Enjoyed working with Pulte Homes staff; great home!

Very poor communication between your field Superintendent and customer. During final walk through house was no near completion. Never gained confidence and commitment from your Superintended.

Thought this would be a smooth move in. It was not. House was not complete and promises to fix took too long. Features paid for were not in place and were found at a later time. Some repairs are still needed after a month here.

I have been talking with and working with Pulte homes for over 2 years, Waiting for the plot to open, then waiting for the house to be built. The home structure is really well built, and they are really responsive to inquiries and to issues with the new house build. Ive been in my new house for about 2 months and I'm loving it!

Hi we are happy with our second pulte home we buy. Only thing is that we were told things were going to get done landscaping wise and fixing some outside issues and we haven’t had luck doing this little things.

The sales person was nice at first, then went dark and was unresponsive during the closing process. They agreed to take care of options verbally during close to just turn around and cite the written agreement a week later, claiming the outstanding items weren't on the closing documents so they didn't have to take care of them. Do not go with their mortgage company option I have never seen such incompetence as they displayed throughout the build. This group spent months ignoring my applications and I had to constantly hound them to do the basics of their job. Was not worth the 10k incentive.

My review is of pure disappointment! I have been in my home almost 60 days and I have yet to use my master shower. Hot and cold water lines were crossed and here we are today, August 20th and I still do not have a working master shower. Too upset to say anymore.

Pulte has some really nice floorplans. They build a quality home at a competitive price. I would recommend Pulte builders

Pulte builds great homes. I recently sold some other real estate and invested in 3 new Pulte homes that will be rental units for a few years. When my family begins to retire, we will begin moving into the homes we recently purchased. I was very please with the way Pulte worked with me in selecting and building these homes.

Buyer Beware! If you ever purchase a model home make sure the price you are paying is for a house that is "as is". We bought a model home in Vista Bella in San Antonio, TX and the builder did their best to avoid bringing the home up to new home specifications. Although the new home contract said the home included window screens, during the last days prior to closing they stated they couldn't and wouldn't be including window screens. Because we were ready to move into our new home we signed and addendum, however it still wasn't professional to decline to include window screens with a home. There we also other small issues. Although, overall the home is beautiful and we think we will be happy, make sure you negotiate a very good price for model homes because they will try to change the terms of the contract mid-stream. ... Pretty sure I would not build with Pulte again. It was nothing like the last two houses I had built. The process was not very smooth and the quality of some of the workmanship was lacking. I would go into more detail, but it would take too long.

Overall good experience

The quality of the package for a Pulte home is well designed with value added bonus systems which make the package of a Pulte home a good buy. The onsite team here in Veramendi are above the bar in excellence and responsiveness.

Not responding to issue. Did poor job on grading lawn

We had the best sales person and field managers. Keeping in constant communication throughout the building process is crucial. We checked our house several times a week. All issues and concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Although there were a few things we would have liked to change overall we are very happy with our new home.

We absolutely love our new Pulte Home. The best thing we love is the quality of our Home as well as the weekly updates from Brady our construction manager. That made the process so much completely seamless. Thank you.

These homes could be improved a lot if the workers preforming their tasks cared about the quality of their work and not so much about rushing to complete their task. With just a bit of effort they could make so much better a product and without adding a lot of cost. An example is to have a 4 plug electrical outlet at the bathroom vanity instead of the 2 outlet. Offer (at additional cost) a whole house vacuuming system (Bean is a popular manufacturer). The electricians had to replace the 220 volt cable for the clothes dryer. They used a saws-all that thru bits of grease onto the wall. Nobody cleaned the grease up and when I pointed it out to the painters all he did was paint over the grease. Now I have all these spots on the wall where the grease is bleeding thru the paint. ... More

The entire process was professional and transparent. All parties involved including sales, service and mortgage were professional and went above and beyond what was expected to make sure we were happy. Highly recommended

Would have got 5 stars but my AC line wasn’t hooked up and leaked out into my walls and floor, doorbell didn’t work, oven was broken, melted parts in my dishwasher, grass was dead due to a covered up sprinkler head.
