Delivered the house as promised on the date as promised. No big problems.

It was our first time building a home. Alex was very helpful in helping us understand our options up front. She and Steve kept us updated throughout the entire process. The team worked hard to make sure our home was as we expected it at closing!

I think I had the best on-site sales counselor that there is, thank you Alex! She was always prompt to answer questions and I felt like her answers where genuine and truthful. The building supervisor was also great and has answered any questions I had about the house even after closing. Dealing with Steve and Alex made this stressful process so much easier. I am a bit disappointed with some of the craftmanship, many of the doors and frames were damaged (lots of carpentry issues) and the paint job was terrible. Globs of paint, visible streaks, uneven shelves, crooked door frames, miss aligned trim etc. its pretty bad and I plan to talk with the warranty team about this. I emailed and called (left a message) the warranty team last week with some other issues, nothing emergent, but I still haven't heard from anyone, so that's a little frustrating. Overall, I have a beautiful home, I'm happy, and I expect that the warranty team will hold up their end and fix any quality issues that are found over the next year. ... More

The sales part of the purchase was incredibly smooth. All the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner, and the staff at the design center was very attentive and helpful. The construction aspect was not so great. Trying to get anyone's attention regarding build issues or repairs has been difficult; this remained true after closing. Either we get a very delayed response, or no response at all to emails, calls or texts. We're still trying to get help with problems that we pointed out during construction. Everyone at Pulte made this process as stress free as possible. In this very competitive market, my home purchase at Talavera Pulte definitely is the right one for me. They were bumps as expected but we ended up closing within the time frame communicated. For those looking, try to buy from Pulte.

Pulte homes are good and really like their value for the price

"Hydration" cracks in cement in garage, front porch, back porch. I continue to see cracks, chipping, scaling, chunks of concrete missing from garage and front/back porch areas. Repairs have been made once but cracks continue to expand. I've purchased many homes (both new and pre-owned) and have never experienced foundational cracks to this degree. I am continually told the foundation integrity is solid but I can't see how that is true. Even so, the cracks significantly degrade the "curb appeal" of what is otherwise a beautiful home. Given the cost of the home, I'm extremely disappointed cracks continue to show and expand. Perhaps I should have considered another builder. ... More

Excellent service from sales thru builder

Check in great detail the finishes. I have been in the home for almost a month and are still finding issues with sheetrock, paint, and caulking. There are also some details in the way it was designed that are questionable. Overall the home is nice, probably would of enjoyed the home more if we were not constantly having issues. Our warranty rep is quite responsive and has been a great help and resolving issues.

The builder repeatedly lied and said he would “take care of ” something that wasn’t right according to my inspector, but unless the city inspector picked it up and required him to fix it he would just cover it up. Very sloppy workmanship throughout.

Everything from the start was exceptional. Since the beginning Stella showed interest and took ownership to make every single step of the process smooth and easy. After meeting several times and many phone calls we came to the best agreement for us and that left us happy. The time that it took for the house to be ready was exactly the time they told us. For every step of the process we had someone working with us. David will send updates every week or every time something was completed. Prior to closing we met with Stella and David, to make sure that the house was looking the way we liked it, and they went above and beyond and even noticed more things to make it even nicer than what it is. Great quality and customer service

As we walk through our home, I see so many flaws, lack of heart put into the smallest things. The caulking looks like a childs work, corners are not squared and off on sides, counter tops drilled for 3 holes and there should have been one. Instead of replacing, it was covered and left as if we wouldn't notice. It was attempted to be fixed, but for sure still noticable! Cabinets are leaning and it has taken forever to get them to even call us back. The carpet on steps is unraveling. Im having a hard time with all the imperfections! On a new home??

I sincerely appreciate the Sales Manager and the Construction Manager still in the neighborhood to address the few issues that have come up. Pablo and Marcos are awesome.

The homebuying experience wasn't bad as I expected it to be since we were buying a home durning the pandemic. The mortgage company was my least favorite team to work with.

The builder was great however once you get into your home and start dealing warranty they are not that good. I have had several issues since moving in. I haven’t been in my home 2 months and AC technician have already had to come out three times. I also put in warranty request and it takes over a week for reply and sometime I even have to resend an email to get reply. I have not been pleased with Pulte since I have closed. I hope the service gets better!

The sales consultant, Lisa, and construction manager, Charles, are awesome and worked hard to ensure my process was smoith. I had a horrible experience with Pulte Mortgage and wouldn't recommend using them (although the incentive makes that difficult). The mortgage process is why I didn't give 5 stars. Lisa, Charles and the rest of the team deliver consistent 5 star customer service.

Contractor we worked with was amazing and kept us updated every step of the way. The whole team was very responsive and aware of what was going on. Great builder and team!
