OVERALL LOVE THE HOME.

Builder is good and helped us in all aspects

We ended up with two contractors during this home-buying process. Our first contractor was Kyle and he tried to update us on a regular basis. Daniel jumped in at the six-month mark when Kyle left. He provided weekly updates and tried to address any issues we saw when we visited the property.

I had a good experience... The quality of the house is very when compared to other builders. So for no bad experience.

The Pulte stakeholders are highly responsible and responsive. The home buying process went smoothly

This home has all that I need built as an inventory home I was thinking will do some changes when I move in but sincerely everything looks good. My family loves it here.

Fantastic experience with Pulte; the waiting list to get the model we wanted was slightly frustrating but after putting our trust in Ramsey, we finally got the perfect lot and pre-inventory selection. Laura and Josh were phenomenal! When minor items were identified to fix, we were pleasantly surprised to hear "let's get it fixed now" and even more surprised that they (or their team) repaired on the spot!. Only regret is wish we would have considered more upgrades. Good Job Pulte team!

It was tough getting one of these homes, but honestly the home is complete now and I am really happy with it which is what’s most important.

Given the current housing market, the price per SF for the house we bought is a bargain, esp in this community of young parents. The finishing, designs and colour schemes are simple but elegant. The building project managers and sales rep were always available to answer questions we had during the building process. Pulte has found us a home in a neighbourhood that exceeds all our needs. Looking forward to raising my children in this community for the foreseeable future.

Had good experience with while mortgage

I didn't appreciated not being told up front that Pulte was waiting on a lawsuit to be over between the developer and another builder. We should have been in our home in September of 2021, but they didn't start until October 2021. the first building manger we had was a nice a person but, he gave me the feeling that he either know what was going on with my floor plan or just didn't care. When you asked him a question, sometimes he acted like you were getting on his nerves or shouldn't be asking, but with the amount of money I am paying for this home I have every right to ask any question I like that is within reason, and respectful. I was told that I would get an update weekly. Most of the time had to call them. When we got our new building manager, I felt bad to Jose because he walked into a giant mess. When he got here he got more done from April 14th to May 26th, and the first guy had been working on the house since Oct 2021. As far as the people you contract to do the jobs, you might want to do a little more background on them. A lot of them don't care how things are done, because its not their house. We had an amazing experience building with Pulte. They communicated every step of the way, and were responsive when we had questions. Our home turned out amazing and is really great quality. Our construction manager was the best, and even communicated when he was out of the office. If you want a stress free build, build with Pulte!!

A little delay in delivery, which i understand due to the supply and demand issues.

Love our Pulte home! We had an easy time getting through the initial processes and once building started everything was easy and pretty quick. Only reason I knocked a star off of workmanship…is because the drywall/texture crews could be a bit better on their finish out. There is a couple places that texture is wavy and corners have been rubbed smooth by their trowels. Paint crews water their paint down tremendously. Other than that, everything is pretty good and the house is comfortable. We are extremely happy with everything!

From starting Pulte helped us to understand the process but the way it was explained steps are not that much formal or as described on first day. Frame inspection was just a walking in framed house. It was projected like a informative session and guided tour to take pictures of important places where studs and wiring are there. I have few issues after moving in. Response to send someone was pretty good but resolution of my issues are yet pending. Last but not least...no flexibility to change or add anything. Quality of house is very good. It is sound proof from out side but inside,I can communicate from first floor washroom to master bedroom washroom even by whispering. ... More

They are building so fast they don't have time for any issues that come up. We waited a month for an electrical issue to be fixed, never have received touch up paint, yard wasn't inspected after freeze during winter for plants/grass that died. Paid top dollar for a house that is mediocre at best.

Excellent team in all department, they stick to tje commitment date and good qaulity work. Excellent support team and very helpful.Good trust worthy builders. Thank you for everything.

The whole process was okay . Everything was on time as promised.
