we had built a new house with Pulte and we really love. Our field manager was a great guys. we had no problem with him. He make him available every time we need anything or a questions.

We purchased an available inventory home. Everything went smooth and easy.

Most of major structure and design is good as I expected and the quality is great as their reputation. Just a few minor thing need to be straight out quickly. And the responsiveness to issues need to be handle quicker and timely

Pulte was the worst experience ever from the time we started to the time we closed. The communication throughout the entire process was horrible. The only ones who were great was the design center. Our person who was in charge of the house during the process of it being built was Jackson. He failed many times at communicating things to us, fixing issues we had and staying on top of the workers. A couple of times when we came by during the build the workers had their children while bricking our house and then the end result of the brick on our house is now being fixed after being fixed 3 times prior to this! We were not impressed with pulte, save your self trouble and go to another company! The quality of Pulte is just ridiculous. I’ve seen way better and have had better experience with a previous builder. The only reason we stayed was because of the location however this isn’t even worth it to us now looking back. -Tile grout in the main bathroom not filled in completely causing dirt to fill in those areas not covered, need to buy something else to get the dirt out. -There are visible gaps around the front door, insulation was not done properly. -The landscaping is the major problem area, the area was not properly evened out before installing grass, there are many uneven areas that have now caused flooding with no drainage, in other areas, there is just mud. This is causing us to have a professional come in and redo the entire landscaping of our home.

Love the house. Construction manager/supervisor was fantastic. He listened, and really worked hard for us to support the customer service promises we were given at the outset. The sales office on the other hand, was much more prickly to deal with. We heard "No" quite a lot in answer to our needs from the condescending and dismissive sales rep, only to find later that the simple things we'd requested were possible, available, do-able, etc. In short, if you can get past the initial salesperson experience, the rest of the team was really good, and the home turned out beautifully.

House was built and delivered on time, Every step of the way, Joe was clear and open to correcting concerns. Very responsive.

Aside some finishing defects, we had an awesome experience with this builder right from the sales team to the construction team. They were very open and responsive. The building was great. My family loves the location of the house. Such a peaceful neighborhood. Our previous home builder is of no match to Pulte. The best thing is that, we get a 30-day to 10-year warranty with the builder performing the inspections.

House was not complete upon move in like it was supposed to be. Been like pulling teeth trying to get things corrected as they were supposed to be before closing. Yard has been under water for over a month.

We've been in the house for about 2 months and have had a few issues which Pulte has addressed in a timely fashion thus far. I am interested to see give a longer time period how things shake out.

Buying felt easier than looking for a home and Pulte checked all our boxes

Our field manager was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to address our questions or any concerns we had. He always followed through with any requests we had and was kind enough to always send pictures of the house's progress (as we did not live in the area). We feel that the home we built with Pulte is of top quality and was built to last throughout our retirement. We are very glad that we chose Pulte to build with! We did look at other builders, but none of them had the quality or the floor plan that we wanted. Also, our sales person was wonderful as well. She was very knowledgeable about the homes, and helped us to ultimately decide which model to build. She was always very helpful in answering all of our many questions and concerns as well. Very happy with our experience. Our Construction Field Manager Larry goes above and beyond to salve any issue that arose during the inspections. Thank you very much. He has even fixed a few things himself.

Toilet paper holder in master bath too far away from toilet. I'm average height and shelf in laundry room is a little high. Wish I had drawers in my master bath and a linen closet. Awesome experience and would highly recommend Pulte homes!

There are several things I thought would be better. 1). Cabinets are not even close to being installed to standard. 2). Grass was brown and almost dead, several dead spaces or gaps in grass. 3). Texture not done to standard or missing in several places throughout the house. 4). Tile throughout house has deep scratch marks; almost holes. 5). Holes and cracks in concrete in garage. 6). Dent in main door that builder refuses to replace or fix. 7). Dents and scratches in wood of railing not fixed. 8). Scratches in metal wood railing not fixed. 9). Light fixtures are all crooked and hard to make straight. 10). Continuous trash in yard from other houses being built. ... More

Everything was good. Except loan service from Pulte home.

From a Builder Manager, Daryl has been great to work with. Some of the laborers could probably do a better job at treating the build as if it were their own home

Go for pulte for easier buying process .Has able team for you .

Quality work, great pricing for what is included!

Low quality, shoddy work in some areas, poor customer service, misinformation, rushed design center appointment that missed significant details, excuses rather than fixes. Very disappointing, should have gone with DRHorton across the street.
