Where to start, during the build process there was Pe’e all over the floors and toilets, white paint everywhere. All over our black cabinets and railings, literally every piece of trim that was painted resulted in the floor being streaked with white paint. Our furnace was t connected Our $12,000 fireplace has not worked since we moved in three m on his ago. Our back yard and front yard are not even close to level, the neighbors yard is higher causing all the rain water to pool in our yard because the yards were not properly graded So much damage to cabinets that had to be fixed after moving in, so much that has needed to be fixed in general. We have had crews here twice a week for the last three months, and we still don’t have caulk around the base of our shower Water heater was leaking all over garage floor The list goes on. The community layout could have been greatly improved upon. Compared to other new townhome communities in Bothell/MilCreek, Urban Village seems congested. Road built quality is also not up to the mark although I believe the builder may lay out roads again once the construction in the community is complete. Landscaping design and installation pales in comparison to other new townhome communities too.

Our new home is awesome. We are so grateful.

Very satisfied with home buying experience and overall happy with the house. Only problem now is dealing with warranty representative. Unresponsive and denies fix for obvious defect. Asked for appeals process. No response.

Pulte homes are not very certain on closing date and rush on it, so as buyer didnt had proper celebration and worst experience and fixing up cosmetic and couple of damage within home. As a new homer we have lot of question and nothing was properly answer and field manager chnages no often with not at all update to what happen at site. I would not recommend for improper response with sales and field manager here. Unsatisfied and keep getting lots of very very delayed response.

First; Patti, sales consultant, was/is so helpful and often went out of her way to help us. Second; Kevin, builder rep, is great to work with. He acted immediately to some minor issues we had once we moved in. He continues to provide help on additional items and provides recommendation/solution that I can easily perform. Third: Jeff and Todd of the warranty team are very responsive and I feel we are in good hand with them with the items that need to resolved. Listen; I understand our home was build in a crazy time (covid shut-downs/restrictions, labor and parts shortages, etc.) so I give the Pulte team two big "thumbs-up" for doing what that did. Sure there are some issues with the new home, but this is to be expected and more so when your home is built during a pandemic. From the beginning no one seemed to know what they are doing or how to answer questions. Right before our closing date 10 months in they would several water leaks all over the house and mold so they had to ripe out the walls and treat for mold several times. We were told the mold was gone and we had a new closing date so we had a home inspection done only to find the attic was not treated and there was still mold in there. So I was fine with all of this but my issues is that their trades men worked in our house for almost 4 months around our upgrades and there are blemishes on everything. We paid 120,785 to literally upgrade everything ion our house and by the time we moved in our floors and counters had issue they wont fix. But that's not even my biggest issue, anywhere you walk in our kitchen or living room either our kitchen island or living room table rattle. They blame it on floating floors but your floors should not vibe everything around it when you walk. They have said they will fix it but this is yet to be seen. I think if you are going to preach quality you should take your time and build quality, not rush so you can more houses super fast to make the most money possible. ... More

For a track home builder the quality was good. The field rep was good at making sure issues were identified and fixed. The finish carpentry was good, and the home seems very well insulated and air tight. On hot days we can just open the windows at night and then close them in the day and the house stays comfortable. No major issues and we are very happy with the house, I'm not sure you can better value for the price we paid. My wife loves the kitchen, good options we're available and the finish product was well done.

while we do like our new house there were and still are many frustrations. They still have not finished fixing what they said they were going to and we bought out house a month ago. (and i mean there is a laundry list of things). many of our neighbors have expressed the same frustration and are also still waiting for things to be fixed or finished properly on their houses. the building of the house and buying experience was overall pretty awful. throughout the building process we mentioned several issues very early on that were ignored and we were told by our Pulte real estate agent Sylvie to let them to their work because they "have a process and we need to allow them to do their job." 5 months later a good portion of the house still has flash painting on the ceiling. Our real estate agent Sylvie answered some of our questions we had throughout the process. however, either she lied to us about several issues and/or overall communication within the company is awful? It is not a good sign when one meets with the field manager about concerns of your almost completed house and he has heard nothing about the large issues we have been mentioning since feb/march. we met with her to discuss this and she became so defensive she left the room and never came back. that was in May and we havent heard a peep from her since. not even a congratulations on our new house. Whether she was happy with us or not, there was no excuse for the lack of professionalism we received from her the last month before closing. a tip for buyers: do not sign papers for your house until it is done to your satisfaction! once bought all needs including unfinished tasks are sent to the warranty department. Michelle in warranty has been great and done her best thus far to help us however contractors do not seem to respond to or care about fixing things because they are understaffed and pulte cares more about continuing to build new houses than finish the houses that have been paid for. i would not recommend Pulte ... It was terrible and we are still going through it. We were forced to close before the house was completed. We’ve been living here for over 1 month and things are still not done. It is a nightmare that we can’t wake up from. We still cannot access the Pulte Home site. There’s no technology support. It’s ridiculous for a publicly traded company. It’s shameful.

Overall the experience was a great experience. Unfortunately the pandemic made some things very difficult and I can’t blame Pulte for that.

Very quick response time to any questions or concerns we had, and an eagerness to solve those concerns. 10/10 would recommend

What we really appreciate about Pulte is the ability to customize your home. The floor plans fit our lifestyle, and the location of home is breathtaking. Homes are energy efficient and complete with amenities expected in homes today. They are one of the few, building single story homes.

With the reputation of Pulte we expected a much better experience. Throughout the build process there was minimal communication and when there was, the information was not correct or trustworthy. Our home was delayed several times due to "Covid" when really the builder had issues they were not upfront about. Our home was broken into the day before closing, which delayed us 3 more days. Pulte has no security onsite or care that this happened (we were not the first home with this issue in the neighborhood nor will we be the last I'm sure). After move-in, our experience with the warranty department was abysmal. Our dishwasher, furnace, and dryer vent all had issues and did not work. These all took over a month to remedy. The dryer vent was installed with a screen (code violation) which could have easily caused a lint fire! Overall we are just disappointed that a home in this price range turned out the way it did. ... We lived 2700 miles away and had never visited the site until the day we moved into our new home. The Pulte team of Patti, Rob and Eric were great to work with and went the extra mile to make everything come together.

The staff was great and answered all questions in a prompt manner. In terms of construction, a few small issues. First, the laundry room door can’t be open (it swings in) while accessing the washer. Second, the washer and dryer doors open giants each each. So you have to pull the clothes out of the washer and go up and over the contacting doors. The doors should be on opposing sides so you can transfer directly. This is especially true if we pre-ordered the washer and dryer from Pulte. The water and electrical hookups are known, so the models can be selected based on that. Third, the bathroom accessories are installed well but do not seem very sturdy. Plus, the markup on them is absolutely insane. From what I’ve seen them sold for online, I would say 50-100x. Fourth, noticing paint where it shouldn’t be. Fifth, a few other installation matters/decisions associated with personalized selections left me a bit baffled and made those selections difficult to use. And yes, maybe I should have noticed during the walkthrough. But it’s tough to see stuff initially. And more difficult to see through sheetrock until you start to mount/install certain things. ... We closed on our new home on 1/28/2021. Entered on 1st Feb,2021. We reported our dishwasher was not working and pulte seems to have know there was an issue with our dishwasher but they hid from us during closing because the red horse that supplies water to dishwasher was shut off. When we turned it on the water flooded on floor under the kitchen cabinet. We requested it to be fixed on Feb 2nd and they pronised to send a tech on Feb 23 which they later cancel on Feb 21. It is very frustrating that We have not been able to use the dishwasher since we closed on our home. We don't know when it will be fixed since they canceled the appointment. Generally high quality construction. Always a few challenges with any large project, but they are very responsive to the issues.

great house great neighborhood. guality materials and plan. couple minor issues at closing but Pulte being very responsive to correct. this is my second pulte home..i love it.

They are eager to sell you a house, construction times vary a lot and when things need to be fixed it turns into the speed of molasses running down hill. The lots usually end up looking a great deal different than the plot map they give the owners!

My townhome is beautiful! However, there are many issues with the construction and carpentry. I have had an issue with my front walkway flooding, which has not been resolved. After over 6 weeks, there has not been mail delivered. Townhouse is not as sound proof as I was informed.
