We love our house, the builder was very attentive to us during the entire process , only concern/complain is that there were a lot of small details inside the house, i know its very hard for the builder to keep everything perfect having several workers in and out but lot of details on the painting, on the base boards, on the walls, ceiling , tiles , etc , for the price , all of that should not be present. One thing worth to mention, is that the responsiveness when submitting a service request is very fast!

The house is great overall & our builder Brian was awesome the whole way through the process. This was my third house to build and his communication was by far the best I have experienced. Through the process we switched lots and because it required a new contract we were charged the new higher prices that went into effect after our original signing (they had our earnest money and easily transferred that over though). It left a bad start to the process for what felt like a lack of customer service and more of a bottom line deal. Lastly be ready to upgrade features to get the house that you want as their base level is very plain. Brian was the best part of the process and the house turned out great, but our early on experience with management made me question if the company wants happy homeowners or as much money as possible from everyone. ... Larry our foreman for the build was helpful and responsive to everything and every issue. He made the building experience great. Susan the realtor that sold us the property did not help us out very much. Lacking in communication with fence extensions, HOA contacts, etc.

Everyone involved in the process was responsive and always available to answer any questions. I love my home, but there are a few areas Pulte may revamp to ensure space is used wisely.

We are so pleased with our home. The finished outcome of our home is all we expected. Great customer service all around with Pulte. Communication was great throughout all our home building process.

Brian the construction forman has been super

I had a great construction manager during the construction of my home, but once his survey was done and initial issues were remedied, I was given a second manager who took over. He did my 30 day inspection and took down all of our issues and havent seen or heard from him since. I will be reaching out to the old manager if i dont hear from this one soon.

No builder is going to give you a "perfect" experience. Pulte did a good job, but plenty of room for improvement. Construction-wise there are a LOT of small touches missed that collectively take away. Many of these things wouldn't really even cost anything except a few extra minutes of care (something that used to be called pride of workmanship which sadly is a lost art in our society). I will say that compared to DR Horton homes nearby, Pulte is head & shoulders above. Quite honestly, just that little bit extra customer service and care in the construction process would have been 5 stars - just a little bit! ... More

Very Professional and willing to help in every way.

Over all the build quality of the home is good and the project manager was good. The biggest issue is the master shower. The drain had to be cleaned out twice because it did not drain. There was broken glass and wood in ther from the top out. Additionally the floor is not leveled correctly and need to be ripped up and replaced.

Once I’ve moved in I was not pleased with The make Ready cleaning in and outside the home and Craftsmanship of the cabinets

We are loving everything about our new home and neighborhood. The high quality of the home stood out to us compared with other homes we looked at. They made the whole home-buying process super easy from beginning to end.

Still waiting on my lawn to get replaced as promised 30+days ago.

Overall great service from the Pulte construction and Sales team. We have found a few minor issues with the build but Brian our construction manager was on top of it. So far we have had a great experience with our families first new home construction.

I had the most wonderful experience with the purchase of my new home. My wife and I were both thrilled about the customer service we received. My manager was outstanding and was always there when we needed him. His name is Alan and he is an amazing person. I would highly recommend a Pulte home to anyone.

I suggest being very involved in building process from start to finish. If you're not, the completed product will be less than satisfactory. As for the mortgage company, proceed with caution.
