I appreciated the step by step process by construction and leading up to closing, but then once I closed it was all different. My dishwasher was installed wrong and caused major water damage. This resulted in my hardwoods being removed and replaced during my first week (the very next day I closed). I couldn’t properly move in and access my kitchen for days. There were many issues with how the home was completed with an overall “sloppy” completion. Even when workers were sent back out they did not fix it properly and had to come out again and again. I still have unresolved issues. I have to keep asking and follow up on unfinished work and do not feel that I got what I paid for when I closed. The communication is weak and quality of the finished product is disappointing. As a first time homeowner, I walked into a mess and was completely unhappy my first week when it should have been a happy first week. Now a month into my first home, I’m still trying to get concerns addressed and my home finished. For example, I paid for screens on my siding doors and they never were installed. That’s a month without them while they were paid for and I had to point this out to Pulte myself. Sprinklers were not installed correctly and in the wrong position and I’m still waiting on this repair and cannot use them until they are fixed. Scratches and stain on my kitchen counters. Bath tub dented and scratched. The list continues. Pulte keeps telling me to wait or that they are working on it, but I lost trust in the process. I have to be the consistent reminder and stay on top of every detail. Overall, I am having to take time out of my work schedule to schedule repairs that should have been addressed during inspections. Lucky to have pretty good sales person Marcos and passionate construction Manager Pablo, helped me getting the dream realized. It’s my first home which took little time to built due to COVID, permit process delay and Supply & Chain issue but as soon permit approved Pulte put entire army to built it and also it’s amazing to see how well handled the Supply and Chain issue. Being in main city the community is well planned, decent size streets and manage to get backyard. houses are built for everyone need by having multiple floor plan. lot of material used is very high quality include granite countertops, utilities, and good brands appliances installed as default with options to upgrade. Entire experience was made to be as stress free as possible. I am very appreciative of pulte staff from sale’s representative all the way to construction manager.

Sales tried the best to communicate with management and builder also keeps us updated every week about the progress. The house is gorgeous.

Sales and construction managers are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and the house. I truly appreciate their great service and I ended up buying one more pulte house! very satisfied with the service and quality

We experienced some delays at the beginning of the process, but Pulte brought in an awesome manager to help close out the process and we immediately saw the pace pick up and the communication improve greatly. Overall we are really happy with our new home.

Pulte house itself is a good choice, but never use pulte loan. Before considering getting the poor incentives from the builder’s own loan company, please google Pulte Loan reviews and see the customer comments on yelp. For my own horrible experience, I’d like to give it minus star if I can .

Pulte has an amazing warranty, the Build Quality Experience made me feel confident in the quality and structural integrity of my home. The builders were always in constant communication so I really felt a part of the team!

Not at all satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the house. The outside patio/deck slope/gradient does not allow rainwater to flow out, this causes stagnant water on the patio, which could produce mold. The front concrete/cement is breaking. The worst and fearful thing is that the upper portion of the house shakes when we run the washer and dryer. The hardwood floor is chipping off. The gutter from roof was broken at the time of closing. Had very good experience working with Pulte Homes

It was a great process despite delays due to supply chain issues. My builder got everything together and made a beautiful home. My only comment was that, now that I've moved in, we've realized a few things weren't installed correctly, but are being fixed or being scheduled to be fixed. The Warranty department has been very responsive and quick to get things sorted out. I highly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to purchase. They have a wide variety of homes to choose from, and I'm confident I have a great home.

We started the process of looking for a new build home in Feb of 2021 and went under contract with Pulte in June of 2021. House was completed in Dec 2021. Pulte was great the whole way thru. They made the process easy. Their mortgage people contacted us early in the process and guided us all the way thru that part of the process. Their design center people helped us make selections based on our "not so precise" descriptions of what we thought we liked. Best of all, their our sales rep and build manager kept us in the loop during the whole process. We probably visited the house during the build process over 100 times. During the build process, if we had questions or concerns, we contacted them and they corrected the concern or explained what would be done to correct it. Even better, after closing, we have had 2 minor issues. A cabinet door that was crooked and a flickering light. Both were handled quickly. I even asked how to do the cabinet door adjustment and they gave me a quick lesson. You know that with a new house with all the stuff that is brand new, there will be something that is just not right. It's all about how they handle those problems, that the key to good customer service. We are about a month after closing and they are still taking care of us. ... More

Employees were very professional and responsive.

Very responsive and pro-active; had a tight completion schedule to meet and they met it! Only minor issues had to be addressed post-closing, and they jumped on them very quickly and completely . Our builder Shaun was definitely looking out for our interests and kept us informed all along the way. Outstanding job by the whole Pulte team!

Pulte is very responsive and willing to work with your personal needs/timelines. We were very pleased with the process and happy with our new home!
