Surprise. No drawers in the bathrooms' counters. Shouldn't "cut corners" this way. Painting is OK but not really "professional".

Felt like for the money that we spent, our house should have gotten a lot more attention to detail, workmanship, clean up of our home and yard area, before closing on our new home. Pulte has been good at fixing the major issues brought to their attention thus far. For that we are grateful.

We love our home. Fell in love when we first walked through it. Bruce is an amazing salesman and was spot on through the whole process. We appreciate the guy tremendously. Materials... we are finding some here and there issues, but nothing detrimental. We do think that some of the contractors used should be reconsidered; however, we are happy nonetheless. The construction crew... Kelly... we adore. She knows her stuff and we feel as if she is the cherry on top to the experience. After the sale.. not extremely happy with our sales team here at our home site, but totally looking past the unprofessionalism displayed. Pulte Mortgage.. Tylene and Jeff.. AMAZING! The home is gorgeous. My wife and I are proud to call the home built by Pulte as our home. Trusting it was built with care consideration is in question. Material seems to be high quality but the workmanship is below average. We found areas that were not sealed, parts damaged such as shelves that were cleverly hidden, the trees died outside within a week of moving in, windows scratched with a knife (assuming to remove the plastic cover), and the list goes on. It hasn't been even a month yet. The saving grace is the responsiveness of the build manager. Pulte gives a 30 day support after closing to take care of issues we find. The build manager is very positive and willing to help. From the build manager I can tell Pulte hires their direct employees with focus on experience. I'm not sure they do the same for their contractors. Coming from California where a home like the one we purchased would be 4 times the price. We'd recommend Pulte. ... More

This is our first time buying a Pulte Home, we've owned a DR Horton home. Pulte did offer everything that we were looking for in a home, which was the reason why we went with Pulte. But Pulte lacks that eye for detail in the workmanship of their homes. Poor caulking technique throughout the home, grout on the tile that was not cleaned up before we moved in, lack of detail in their sheet rock cutting. Follow up is poor to get the work completed. Would I purchase another Pulte home in the future if given an opportunity...probably not.

Our energy bill is very low. Our house is spacious, beautiful , and the envy of my family. We are 100% satisfied with our Pulte Dream Home!

Pulte made the purchase of our new house seamless, and very efficient.

Nice employees but poor company & quality. Still scraping paint from tiles, lots of flaws in paint job, drawers don’t close properly, electrical issues (lights in kitchen won’t work after 3.5 weeks of use), washer not functioning properly (part of deal)...the list goes on. I made a mistake purchasing a new home from PULTE. Love the neighborhood but with I had gone with a different builder.

Overall a good and happy experience, some minor issues we came across after closing but are being corrected in a timely and professional manner. Suggestions would be to change out the air filters as soon as possible after closing, register appliances and begin a list of items that need to be addressed for the first year warranty.

This home is beautiful, but since it was still being built upon purchase (we did not build this home), we relied on the sales team to ensure we understood everything about the home. We were told/shown that our yard would be a lot bigger than what it is. The fence was put in seemingly rushed and uneven. The in-home WiFi was a HUGE selling point by the sales team, but 6 weeks later NO ONE knows how to get them to work and now I’m being told it wasn’t part of the “package deal” that the sales team NEVER pointed out. Additionally, upon move in, multiple items that were pointed out during the final walk-through were not fixed. The tile of the home is an absolute pain to maintain and was stained with black marks upon move in, so 8.5 month pregnant me was on my hands and knees with a magic eraser trying to scrub the marks off but they inevitably return since the tile is rough and was not sealed. I am in love with my new house. Colton, who took over my construction halfway through, was always there to answer any questions or address any issues I had. My house turned out gorgeous and all my friends want my floor plan now.

suburban tranquility, very country like setting, easily acceptable

After walking countless model homes and trying every which way to get builders to off ya what we wanted and needed for our growing family, we came to Pulte and got everything and more for well below what we had found everywhere else! Pulte gave us our dreams and made them a reality! From all the different team members, to the ease of doing business, we couldn’t be happier!

So many things.....if I could do it over, I would’ve bought in Fair Oaks Ranch. Pulte Mortgage is a joke. The sales consultants don’t keep your finances private. They also don’t tell you once you sign the note, the HOA sucks and has too many restrictions.

Make sure all items are addressed prior to signing.
