The super was personal and responsive to my concerns at every step. I feel this home has a better overall design and finish than others in this price range!

Lynette (Verrado AZ location) made the whole experience easy going. Since I live out of state she even sent pictures of the house being built here and there. The follow up to making sure we were comfortable in the house was spot on. So a great experience in purchasing this house and I absolutely love it!!! Thank you all who had a hand in this experience

Sales agent Brigitte was wonderful and patient with me. Loan officer Jennifer went the extra mile. Superintendent Jesse took personal interest in ensuring any concerns fixed. On top of this great team, I like the home layout, choice of sytles, quality of materials and excellent skillls of the folks who build everything.. This company is run very well from end to end.

The whole process, from buying to moving in, was super smooth and well-organized! The quality and value of my new home totally exceeded my expectations, with great craftsmanship and design. The builder’s team was awesome—really responsive and did everything they promised, which made the whole experience easy! Richmond homes was very professional and answered any questions you had at a timely manor

We have had a great experience buying our new home. It’s big, spacious and my family and I we find ourselves comfortably living in our house. It definitely excelled our expectations!!! We encountered a few minor things that needed attention but once we contacted the person in charge of it, the things were taken care of right away. I’d recommend Richmond to anybody looking for a home.

We searched for several Months and came across Light sky Ranch. We are so happy we choose Richmond American Homes the Quality and Craftsmanship is beyond perfect. Light SkyRanch is a great friendly area to live and the kids love all the amenities they have to offer.

We looked at several other builders before we saw the Richmond models. Nothing else compared to the quality that we saw with the Richmond homes. To make things even better, Anne, was amazing. She was so helpful and seemed to really care about making sure you were in the know every step of the way as well as getting everything you wanted.

We were very pleased with the overall experience purchasing our new home from Richmond American Homes. Just to prove it when we had someone come to measure for blinds, and someone to come install water softener/osmosis in our new home they both were impressed with the builder and quality of work which made their job easier!

The house is still being renovated and I haven't moved in yet. I won't be able to provide more ideas until everything is renovated and someone moves in. So far, everything is going well.

There hasn't been very many issues.

Sales was great, kept us informed along the way. Construction was also great, even explained the progress when we dropped by once in a while. Title was very efficient. But the Lender was a bit more difficult. At one point our income was not completely documented after we had provided all the asked for info several times. This almost caused us to fall out… last minute! After we had sold our previous home and moved to temporary housing. The processor finally got it all straightened out and we closed on schedule.

Such a great experience as my first home

This was our first home purchase but not the first exposure to the home buying experience. A family member recently closed on a new construction from a different builder and it was a headache and total mess for them. We all know about the horror stories. Our expectations were low and we figured it’d be like pulling teeth to have any concerns addressed. This was not the case! We couldn’t be happier with our home. Jesse, Rex, and Chad at Desert Oasis II truly deserve to be recognized. Thank you gentlemen for our forever home. We will raise a family in our house and make lasting memories. This wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for the care and attention from start to finish. I am a detailed oriented person and was floored by the quality of craftsmanship that Jesse and Rex turned out on our home. We have had nothing but great things to say about Richmond American to our family and friends.
