The home buying process was a breeze. Every issue that I encountered before closing was quickly addressed. The warranty process was explained in detailed to me and in easy understandable terms. There was no issue with trust from the sales consultant to the field manager. The home was built within the specified time frames stated at the contract sign date.

it is complicated to have every little detail worked out, however you do a pretty good job in this regard just a matter of having some areas duly cleaned for delivery...acces gate, garage for example.

I would definitely recommend this builder...they were responsive from sales to building completion. I never felt alone through my home buying process.

Overall very happy with our new home. Had a few hiccups along the way, but the Pulte team fixed most of the issues we had during construction.

Easy and professional process to get mortgage on time before closing date. They keep trying to satisfy me and clear any comment we give. I appreciate the effort they did and definitely recommend if been asked.

This is the second house that have purchased from Pulte during the last 15 years. Pulte did a great job overall. Everything was straight forward. No complications, no hassles.

The people whom I have interacted (both in Pulte Homes and Pulte Mortgage) were really great and helpful, Reg. Quality of materials, I am concerned. Mostly with the quality of inside doors ((the synthetic wood just peels off),) garage walls (plenty of room for insects between the dry wall and the floor), dish washer (which will never get dry), internet ports (just one at the corner of a two storeyed home) and door locks (none at the master bath room). I am not happy with the plan documentations either. Requested for a underground pipe layout plan of the backyard. We are extremely pleased with our quality home built by Pulte. Each step of the process was clearly communicated and moved along as expected. The home is of high quality and beautiful .

Do not close until all issues are resolved. We experienced a clogged sewer line from a worker's rag one week after moving in. Our AC is not working properly in June in Texas 1 month after closing. Punch list items are ignored, you'll need to handle them yourself.

Building with Pulte, as first-time homebuyers, was a very easy process. They were very good about explaining every detail to us and constantly communicated with us to ensure our house was built on time. There were a few minor issues along the way with building the house, but they were all fixed within a reasonable time and our house was ready for us to close on the original date they gave us. It was such a good experience and I would definitely use Pulte Homes again!

The house looks nice but the workmanship is poor. Only a couple of days after moving in we found many issues with the house. Crushed ducting in the attic, air conditioner breaking, cabinets not installed correctly, appliances not installed properly, wiring done incorrectly, and poor job on the wood floors to name some of the issues. It has been evident the work was done without any regard to quality in mind. The builder did not follow through on several things we were told were going to get done. When we would call to ask about the issues with the house no one was helpful in how to get it fixed. It seemed as if their job was finished once the house was sold. ... More

From the sales office to closing, we received incredible support from Pulte. The offered us the opportunity to be apart of the building and delivered us with an impeccable home. We are grateful for this company after we have heard so many horror stories from friends that have gone through the same journey with other companies.

This is the second home I purchase and the quality and attention to detail is much better than the first home I owned from a different builder. The closing process was also great and their customer service is outstanding.

Love my home!

I wish there is better communication among teams working with clients. It would have made a lot different had loan team communicated more with the builders so that everyone would be on the same page rather than leaving the client to figure things out themselves.

I am confident I have bought a solid well thought out house . There are minor problems as you will get with any house but Pulte have addressed each of them in a timely manner .

Overall, building a home with Pulte was a good experience. We hit a few bumps in the road towards the end of the process with supervisory turnover. Had great customer service and communication from both assigned site managers and our sales rep. We are very happy with our new home from both the quality aspect and the overall appearance.

I had good experience with sales agent and builder's supervisor. But the HOA company Pulte chose are the worst. Not responsive at all. It's such a shame that we paid in 2,000 initial contribution for no service.

Paint is very sloppy, a lot of carelessness.

Realistically priced and good to very-good quality of materials and workmanship, Pulte Homes are truly built to be lived-in. The designed living spaces feel like they are made with real-life conditions and not model-quality living. I found the people who work for Pulte are very friendly and down to earth. The only suggestion I would give to new home buyers is to do a regular inspection of your home during the build process and you will save yourself a lot of future frustrations.
