It is a reputable builder.

After I moved in for a month the most feeling is disappointing. I have so much stress from this house. I have spent so much time cleaning this house when I moved in. They don't even clean it before I close this house. There are stains on the bathtub and shower that I still cannot remove. Every window is full of dust. The quality of this house is not ok. The paint on the wall easily falls off. The dishwasher is not working. The A/C has been fixed 4 times and the pipeline issues are still haven't fixed yet. The tile in the master bathroom is broken and is waiting to be fixed. Carpet work is very poor and waiting to be fixed. The work on my house is not what I expect, but according to the warranty group and builder, these are 'human work' so these are normal imperfections. I was gonna buy the house in Richmond but then I was referred by my relative - one of your current customers in the same community. She said Pulte is a good company with good customer service and good quality. But after I buy this house I so regret I did not buy the house in Richmond. Even though my cousin and I have the same floor plan I can see the difference in the work of the houses. The reason why people buying new houses is for fewer issues not like the house I bought. I keep dealing with the warranty group, builder, and the appliance company or A/C company to fix all the issues in my house. And I have to take my work off several days already to stay at home for fixing these issues. Obviously and eventually I will need to take more days off because the tiles and carpet and the A/C pipeline, and dishwasher issues all haven't been fixed yet. I love my home. Everyone was very nice and help when they could. One thing needs to improve is on the people they hire to do the work, painters, fence, landscaping, electrician, appliances the quality of the work is not as good the details on the paint, molding, etc is not the best. Appliances where very cheap even though we got the upgrade package. They need to do better on attention to detail or hire people that have pride on their work. Landscaping was half fast done. We paid a lot of money for our home and details are important when it comes to the finishes of the home.

We had a great experience with Pulte homes sales, design center, and builder. They were amazing and have built our forever home! We absolutely love living here and the house is super well built. Pulte Mortgage, however, dropped the ball. I recommend every Pulte company except the mortgage loan department.

Pulte was very communicative throughout the whole process. From sales to construction to closing. Very pleased with the final product of my home.

Steve and Alex were great. Kept us informed thru entire process. Blake at Pulte insurance was very helpful and the mortgage process was very easy. I would definitely recommend Pulte. We love our new house!!!!

Pulte built our home quickly (but not too quickly) and the frame quality was above standard. The final finishing touches required lots of re-work and they were correcting them until our closing day but they were able to get everything done. There were some small things we did not catch but overall, our home is excellent and we are happy with it. There were inconsistencies between what we were told pre-build and then during the building process but you just have to keep checking in and making sure that everyone is on the same page.

I love my new Pulte home. It is every thing I could have asked for.

The build was good but after closing sucks

I am 2-1/2 months in and here is the list of what I have had issues with. - Cleanliness. The exterior of the home was very dirty and they had to come back 2 other times to clean mud, residues from windows, concrete, and debris. They still left behind razor blades and nails as well as other debris after 2 attempts. - Fence was not finished. Missing topper on front facing section - Wood trusses were missing from the front of the house and one of the ones that was installed was wildly crooked. - Wall plates and other piping that runs into the wall left with gaps where you could behind the drywall - Grouting and finish work in areas that were not visible standing were not done - Cracked kitchen cabinetry was installed and had to be replaced later. The touch up work still has blemishes. - Gouged bathroom cabinet had to be replaced - Broken exterior water spout handle still not replaced - Uncovered wires on AC unit knocked loose by my dog turning off cooling - Crooked overhead shower pipe that as of today I discovered was only bent back into place and shimmed with folded magnets and caulked over. - LED lights in kitchen already gone out - Mold discovered by me during the build process AND THE BUILDER WAS JUST GOING TO FINISH OVER IT. A whole run on 2 sides of a wall had to be removed treated and some of the wood replaced. - Blueprint was wrong and I had to catch the wrong installation of a water heater instead of the tankless system That is what I recall off the top of my head. In my opinion, that's just too much. Another frustrating part is in trying to get all this stuff handled, every time I send in things to be addressed they are never fully taken care of. For example if I have 3 concerns 2 get handled. It's been that way since the build process. The attention to detailed communication is lacking. I will add that I understand the contractor world. I manage flooring contractors in 28 markets across 5 states that service retail customers. I feel like these things are just kicked over and little follow up or accountability to the end result is actually happening. I think it would be nice to hear from someone that is not just in charge of cleaning up the warranty issues. ... More

The Pulte group has been readily available since the beginning to help start the process and purchase a home smoothly. I was pleased to know I can reach the agent so easily for any questions on the process.

Brian the field manager was awesome. He made sure the issue we did have was taken care of promptly and properly. He made our entire build process seem less. This guy is definitely a great asset to your company.

I have a bad experience. The house has some issues with doors and the cover plate of the washer & drier and the theater room is wrongly designed and now I can not install an screen and projector and now the project manager doesnt response my calls

I quite literally cant say enough positive things about this builder, especially Steven Trapp (the Foreman responsible for this area). Any issues at all are always immediately addressed, even things I didnt notice! I feel like the builder actually *cares*, and it wasnt just about getting to closing. We closed on this home about 2 months ago now, and I still feel like we are getting the attention and care as you would offer a prospective new buyer. Its amazing, and Steven Trapp is the biggest part of that.

Overall good experience. Good: My salesman Brad (while still my salesman) and the field manager Steve. Steve was always accommodating and a source of knowledge. Not so Good: Purchased during pandemic and could not go to design center personally to see samples. Had to seek that out on my own to the best of my abilities. That part of the buying process, in my opinion was unfair. I was sold a home with a mask on but couldn’t get the same when time to design my first home?

We’ve had plumbing issues multiple times. One plumber found paint inside the toilet tank clogging it. The paint inside the home rubs off if you attempt to clean anything off of it. Everything that touches the wall leaves a mark or rips the paint off. We have multiple chipped tiles and it occurred within the first 1-2 months of closing. Roxanne, the sales agent was very unprofessional when we had an issue about a stair-railing selection. Pulte was very prompt in following up with these issues once reported. Our home cost in the upper 300’s, we expected a little more.
