It was a great process despite delays due to supply chain issues. My builder got everything together and made a beautiful home. My only comment was that, now that I've moved in, we've realized a few things weren't installed correctly, but are being fixed or being scheduled to be fixed. The Warranty department has been very responsive and quick to get things sorted out. I highly recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to purchase. They have a wide variety of homes to choose from, and I'm confident I have a great home.

It was our first time building a home. Alex was very helpful in helping us understand our options up front. She and Steve kept us updated throughout the entire process. The team worked hard to make sure our home was as we expected it at closing!

Marking at a 4 for workmanship, as quality of paint job could have been better. There are a few spots of paint drip, and some has started to peel a bit. But overall, good quality of install, no issues thus far.

The building process with Pulte was extremely smooth, the sales rep and building manager were very responsive along the entire process and even more after the closing. The house itself was built according to our selections and we have been extremely satisfied with the final outcome. Yes, we found several issues that needed to be addressed AFTER closing but then again, they have been very responsive ( warranty dpt & Pulte team). Issues such as: cracked window panel, squeaky staircase, cracked glass door, dead grass, etc. These are issues that we “expected” to find at some point after moving in since this is a new built house and yep, certain things happen that you can only find out once you move in. ... Roxanne from Pulte made the home buying experience amazing and very enjoyable. Tim and his team from Pulte did everything we asked for and responded immediately If we had any issues.

Overall it has been a great experience. However, there have been a few things around the house that they could have just done right the first time instead of having to request fixes. For example, my cabinet crown molding was a slightly different color than my cabinets. You can visually tell just by looking at it, so not sure why it wasn't installed right the first time. That being said, they have been amazing at fixing any issues big or small that I bring to them.

We bought a 1 story home and what stood out to me was the open floor plan design that just opened up the whole house. This made the house seem bigger than what it was so I was very happy with the choices that were available to us in their portfolio. The salesperson that helped us was incredibly helpful and there for us all the way till the end. And when problems arise they were ready to remedy any issues we had.

Sales agent (Roxanne Martin) made it happen, very responsive and easy to work with. The Construction Manager (Daniel Ladig), pointed out the few issues in the walkthrough before I did, and had them fixed before I moved in. Was refreshing to not have to follow up.

Most everything inside was done well, and the construction manager responded quickly to my questions and items that I pointed out. However, I would suggest to Pulte that they have only one contractor deal with the irrigation system and the landscaping. Multiple times the irrigation system would leak and that contractor would "fix it" and behind him the landscaping contractor would do something to damage the irrigation system and visa versa.

Ensure all physical issues are resolved before closing. After closing, you have to go through warranty (who is very responsive).
