For the amount of money we spent on the home and the lack of completion of our home when we moved in was very disappointing. The little things you thing would get a lot of attention on are lacking throughout or home. 2 months later and we are still waiting on things to be completed.

We were promised that the house will be ready on the 19th Dec. I took all week vacation. At 1pm i got a call that i wont get the keys that day. 2 hrs before i was supposed to move in. During the inspection we found so many defects and the house wasnt even ready. We are still having issues with so many stuff. Loud noise when the furnace stops running. We asked John (Manager) and his respond was, it is normal. Jason (QA Manager) is very helpful and trying to find the problem. There workmanship is very poor.

I feel this build was rushed to get finished before the end of the year even though we purchased in May. Build didn’t get started for a couple of months and even though we purchased prior to 2 other lots (weeks/month) ours was the last one to get started. Multiple issues left unresolved and found poor displays of workmanship while living in the house. With the reputation of Pulte we expected a much better experience. Throughout the build process there was minimal communication and when there was, the information was not correct or trustworthy. Our home was delayed several times due to "Covid" when really the builder had issues they were not upfront about. Our home was broken into the day before closing, which delayed us 3 more days. Where to start, during the build process there was Pe’e all over the floors and toilets, white paint everywhere. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. From the beginning to the very end, the entire process was horrible. The lack of communication was the worst experience I have ever seen. I have been in the home now since the middle of September and I'm still waiting on final touch ups throughout the home. I would never recommend this company to any family or friends. Very unfortunate because the location are great. Ps. If you can get the contractors to follow through with the finishing touch ups that would be great.

The complete home buying process was horrible, a train wreck, by far the worst of any new build house I have purchased. It took 16 months from the time we signed our contract until closing with over 10 months being the build. The drawings for the house didn’t align with our options in our contract and then the house wasn’t even built to the drawings causing massive delays due to rework including redoing basement concrete to add plumbing that was never installed for the entire house and redoing framing in the basement and first floor. Toured a home under construction in Dec 2019, had about two months of work left, signed contract. Failed inspections delayed, then rain weather delayed by a month, then pandemic delayed. Repeatedly asked for a detailed schedule of work, never received. Framers and drywall guys were horrible, field managers could care less went through 3 field managers till finally someone would listen to our concerns. Delayed several months , every time we pointed out build issues they moved onto the next house.

Pulte homes are not very certain on closing date and rush on it, so as buyer didnt had proper celebration and worst experience and fixing up cosmetic and couple of damage within home. As a new homer we have lot of question and nothing was properly answer and field manager chnages no often with not at all update to what happen at site. I would not recommend for improper response with sales and field manager here. Unsatisfied and keep getting lots of very very delayed response.

I really liked it when I toured the model house. However, after I moved in and living here for about couple months now, I am very disappointed that how poorly its made and there are so many little things that have issues. They have extremely bad workmanship. The number of problems we found in the first month of ownership is just ridiculous. The fireplace did not work, clearly it was not even tested by the builder. The stove has issues with multiple burners not turning on promptly. The landscaping was not evened out so pools of water were building in the yard. There are huge gaps under the baseboards but we were told it is "within tolerances." We have reported all of these and more issues to warranty and nothing has been fixed. Pulte was horrible from start to finish. No communication. No honesty. No quality. Ignored several of our requests entirely. Messed up the few small changes we asked for. Delayed closing multiple times because the house wasn't done. Our inspector said it was one of the worst houses he'd ever seen. And that's not to mention the lack of landscaping or drainage. Nothing but regret for us.

Very poor skilled labor, cracks in shower wall, cracks in kitchen cabinets, pieces and miters cut short, wall boards with voids everywhere, expensive hardwood flooring creaking everywhere, Pulte told us to wait a year, then they will look at it, make great quality!
