Poor finishing quality. Over a month after closing and there are still pending items from punchlist.

Paint finish quality is horrible. Peeling and chipping paint on walls and doors already. Drywall feels very weak (crumbles when you put basic drywall screws in to mount anything). I was promised at closing that remaining items on punchlist would be taken care of ASAP after I signed. It has been well over a month and we are still waiting on things to be done. I had to go chasing after them for a lot of things. Took multiple calls and messages before any movement on tasks.

It a lot mistake , wall between rooms is too thin . The cleaner is not do right job, paint all over on titles.the caulking is not smooth,…..

I purchased my new home on March 9, 2020. After moving in, I have many of the experiences would like to share The construction quality is bad. The reason why I say that is because if I use the app to detect the corner, it looks like the house is not perpendicular between each woods. They just hide by the drywall and you cannot detected it when you walking into the house. In addition, I am not the only person say so, some of my friends, such as the house inspector or constructor builder also mentioned it after they came. Not only that, after two months of I moved in, there is a wire burned ...

I had very bad experience purchasing my dream home and I won't choose Pulte in the future

The sale was not honest when I.purchased the home remotely and I had no option but to finalize the purchase because I already sold my old house and I was very disappointed in the way Manager handle my complaints because they simply doesn't care.

Terrible experience, I can't recommend pulte to my enemy. From mortgage lender, salesman, and title company. All with different issues. You guys are not trying at all, you are playing.

The builder repeatedly lied and said he would “take care of ” something that wasn’t right according to my inspector, but unless the city inspector picked it up and required him to fix it he would just cover it up. Very sloppy workmanship throughout.
