We bought a 1 story home and what stood out to me was the open floor plan design that just opened up the whole house. This made the house seem bigger than what it was so I was very happy with the choices that were available to us in their portfolio. The salesperson that helped us was incredibly helpful and there for us all the way till the end. And when problems arise they were ready to remedy any issues we had.

Sales agent (Roxanne Martin) made it happen, very responsive and easy to work with. The Construction Manager (Daniel Ladig), pointed out the few issues in the walkthrough before I did, and had them fixed before I moved in. Was refreshing to not have to follow up.

The build was fast. The homes are very assembly line and common standard. Don't expect anything great or cutting edge but, for the money it's pretty good

The weekly construction updates were very helpful and comforting. We always felt welcome to visit the site. The sales and construction team responded to inquiries in a reasonable timeframe. We wish there was an official 30-day walk-through after purchase.

Someone told me I have to accept that these are "cookie cutter" homes slapped together and sold at highest market value. I like the house but the quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail are lacking. Repairs were sub-standard.

The process was smooth and I have no complaints.

Overall great experience, only issue was a little bit of difficulty getting in contact with the sales person but other than that the builder and foreman made up for it!

The experience was ok overall, but the main detractor was the horrible mortgage process. Poor communication and a flood of last minute document request was extremely frustrating and made me want to abandon the sale altogether. I’ve since purchased another home two doors down and I am SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING WALKING AWAY FROM THE BUILD AND LOSING MY MONEY. The quality of materials is horrible. The pace of construction is slow. The craftsmanship is awful...and I MEAN AWFUL! It’s a home for my mother, and I wouldn’t live in it. They changed framers and it shows. The two story house going up next door has better materials and is being constructed quicker, cleaner, and with far better craftsmanship. I want someone from Pulte to call me and schedule a visit, because I am exploring ways to walk away from this project, at a substantial loss. I am beyond furious when I as a consumer have to walk into a house that’s being framed and tell a framer they put a wall where a door was supposed to be. Additionally, tell them the back patio door was installed in the garage. Headers missing, shoddy workmanship, inconsistent installation of moisture barrier, ceiling joists not installed, trash lumber inside the structure, supports still up because the framing has been halted or done half assed, mud and dirt all over the structure...and the list goes on. ... Home quality and finishing together with responsiveness to warranty issues can be much better.

The process was a great experience and we really enjoy our new home.

There are Paint marks all over the floors Wooden flooring has cracks and swollen planks Paint texture gone wrong at many places, very badly done Door holders started breaking down in just a month

I am overall happy with my purchase. There has been some subpar and sloppy work found but I am working on getting it corrected.

Pulte Exceeded expectations at all levels of the home building process. We are very happy with the finished home. Very elegant!

Every step of the process was pretty straightforward and easy except for Pulte Mortgage, that was a terrible experience. I do not recommend using them. But everyone else involved were beyond great and helpful.

Marking at a 4 for workmanship, as quality of paint job could have been better. There are a few spots of paint drip, and some has started to peel a bit. But overall, good quality of install, no issues thus far.

Our pulte home experience has been a pleasure. Everyone was nice and helpful. With only a very few exception the house itself is of excellent quality.

From day one when i walked into the property office and was greeted by Laurie, until the keys were put in my hand by Riki, this was a great experience. Everything was done on time and any issue I had was immediately addressed. Hopefully I'm not going to be looking for a house for a long time, but if I have to, I'll definitely use this group again.

Design center needs to take extra time to make sure the buyer understands everything that is being selected. The overall quality of construction is great. The cleanup before the home owner could be better. We have a lot of grout that is smeared all over the tiles. It will take a long time to clean it. The tile installer was good on the floor but the kitchen back splash and shower stall tile could be better. The grout in the shower was very sloppy and the cleanup wasn't done properly. No one seemed to care when I expressed my concern.

Excellent builders!! If you are going with their own mortgage loan, make sure you have every document available- that was the stressful part, the building process was fast and my home is beautiful!!

We love our new Pulte home. It is beautiful, functional, and well-done overall. The experience was excellent as every single person we came into contact with from Pulte was exceptional. This is the 3rd house that we’ve built and I’ve never had such a positive experience in all facets of the process. Incredible!
