The entire Pulte team provided top-notch customer service, making the process much easier than expected. The sales rep and the building field manager in particular were very responsive and informative regarding all of our questions, and they delivered on every point. The warranty team so far has also been very quick to respond to the few (very) minor fixes we have found.

The quality is par - these are workers not craftsman; wish I could send photos of our upgraded paint work - we purchase upgraded paint (white walls and gray trim.). Our gray trim work should have clean lines - this isn’t the case, we have gray smeared into the floor and walls. We were told that they have replaced those workers for others but how does that help us know, as we now need to hire real painters to fix the paint. And not to mention our front door ( outside) looks like a three year old painted it. As for the material used - all we can say is that it’s cheap, unless you upgrade to level 5 or above which is what we did ( almost $50k in upgrades)...except for our shower. We moved in May 22, week one our shower handle feel off - we placed a work order in three weeks ago and was told it was going to take another 2-3 weeks ( so one month to fix something we could fix in 5 min), After looking at what we have ( cheap) we’re now ripping that shower out and replacing with a frameless shower ( something more sturdy). Great build quality!

Pulte was extremely flexible in our purchase process and helped us navigate circumstances peculiar to our purchase process. Really appreciate their patience in the entire time we dealt with them. Happily settling into our new home.

Everybody that worked with us were very helpful. Always there for us when we need them.

Floor plan is awesome and quality of home is great

Roxanne (Pulte Realtor) and Tim (builder) worked like a sold team to ensure my family had a quality build.

We are still finding nails sticking out of our stairway, one of our bathrooms is missing a piece of shower curtain pole, trash from workers always needing to get picked up, back yard isnt flat. Those are just to name a few.

Good experience overall. We love our new Pulte Home!

This is my first house, i really like the quality of Pulte and design but the only thing was few minor details were not discussed not a major issue but like gas connection at the backyard patio and light fixture at gathering room.. rest everything is great.

I was not pleased with my Pulte home. Upon my moving in the air conditioning unit completely malfunction and I had to air for many hours on my move in date, not to mention water dripping from my master closet. I also experience electrical issues, where my main line was cut and I was without power for over 5 days. This has not been a great experience at all!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Pulte. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

Some basics things not include. For a house 300 k , u can not have a bath tub, upgrade. That’s insane. Thanks pulte

I give Pulte 5 Star Service from the time I submitted application to closing. Everything was organized and communicated to give me the best options to purchase my new home. I love the experience and highly recommend to others.

Apart from initial set backs which were remediated, we are very happy with the house that Pulte has built for us.

From our first visit to the model home and all throughout the entire construction process, Alex, Javier and their team kept us well informed and up to date. No questions were ever too small and they never seemed bothered by our visits. Their professionalism and experience shined bright! We are extremely pleased with the workmanship of our new home. It is more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Thank you Pulte!

Patient and consistent with the service

Most everything inside was done well, and the construction manager responded quickly to my questions and items that I pointed out. However, I would suggest to Pulte that they have only one contractor deal with the irrigation system and the landscaping. Multiple times the irrigation system would leak and that contractor would "fix it" and behind him the landscaping contractor would do something to damage the irrigation system and visa versa.

We love our home and the process was really smooth. Thanks to Alex and Javier for helping us through the process. They attended to our needs whenever we called on them. Alex was very thorough in dealing with Our request and making sure we are always happy. She is Phenomenal and knows her stuff. I will recommend Pulte any time. So far there has been no issues living in our new home.

You need to rethink your process to assign labor to some tasks. IF you offer a house with a special door for example, it cannot be the same labor as it is usually assigned. It needs to have specialized professionals to avoid replace the door , costing money and also causing unnecessary headache for everyone.

Ensure all physical issues are resolved before closing. After closing, you have to go through warranty (who is very responsive).

Sales office was good. Pulte Mortgage, was not.
