Great build quality!

We had a realto/ agent assist us in our homebuying process. We were encouraged with the model chosen on their inventory so as we were informed, nothing can be changed as they were all pre-chosen. Initially, we went for a cash purchase thinking the completion of build coincides with the sale of our home. We constantly coordinated with Build Manager and sales as there were instances the items per contract were changed like the tiles as we were told it was discontinued. We just feel that since we sought to have little assistance for balance on Mortgage with builder, the utmost attention to detail on the quality of the Home was compromised. We were just given a bit of courtesy to fix some tile damage, damage on wall, through service requests .We were assigned Centex crew to assist with our needs. They have not even fixed the slab unevenly plotted from the framing of garage, and the plaster in the front of the house looks tacky. We were promised that we will be given a white Sherwin William paint but nothing was sent.Their contractors for the carpets did not do a good job installing as nails pierce the Homeowners on random places upon walking stairs and floors, not inserting their safety and quality promise. We tried our very best, though how barely few weeks when we transferred to revive the front and backyard grass and we already got a violation letter from the HOA and even the small detail of trash and recycled bins in public view. They have not even given us our CC& R's!. JP, David, and Trent were service-oriented before and after closing. Warranty service addressed when needed and check-up when in neighborhood have been greatly appreciated.

Overall great experience, only issue was a little bit of difficulty getting in contact with the sales person but other than that the builder and foreman made up for it!

The overall process was great with the rep that showeed me the home (he was with me through the entire process. His name is Brandon), the building manager was amazing, the closing lasy was an absolute gem, the inspector was thorough, straightforward, and honest, and the property itself is very nice. My biggest issue and the main thing that was the closing rep. She was a nightmare!!! I almost pulled out of the deal all together becuase of her incompetence, lack of professionalism, and nonchalant attitude with the problems she was causing. The day of closing, she was calling me to request documents that has been uploaded weeks ago, documents that she knew were needed but didnt bother to request, and I had to contact her supervisors twice and Brandon volunteered to reach out to a few people. Her performance was absolutely horrible!!! Also, the realtors worked with, recommended by the young man that showed the property, stayed with me until after closing (Brandon), were amazing and I highly recommend they also (Monarch Real Estate and Ranch). ... It was a very great home buying experience

Love my home but issues still exist 2 months after closing

Experience was great. However, after moving in the house began having issues that were easy to resolve. Alot of cracking in the walls began and the house was 1 month old. The garage had alot of imperfections such as just tears from were they cut, as if it the workers didn't care. The bathroom door everytime we shower it leaks out since the seal was place all across instead it was just halfway. Only thing I recommend buyers is to take your time during the walkthrough. Don't feel rushed because they are trying to just get it out of the way asap.

We’ve had a pretty good experience. All issues have been minor and resolved. I’m thankful we opted for a third party inspection as many issues were discovered at that time. All of them were addressed however.

The one complaint I have is the tile floors were NOT sealed. We didnt realize that until after we moved in. The build was good and the project manager is great to work with when needed. I am having a tough time with the floors so we decided to seal the floors ourselves, is what moving in all over again having to move all the furniture out and then back in once the sealer dried.

I had some couple issues with plumbing and Pulte has been very quick and responsive to fix the problem. And Luis is very kind to response to all my questions with regards to some home maintenance. I am satisfied so far with the quality of the house. But I had issues with HOA. They did not give me any information about the HOA and I had to figure how to contact them and ask for HOA rules.

Overall, good experience throughout. Superintendent was very knowledgeable of the home systems and walking me through the maintenance items. Where I will knockdown a couple of points is the attention to details. There are various locations where paint was smudged on finishes, or floor base wasn’t patched or touched up at corners, but nothing big as of one month in the home. I will also say, the worst of my experience were the final stages of my process with my loan processor and closing agent. Purchased in late May. Closed late June. All blue tape issues were resolved. House is well built and looks amazing.

There was a lot of handover during the duration from the day we made the deposit till we close the house which has created a lot of frustration and anxiety especially for a first time home buyer throughout but the team however, took great care of us till the delivery of the house which we were really grateful. Special shoutout to Lauren, Roxanne and Nate!

I say I had a decent experience throughout the process the only thing is they rushed towards the end to meet the closing date and too many out standing issues. Lawn has been hastily layed and having drainage issues and majority of the lawn has to be replaced

Experience with builder was good. Builder was very helpful and responsive.

Straightforward process focused on getting you a home. Professional construction manager that pays attention to details and interested in walking you through clarification patiently.

My husband & I wanted to be closer to granddaughter & family and to downsize. So far like the location and the Oak Forest Manor community. I think we will be happy here.

Ever since we came to see the house we liked the experience and attention we were given. Everyone has stayed pretty responsive even after closing on our home and moving into it. Closing day had a little hiccups but not a big deal. Since this is a new built it comes with warranty, which has come pretty handy and everyone working on that side of things are very professional. Would definitely buy again from Pulte.

Lucky to have pretty good sales person Marcos and passionate construction Manager Pablo, helped me getting the dream realized. It’s my first home which took little time to built due to COVID, permit process delay and Supply & Chain issue but as soon permit approved Pulte put entire army to built it and also it’s amazing to see how well handled the Supply and Chain issue. Being in main city the community is well planned, decent size streets and manage to get backyard. houses are built for everyone need by having multiple floor plan. lot of material used is very high quality include granite countertops, utilities, and good brands appliances installed as default with options to upgrade. We experienced some delays at the beginning of the process, but Pulte brought in an awesome manager to help close out the process and we immediately saw the pace pick up and the communication improve greatly. Overall we are really happy with our new home.

The homebuying experience wasn't bad as I expected it to be since we were buying a home durning the pandemic. The mortgage company was my least favorite team to work with.
