Bought my first home with Pulte! Overall great experience. The only issues i encountered was the mortgage process. It has to get pushed back (their fault) only for them to sell it to another company not even a month into owning the home. I also had some walkthrough issues that have yet to be fixed. We like our house and we got a great deal for the home we’re in, I just hope it lasts!

I was taken back with all the things needed to get repaired or modified after closing . The good news is ALL of my concerns and issues got resolved the same day. So no complaints. I will recommend folks to your platform because my assigned Foreman did address and he immediately resolved my demands / issues. Lol, I know I got on his last nerves; but at the end of the day. He and his team took great care of me.

Home is an adequate entry level home... Most appliances and fixtures are lower quality, but functional....lot sizes are a bit small for the money...had a few things break right out the gate...garage door fell off its rails, had to be repaired...fire alarms gng off for no reason, had to be replaced, spectrum utility svc box crushed during home construction...wires exposed...Pulte rep stated that's not their property...which is fine, but install properly during construction and the customer isnt left hanging, I repaired it myself...frustrating...I scaled down to a smaller home on purpose as a ...

The overall home buying process itself was great. It was transparent and exciting as this was for our forever home. I’m just not pleased with the service order I had to put in. It’s been about 2-3 weeks, and I was in contact with someone named Josh, and I let him know the repairs still needed to be made. I have yet to hear back. This does not instill a great deal of trust in regards to home warranty issues.

The buying of a brand new build was not what I was hoping it would be. The limitations on designs and material was disappointing. The design features (for instance, not being able to put a simple bath mat in front of the upgraded shower is extremely disappointing; switches and outlets are not innovative; builder quality material is poor; there is no pride in the build we have or the builds around us. Finally, we did not get what we thought we were - we selected one color brick (using pictures Pulte gave us) and got another completely different looking color, which has made me the most upset, ...

Everyday I'm finding something wrong or needs to be fixed and your back office people are terrible along with the sales manager who delayed our closing I would never recommend you to anyone.

Careful when purchasing a home with Pulte Homes in Bison Ridge…. Stay AWAY from RUBEN he is only interested in selling you a house and he will make you fill like he understands you and he will make you feel like he will go all the way with you, but if you bring a realtor things shift for the worst you will NEVER hear from him again not even to show his face and congratulate you for purchasing a new home. We had so many issues, I went back and forwarded with another pulte sales manager (GARY) and instead of making this BETTER for the client he just made excuses and did not do anything about ...

The salesman, Jeff, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect lot and home plan. The construction manager, Michael, did an excellent job in managing the major and minor aspect of the construction. He really understood every step of the process and kept us informed along the way. Michael took care of any needed corrections right away. Overall, our experience was very positive with Pulte Homes because of their high standards but mostly because of people like Jeff and Michael.

A to Z great experience landscaping should be better as this is great company the elevation nor equal during the rain a lot mud and Watter spot As a builder Pulte great company there quality good just small things the finishing the workers missing the nice touch

Overall happy with the house. Love the layout. I wish my floor was a better quality. I can feel air pockets as I walk around the house. But when I was in the buying process the team took the time to explain and walk me through everything.

It could be better, follow up don’t happen when expected. Still waiting on follow up after closing 3 months ago. Paint quality is poor. Repainted immediately after moving in. Still finding little things that was not caught in walk through but now OUR responsibility although it is fixable.

Sales counselor at Pulte/Bison Ridge was amazing throughout the process. The construction manager kept open communication with us and always kept us updated on the construction schedule and was always ready to answer any questions we had regarding the build. Their warranty dept is great and address any issues very promptly and in a professional manner. Highly recommend Pulte/ Bison Ridge.

Pulte Mortgage was horrible to work with, Trish was the most miserable condescending person I have ever had to deal with. The Builder side of Pulte was great and the salesman Jeff was great to work with also and the construction manager Michael was very helpful and took care of any issues we had. We will recommend Pulte as a builder but do not use their mortgage company side at all.

Shortcuts, cheap materials, poor craftsmanship. Flashing not appropriate size , still waiting to have it replaced and moved in 3 months ago. A/C- poor balance ventilation even after A/C company came to “balance” it. My shower leaks water, so need to get caulking. Some doors don’t latch or handles get stuck. The list goes on..

I love my home I think it’s very beautiful. Minor and some major concerns after only a few months living here. Construction was fast; however with speed they lacked attention to DETAIL. Half my electrical outlets throughout the house don’t work. Finding trash in the walls and outlets. Prepare to not have grass on closing date!
