This company doesn’t care about the quality of their product. Everything is sub-par, including the actions of much of the staff. You’ll close with a laundry list of incomplete items.

Terrible Experience

They have extremely bad workmanship. The number of problems we found in the first month of ownership is just ridiculous. The fireplace did not work, clearly it was not even tested by the builder. The stove has issues with multiple burners not turning on promptly. The landscaping was not evened out so pools of water were building in the yard. There are huge gaps under the baseboards but we were told it is "within tolerances." We have reported all of these and more issues to warranty and nothing has been fixed. Don't waste your time with Pulte. Their homes are not worth the money paid. Light ...

Don't Risk Your Hard Earned Money

STOP! If you still can and do your research by reading the reviews across the country and the lawsuits filed. After putting down earnest and becoming contractually obligated attitudes change. READ the contract before signing and you'll find EVERYTHING is in Pultes interest. Dont assume their tactics to incentivize by using their mortgage company is the best either. They too were not professional and had questionable practices. I will also tell you that very literally every stage throughout the build had issues with quality. What can I not say? Here's a list of everything that went wrong: 1. No communication at all 2. Never told me during the whole process why my home was really delayed for almost 6 months! Interest rates went up, never locked in a rate early because I was told that it would finish next month, next month, next month. and soon December 2021 became May 2022. Pulte didn't care, they just wanted to get the money 3. Workers smoking and eating inside the home 4. No security, hence things were stolen from the home, which then delayed the home 5. Pulte Is Horrible

Pulte was horrible from start to finish. No communication. No honesty. No quality. Ignored several of our requests entirely. Messed up the few small changes we asked for. Delayed closing multiple times because the house wasn't done. Our inspector said it was one of the worst houses he'd ever seen. And that's not to mention the lack of landscaping or drainage. Nothing but regret for us.

Very poor skilled labor, cracks in shower wall, cracks in kitchen cabinets, pieces and miters cut short, wall boards with voids everywhere, expensive hardwood flooring creaking everywhere, Pulte told us to wait a year, then they will look at it, make great quality! Not excuses for poorly built homes.

Received a home with many issues. Toilets clogged, gutter clogged. Painting all over the floor. People seem to misguide and give wrong information. Why did Pulte think my Review is in appropriate? I am writing my true experience.
