Salesman mislead us on options and used supply chain issues to give us down graded appliances. Had a number of issues with the finish carpentry. Exterior had mud all over sides and back of house. Was told it would be cleaned by close and on day of closed was a mess. Said it would be cleaned by end of day. Not done, touch up on trim not done, sod was burned out completely in a number of areas. Said it would be replaced. Not done. Pulte Mortgage never presented A competitive offer. Waited until interest rates went up a second time then after considerable pressure submitted an offer that ...

Even on settlement day,there was no preparation for delivery of house,but only the words of the person in charge of of the field and waited,but until now,it has not been fulfilled. 1. It has been more than a month since the water from master bedroom has leaked out and has been shown to the site manager, but there has been no contact yet. 2. I asked to check up garage’ outlet. But he said to me as it. That is it. So I personally called electrician for fixing 3.From the beginning,I made issued that the tree in front of house is something like die.. he said that it is ok. Home that will cracked even before 1 month

The house started showing cracks and the ceiling starts to deteriorated and some drywalls starts to sink within a month. The builder ask you to give them a great survey rate and they do not fix the repairs that suppose to be done prior to closing if you don't comply on it. They claim the house is high quality, but I never seen this low quality even from various leasing apartments

This home has been a disaster.

I recently purchased a new condominium from Pulte Homes (Lofts at Reston Station) and it has been a nightmare. I hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbor, as well as other noise. Pulte staff promised that you would not hear noise from neighbors, but they refuse to complete a sound inspection or take measures to mitigate the noise.
