Brandon was our customer service representative for the purchase, and he was responsive, helpful, and great to work with from start to finish. Josh handled customer service aftercare for the new construction and warranty items, and he made the process easy by staying on top of what we needed. Overall, the service and communication from all three were excellent.

Our 1st contact was with Theresa in the model home next door, through our purchase she was "the Rockstar". She was very informative about the property and was always available to answer questions with a smile and a high degree of professionalism. Because of these traits when ever I had questions I would ask her and she was invaluable in steering me in the right direction. The mortgage was also helpful and patient during the document gathering. The title office worked with us to close on the agreed date.

The buying experience was great, but it’s the warranty experience afterwords. There is a lack of communication in that department. I have brought things to my warranty person in the first week of owning the new home and those items are still not fixed. It took multiple times just for the vendors to show up. This is not my first homebuilding experience, but it is my best one. My salesperson Paul worked with me around the sale of my current home and when I had to change the close date on my Pulte home more than once. My GC, Brian, was phenomenal in getting everything fixed that I noted on our walk-throughs. He was also very thorough in explaining the construction of the home.
