Great experience so far.

Quick smooth and easy process

Our experience was very good. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but that is expected for a new build. The only negative was being surprised by things that are not in our home that were in the model. That was a bit of a disappointment. Being a spec home there were no choices. Overall we are satisfied.

With buying my own home from Richmond, I was happy to see how easy the process was and how great it was working with the lenders and sales agents. I also appreciate the quality of work that was taken in to building my home. I also loved the incentives being offered at the time of purchase. It definitely made it more affordable in the current market.
