Pulte Homes are good quality, affordable homes! I love mine and Matt was always available for questions or concerns and if something needed to be fixed he was always on it.

From start to finish, we had a positive experience and we are very happy in n our new home. Would definitely recommend building with Pulte!

Pulte was very helpful through the whole buying and building process. When I had questions, they did their best to get back to me as soon as possible. Matt, who oversaw the building process, was awesome. He was always quick with answers to our questions. I also liked that you get a lot for the starting price of your home - ie granite counter tops in the kitchen.

We bought a fabulous Pulte Home in the Alamo Ranch community of San Antonio, TX. I have to commend the entire Pulte team for a job well done. This is our fourth house with moving so much. They did a great job building it and met the deadline even with the tremendous amount of rain. Of course with any new house, you will find small things that require fixing. They didn't leave us high and dry; they responded to our requests in a timely and friendly manner. If the team that assisted us with our home purchase is any reflection of this company than you are in good hands. Priscilla was our sales rep. She was AMAZING! We met her at a different subdivision but ended up purchasing in New Braunfels, and we begged to keep her. She was so sweet to my family and was super accommodating. She drove completely out of her way to meet with my family in New Braunfels to tell us about the home instead of pawning us off to someone else. If we ever reached out to her she was quick to get back to us. Matt, our project manager...I think that is his job title, was absolutely one of the best parts of the experience. Despite me telling him that it was not necessary to reach out to me every week, he did anyways. When we went through our house on the first walk-through, he was extremely thorough and patient with us. Not once when we asked for something to get adjusted did he even act like we were inconveniencing him. Most of the requests we had, he jumped on the same day. I would call him and felt like I blinked and he was knocking on our door to help. This was an amazing experience and truly believe Priscilla and Matt should be used as benchmarks for any company on how to treat a customer. We LOVE our home. Pulte was easy to work with, met their deadlines, and answered our questions. When we had a sewer issue, we called the emergency number at 3:30 am and got a human! Then, Brandon, the warranty specialist fought for us with the city, and all utility companies to get the problem resolved so quickly. The problem was caused by the city, but Pulte stood by me throughout the entire crisis. Great company! I highly recommend this company.

Our energy bill is very low. Our house is spacious, beautiful , and the envy of my family. We are 100% satisfied with our Pulte Dream Home!

I am in love with my new house. Colton, who took over my construction halfway through, was always there to answer any questions or address any issues I had. My house turned out gorgeous and all my friends want my floor plan now.

Having recently purchased two new home builds that were not Pulte, I was amazed at the stark differences between Pulte and the others. Our Pulte home quality and responsiveness to any question or detail was responded to immediately. Our job supervisor was anxious to make sure we understood the process and was always available. Our salesperson was also great!

We had an excellent experience due to our Realtor, Angela, and the Construction Manager, Jack. We purchased a home, which was a new build. We did this from 2100 miles away, and meeting with Jack, in person, once. He could not have been more helpful. He responded immediately to any questions or concerns we had. He was always available to take our calls. He worked late with us on the day we arrived, to do our final walk through, so we could close the next day. He made sure everything was as it should be. The entire process from site selection to final closing was handled professionally and with discretion. Especially welcome we’re the regular updates on the progress at each stage and the ease of assembling and executing the inevitable paperwork associated. The quality of the construction and the support and interest of Evan and Erik from the construction team was excellent. We are very satisfied with the process and enjoying our new home.
