Sales was horrible after signing contract meaningless threats about rewriting the contract. Warranty department is non responsive and sent a Warranty call for another home to ours been a month and the issue they caused is still not fixed.

Go elsewhere. They’ll show an excellent finished product and fall short at execution. If I hadn’t walked the house each week there would have been additional structural issues that would not have been addressed until closing which at that point they’ll promise you anything to have you close. Our closing was delayed due to lack of HVAC oversight leading to water seeping between the first and second floor through walls. We still have several open punch items that have yet to be addressed and we have been in the house for 2 months now. We were told the outstanding punch items would be completed ...

I wouldn’t recommend Pulte to my worst enemy. The seller I worked with kept on forgetting things to busy trying to rush the deal. I brought 2 others when with me when I selected the home and upgrades. I requested irrigation systems to be installed. The seller failed to include that. I found out 2 weeks before I close and they did not approve the add on later. The builder manager told him it can be installed. Now I am shopping around for an irrigation system. Most home builders in TX already include irrigation without being requested. On top of that my grass is dying since it wasn’t being ...

After having a horrible experience prior to this home with a different builder, we are so great full to be in our new home here and rest easy knowing the quality is sound and there. Pulte took pride in their work and when something wasn’t right, they addressed it right away. We also were blessed to have the best of the best looking over our home as it was being built and couldn’t say enough amazing things about Cody! He truly is one of the few good ones out there.

My experience with most of the people from Pulte, like Skyler, Chris, and Ivan, was very pleasant. They were all very helpful through the process and were quick to respond to any concerns I had. However, one major issue that arose that has not yet been taken care of is the landscaping was very poor. The grass was laid over rocks, concrete, bottles, etc. and therefore has not grown well, or at all in many parts. I have never seen grass being laid over all of that, how can it grow? I raised my concerns about this issue, and the landscaping company sent one of their representatives named Jason ...

We bought our house as a “quick move-in”. All upgrades were selected by previous buyers, so we had no say in anything. Long story short, VA appraisal was way below asking price. We had several options, pay the entire difference, walk away, or ask Pulte to adjust the price of the house. My wife called our sales agent and within 3 hours, Pulte responded and agreed to split the difference between their asking price and the VA appraisal. If Pulte had not responded in such a positive manner, I would not be writing this review. Wife’s comment: everyone was wonderful!!!

This was my first time building a home and what should have been a happy and exciting experience turned into a complete nightmare shortly after I started. My loan officer Tyler, was the most unprofessional, rude and condescending person I had ever worked with. However at the same time my loan processor Erin was amazing!
