On the closing day the customer service manager will promise you he will be on top of the maintenance requests and will take care of them soon. But they are not doing it at all, so hard to hear back from them and no issue fixed. Not recommended!

The house (townhome) is great. Very happy with my decision to buy here. Sales experience, financing, & orientation by the general contractor were all positives. The only negative I've found in the two months I've been here is that communication with the customer service guy is lacking in contrast with the rest of my experience here. I'm currently waiting to hear back from him after having a plumber in to figure out why my drains are having noisy air boluses that seem to be related to an underground sewage pumping system. It's been 7 days since the plumber was here.

My home is beautiful and well built. The on-site team (shout out to James, Brooks and Ryan!) has been great - responsive and helpful and always go the extra mile. Pulte corporate, however, could improve their customer service. My closing date was a mess and I had to fight with Pulte to make things right, but in the end they did. After 5 weeks in my new home, everything is looking great so far and the few small items are being addressed.

Some minor issues here and there, but all in all, good experience.

Everything was great until recently when I started living at 18 Degrees. During the walkthrough, my wife and I were told that the insulation between units are good and that there are multiple layers between the units. However, we have noticed that we can hear our neighbors through the walls and that's been unpleasant. For having homes close to a busy street, I would have appreciated a thicker window and better walls for soundproof insulation.

Love my home! I do think they should have included shelves (for sure) and seats in the showers. I need to figure out how to put safety handles in the showers. Wish the tile sealing was already done. Other than that everything is marvelous.

My buying experience was not good, the entire process was extreme obscure, with unprepared people, and many disconnections. The building quality is average, the electrical installations are really bad, and the amount of issues with equipment is bothersome. I’ll definitely either avoid Pulte or be more strict on my next purchase.

The whole process was a breeze. Me and my family are loving our pulte home.

Housing prices are all absurd these days so the value isn't really there, but the process itself was smooth and easy, with tons of help from various people in a timely manner. It was the easiest house purchase by far. The appliances and quality are great too.

After looking at SO many other homes, I walked into a Pulte model home and laughed out loud, saying to myself, “This is it.” I’ve been very happy with the quality and workmanship of my home. Because of supply and labor issues, a lot of small builders can’t deliver in today’s market. With Pulte you can trust that you’re going to get a great home for the price expected.

The builder tries to be a one-stop-shop for all building/selling/financing/accomodation needs. There are some great additions and quality put into construction. Planning (especially electrical locations and accomodations) leave something to be required. The selling segment of the company was helpful initially but fell short when the company pushed to close on all units by 12/31/24 with less than 2 weeks notice. As a result work on punch lists were not (and still have not) been completed. Kudos to the escrow and mortgage people who performed at an A+ level. They were most helpful. Follow up with continued punchlist items still have not been resolved going on 60 days post closing. ... More

Our overall home buying experience was great. The build quality is great, we purchased a town home that was built as a model home, so it had been completed for a bout a year before we moved in. It was reassuring that home had sat through a year’s worth of Western Washington weather and did not have any issues. We had a 3rd party home inspector inspect the house and there were no major issues found. The site construction manager Jeff, was very helpful through out the entire process. He met with us for our pre closing inspection walk through and explained all of the features of the home and the attention to detail that went into every phase of the building process. Jeff was quick to answer all of our questions and continued to check in with us after we closed and moved in to make sure there were not any other issues that were discovered. Great place, well thought design

My home before closing, we went through inspection. Still, there were minor things to be fixed. We asked them to finish and postpone thr closing date, but they didn't allow it. Okay fine, but still some of them remain unfixed.

Recently bought a property through pulte. Their construction overall is of great quality but would really appreciate if they would improve their service at and post closing a bit. In our case they were not willing to move the closing date even by 1 day without charging us but when we did the walk through some issues came up that they had to repair. Nothing major just some finishings but still would be great to get everything handled before moving in. Now that we’ve closed its taking ages to get any work done. Again, the team is responsive but slow at sending folks to actually do the repairs

Overall experience was positive, everyone we worked with was professional and responsive. They certainly communicate proactively when there are construction, permit delays and kept us appraised.

We were very pleased from the outset to the final stage of moving into the new home. Each team member has been very communicative with potential delays, progress, etc. They have responded to our questions in a timely manners and resolved minor issues with new home very quickly. Overall, it’s been a wonderful (affordable) buying experience in a difficult real estate climate and market.
