I have been extremely satisfied with pulte homes. Trent my sales agent was very professional and knowledgeable. From the first day I should up at the property he was friendly and had an answer to all my questions. If there was one thing I didn’t like was the building representative. But overall highly satisfied. The warranty handled by Kenny has been great service handling all my problems. I would definitely recommend Pulte homes!

The sales rep, mortgage lender were all very nice. The problems came after. The contractor did not fix everything he said he would. He then ghosted us. We had to file warranty claims and of course they couldn’t all come at the same time so I had to take multiple days off from work and one time a worker stepped through our ceiling causing another thing that needed to be fixed. I finally just gave up. The counter tops chipped (in like three different spots) in the first two months. We were told the counter tops were very durable but obviously not. Hello my experience buying was pretty good, what comes after is the issue. A lot of little issues in workmanship come up after buying a new home. A few small issues present themselves and all has to go through the Pulte ticket system. They are quick to answer but it seems that almost every week I notice something new not done to its best ability. I will still recommend them as they have handle the issue I have pit in a ticket for. Not 100% clarity throughout but overall did not seem bad overall. Disappointed how many things were needed on the blue tape walk. Some repairs had to be done more than once. The thin layer of paint on the walls causes them to mark easily. Some finishing touch not applied. There is an essence of cheapness about the finish. Finding lots of little things post purchase that just spoiled the experience of buying a new home.

Experience was great. However, after moving in the house began having issues that were easy to resolve. Alot of cracking in the walls began and the house was 1 month old. The garage had alot of imperfections such as just tears from were they cut, as if it the workers didn't care. The bathroom door everytime we shower it leaks out since the seal was place all across instead it was just halfway. Only thing I recommend buyers is to take your time during the walkthrough. Don't feel rushed because they are trying to just get it out of the way asap.

The buying process went very well. Shout to Reem our sales consultant and Caroline with from the mortgage company. It was a pleasure working with both ladies. Construction and warranty has not been a good experience. Pending items from final walk was not completed and warranty items submitted over a month are not completed but interior and exterior. I would not recommend purchasing a Pulte home based on quality and workmanship from construction.

We had a realto/ agent assist us in our homebuying process. We were encouraged with the model chosen on their inventory so as we were informed, nothing can be changed as they were all pre-chosen. Initially, we went for a cash purchase thinking the completion of build coincides with the sale of our home. We love our home, but the experience we went through was not pleasant at all. We came to a house to a non working dishwasher, a hole in the outside roof, the grass had foot prints that made the surface uneven.

Overall sales on the front end is great and so is the title process, especially closing day. The in between of signing a contract leaves much to be desired. We had a poor experience with the underwriting process due to poor communication from the individual working on our documentation (1 month gap between responses).
