I knew the minute I saw this home, neighborhood and price this was the house for me. I love that the home has 8' doors throughout, large lots, fantastic features (such as self closing cabinets, tankless water heater, and complimentary paint touch up at the one year mark). The sales process was simple and Grant was great as he worked closely with my realtor to make sure all was in order for the transaction. Dennis did a great job of walking us through the functionality throughout the home and how to operate things, and took care of a few items discussed as part of the first walk ...

We bought a move-in ready house and closed within the month. The process for us was extremely quick and smooth. Our sales rep Sammy was patient and got us a great deal and our superintendent. Josh was on top of getting the little details knocked out for us. We love our house and can’t wait to spend many years there.
