The quality and workmanship of the build.

I am aware of the problem builders are having retaining workers and getting materials due to Covid, but the buyer is the one paying for this shortcoming. The quality of the build and workmanship is very poor, and the companies response to correcting these issues is lacking thus far. The warranty folks have stepped up and are trying to resolve the issues and I am hopeful they will make things right. It is very frustrating to spend you time waiting on worker to show up and correct problems that should have been done right the first time.

Lack of Commutation and Attention to Detail

Construction managers had poor commutation throughout the process. Most importantly the quality was poor. Paint and stain was spilled all over the tile floor and carpet. Things that were supposed to be fixed were not. Closing was delayed and should have been delayed again. The cabinets came off the wall right after moving in. Poor workmanship overall. Better off going across the street to Ashton Woods.

When life gives you lemons...

You don't actually make lemonade. If this was a Netflix series, my home buying process would qualify for the "horror" section. I could write several books about WHY YOU SHOULDN'T BUY A PULTE HOME. Unreal experience, that I wouldn't wish upon my enemies. I'm already planning on ditching my home and buying a different home, even with higher interest rates. DO NOT BUY A PULTE HOME.

Really poor, cheap and low quality both material and workmanship. Very disappointed and regret chooses this neighborhood. All other reviews that I seen on google and etc is true. Moved here not even 2 month concrete at patio is cracked and leak plumbing near garage door. Hopefully this not happen to other people/buyer because we spend a lot of money and we don’t get what we expected. Always lot a good promise at the beginning, but the truth is way different. Good question, It’s brand NEW HOMES guys, why have a lot an issue? Hope someone take this seriously.

All started well with the sales but after construction started seems to be when it started to fall apart. When I can tell there are glaring issues w/the quality of work (I don’t have a construction background) & bring it to their attention & it’s repeatedly ignored or we are told it’s fixed when clearly it isn’t we should have known it wouldn’t get better. Clearly crooked framing of windows, stairs that are uneven & poor materials used, extreme use of caulking used around light switches (which is a no-no), poorly mixed grout, all around sloppiness & such a lack of concern that this will be ...

The lack and workmanship whenever an issue was addressed The repair looks worse than the original issue Such as drywall and paint Missing vents and missing fuses in appliances Concrete chipped and scratched from running heavy machinery on horrible communication when issues needing repair are addressed

The lack of quality workmanship for the price of the homes

From day 1 it was poor craftsmanship and service. Literally not happy with any portion of this process. At this point I only view the structure (don't even feel comfortable calling it home) as an investment.

The workmanship is sloppy and lazy. All the finishes in our home look terrible and have issues. I’m terrified to think of things behind the walls that we can’t see. There’s no quality assurance and no follow up to reported issues. Do not build with Pulte. I wish I could move back to my DR Horton home.

So many issues with this house and moving in was the hardest. Broken promises from the builder who lied to me and feel tricked into buying a PULTE home

Sparkle and shine up front, but not what you get by end of the process

A lot of promises up front, but a disappointing process. Poor workmanship, little attention to detail, disrespect for the property. All inside doors poor quality, cheapest, not solid, they are hollow. Phone calls not returned. Front yard landscaping had collapsed area next to driveway on closing day, and they installed two trees that are inappropriate selections for the size of the yard. Wish I had shopped around more.

Pulte warranty department never answers the phone, and when you leave a message they don't call back. I called them on Wednesday June 19, 2019 and today is July 1, 2019 and I still haven't received a call.
