Sales was horrible after signing contract meaningless threats about rewriting the contract. Warranty department is non responsive and sent a Warranty call for another home to ours been a month and the issue they caused is still not fixed.

Quality builder. Friendly and helpful field people. Kept promises.

It is a Great home!

Go elsewhere. They’ll show an excellent finished product and fall short at execution. If I hadn’t walked the house each week there would have been additional structural issues that would not have been addressed until closing which at that point they’ll promise you anything to have you close. Our closing was delayed due to lack of HVAC oversight leading to water seeping between the first and second floor through walls. We still have several open punch items that have yet to be addressed and we have been in the house for 2 months now. We were told the outstanding punch items would be completed within the first 30 days of being in the home. ... More

I wouldn’t recommend Pulte to my worst enemy. The seller I worked with kept on forgetting things to busy trying to rush the deal. I brought 2 others when with me when I selected the home and upgrades. I requested irrigation systems to be installed. The seller failed to include that. I found out 2 weeks before I close and they did not approve the add on later. The builder manager told him it can be installed. Now I am shopping around for an irrigation system. Most home builders in TX already include irrigation without being requested. On top of that my grass is dying since it wasn’t being water for multiple days during the summer. I was given the house with dead grass and a dead tree. I now have to replace the tree since it’s dead. The home is nice mirror issues. My sidewalk is not done right. It’s not smooth and it’s bumpy. This has been stressful. I need to replace the dead grass that they are not owning up to and find someone to install and irrigation system. After I lived in the home for a month I was given a case manager to work with regarding any issues. I called, left a voice message and send a text in 9/24/21 and 10/8/21. As I type this review it is 10/23/21 and still no response. This was my first home building and it was not a great experience. No doubt that Pulte builds quality homes, just some few correctives here and there and they should the best in this market, no doubt.

After having a horrible experience prior to this home with a different builder, we are so great full to be in our new home here and rest easy knowing the quality is sound and there. Pulte took pride in their work and when something wasn’t right, they addressed it right away. We also were blessed to have the best of the best looking over our home as it was being built and couldn’t say enough amazing things about Cody! He truly is one of the few good ones out there.

Warranty and craftsmanship could be better. It is a nice experience overall.

My experience with most of the people from Pulte, like Skyler, Chris, and Ivan, was very pleasant. They were all very helpful through the process and were quick to respond to any concerns I had. However, one major issue that arose that has not yet been taken care of is the landscaping was very poor. The grass was laid over rocks, concrete, bottles, etc. and therefore has not grown well, or at all in many parts. I have never seen grass being laid over all of that, how can it grow? I raised my concerns about this issue, and the landscaping company sent one of their representatives named Jason who was extremely rude, and apparently was satisfied with the horrible job they had done when I showed him what was under the grass. He continued to be rude and make excuses, even at one point saying “Do you want us to remove every piece of wood, concrete, and bricks?” I responded yes of course because that is the type of work I payed for, and regardless, they didn’t even pick up most of it or even half of it, it was a mess underneath. He turned his back to me the customer and said “I’m leaving” and walked away without assisting at all or expressing any sort of understanding. Maybe it is because he couldn’t handle the truth that I was showing him, but again horrible customer service to go along with poor landscaping. The issue still has not been resolved. The whole process was very straightforward and clearly communicated, and our GC was very understanding and responsive.

This was a smooth process from start to finish. Loved every second of working with Pulte.

Amazing people good service

This was a good homebuying experience.

My experience was overall good. The sales people were great. The builders were good. My only complaint was some of the upgrades (namely improved carpeting / pad) were less than stellar quality.

My wife and I LOVED the experience we had with Pulte! This is our first ever home and, of course, we had a ton of nerves going into it. Everyone we interacted with made us feel important, and most importantly, made us feel at ease. Thank you Pulte!

We bought our house as a “quick move-in”. All upgrades were selected by previous buyers, so we had no say in anything. Long story short, VA appraisal was way below asking price. We had several options, pay the entire difference, walk away, or ask Pulte to adjust the price of the house. My wife called our sales agent and within 3 hours, Pulte responded and agreed to split the difference between their asking price and the VA appraisal. If Pulte had not responded in such a positive manner, I would not be writing this review. Wife’s comment: everyone was wonderful!!!

The customer service after move not great with response in repairs.

All professionals , I m satisfied

This was my first time building a home and what should have been a happy and exciting experience turned into a complete nightmare shortly after I started. My loan officer Tyler, was the most unprofessional, rude and condescending person I had ever worked with. However at the same time my loan processor Erin was amazing! She did everything she could to minimize my contact with Tyler. After close, it was one problem after another. Hvac system was installed invoice, a technician has been out to my home every week with no resolution to the problem. I have a shower that leaks daily because it was installed incorrectly. I have a window that won’t open. The paint is peeling, the concrete has separated/opened on the porch. The list goes on and on. The craftsmanship is deplorable! The Pulte team was great to work with! From the sales representative to the financing team...everyone was super nice and helpful!
