Working with construction team and the finance team was over the top awesome. Very responsive and great people. Steve from construction, and Amber and Cassandra from Finance were just outstanding. As for sales rep, very bad communication with us along with not being truthful at all.

We were not able to catch issues at each step during the build. As you can imagine dealing with problems after you close, takes months to address all the issues. It has taken 2 months to address the14 work orders- that detail badly installed, missing or completely incorrect items put in place. When I say it feels like there was no pride in the work... one example is when there was a safety issues with the upgraded oven, when it was pulled out, we found sawdust, screws and other construction debris plus scratches in the upgraded cabnets- that were literally covered up!(which showed ...

response has been not at all good after closing is done...all open issues prior closing were not addressed and any service ticket logged has been ignored even after multiple reminders through email or in person. Pending works are not being addressed or paid attention to. if the post closing service as committed provided it would be really great. hope at least feedback like this will change the service provided.

Let me start by saying Steve was great and he alone would get all 5 stars however,Pulte Homes would not receive 5 stars from us at all. Changing of staff, lack of communication, trustworthiness was questionable.

Love the design of the home, love most of the materials used, but I would only recommend going with this builder or any other builder if you having nothing but time, patience, and not be in a hurry to complete. That being said… The build took 1 year and 1/2 years to complete. Had I not paid beyond full price for this home considering the current market, I would have been more forgiving and flexible with the quality of the home. I do understand supply constraints and labor shortages, but Pulte really needs to figure out how to hold their contractors accountable for their work. The ...

We had a great experience buying our Pulte home. Construction was almost done when we found our home and fell in love. Chance made the home buying process so easy and our construction manager Brandon did everything in his power to allow us as much customization as possible during those last stages. Both were (still are) available long after closing day to help us with any issues that have come up since!

Our construction manager Reno was great. He was the only one that kept us updated. He made a list of what we requested to fix and he not only fixed them but confirmed if it was to our liking. He went above and beyond to make our home perfect for us.

Drywall and trim finishing

There are many high spot on wall and the ceilings where drywall was not finished for a high quality home. Trim finishing was poorly completed and caulking was used to hide some of the poor craftsmanship completed. A report was generated on 6/5/23 and I have not spoken to a Customer Care Manager as of 6/29/23. Wall and ceiling imperfection was noted on the walk through prior to closing.

We brought our first home with pulte. During 2022 we have signed our contract it took over 12 months for the house to finish…Taking more than an year the house came up with very bad finishing no proper cleaning lot of fixes and it’s been 3 months there are still issues when you spend over 500k in Texas it’s a big thing…they reduce lot sizes and they built very quality less houses… Please do some investigation atleast in San Antonio area when your going with pulte.

From Ana, my sales agent, to my Design specialist, Steven my construction manager, to Heather and Zach with loans, I was well taken care of throughout the whole process. A lot of promises on deadlines and work - No followthrough

The home seems to be priced well, compared to the competition, however, this came with a lot of sacrificed quality and workmanship. The final product workmanship is bad, we walked the entire home pointing out to all defects and bad things, and 5-10% of it was redone, all the blue tape we placed for hours was simply removed and no work was done. We had someone inspecting the house when this took place and they saw the contractors that were supposed to do the work simply remove all the tapes and walk away. Unfortunately, there was a water leak issue in the laundry room of my new home, before I even moved in. I submitted a warranty service request, and within hours received a phone call from Garrett. The entire issue was handled and resolved within days. I am very pleased with the results and Customer Service from Garrett and Pulte Homes.

From the start of our home buying experience, we had nothing but problems with Pulte! We were told initially that it would take 8-10 months to build our new house and needed up taking almost 13. At one point, our house sat as a wooden frame for almost 5 months without being touched while other houses around us went up.
