency, smart appliances as well as the fit and finish. Any issues identified have been resolved quickly by our builder.

While it may have been a spec home (very well appointed, I might add), we were still treated with the utmost care and concern. Everyone from the sales, mortgage, and insurance team(s) did a fantastic job of ensuring we were well informed, comfortable with our purchase, and valued as a customer! The warranty team is also fantastic; easy to reach and responsive. The whole experience has been leaps and bounds better than our previous experience with another builder.

Love the house but, it needs blinds. The Pulte house next to us is unsold and it has blinds. How come our house didn’t come with blinds?

As a first time house buyer I am satisfied with the experience. There were a few hiccups but we were able to resolve them with Mike from Sales. The building process was informative and Scott, my construction manager, did a great job. Overall I'm a happy costumer and would recommend Pulte to my friends and family.

Overall buying experience was seamless from start to finish, thanks to the amazing sales agent -Keren, loan consultant - Trish and build manager Andrew. Loan approval process can get tricky as it requires hand-offs between several people. Nevertheless, the trust, transparency and willingness to step in and do the right thing definitely gets my appreciation.

Fantastic experience with Pulte; the waiting list to get the model we wanted was slightly frustrating but after putting our trust in Ramsey, we finally got the perfect lot and pre-inventory selection. Laura and Josh were phenomenal! When minor items were identified to fix, we were pleasantly surprised to hear "let's get it fixed now" and even more surprised that they (or their team) repaired on the spot!. Only regret is wish we would have considered more upgrades. Good Job Pulte team!

I love my home and the model layout we picked is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It took a while for my home to be built and I understand most of the reasoning but a little more communication early on would have been appreciated. Other than that, my 2nd sales guy was great and my field manager was excellent. He was very responsive and addressed most every issue we brought to his attention. My Salesperson (Rhonda) and Construction manager (Lina) were AWESOME!!! They supported my every concern and heart felt prayers. I could count on my weekly check-in calls where I was kept in the loop and updated on every decision or delay.

Do not rush your builder! Give them ample time to do the job right. Try to visit the construction site weekly or bi-weekly (preferably on weekends). Take plenty of pictures and ask questions when something doesn’t seem right. Note that the options you’ve chosen are being/ or have been installed. If you do these things, you’ll end up with a beautiful high quality home!
