I like the house and quality of the work they done, but I had a bad experience with one of processor officer lack of communication regarding the paperwork, no response when we call and no retuning, overall I am very happy. Thank you for give me a chance to expression.

My family and me we are so happy. And in my family we are happy to come across the right people.

Our first view of the models in Rio Rancho and the excellent customer service provided by Geraldine had us sold. She was very professional and went through several scenarios with us so we understood options. She suggested that we visit models located in another community so we could physically see the model we wanted to make sure we loved it before we committed. She is definitely an asset to Richmond American. Once the build was started we met with Mike and Chris throughout the process and they were extremely approachable, knowledgeable and answered our many questions along the way. We have had but excellent service. All staff has followed thru and taken care of all issues that have arised.

David found a home that worked with my time frame, delivered on schedule. Josh was awesome during the walkthrough and follow-up. He was patient, informative, and thorough.

The best part of the entire process is how seamlessly it was. Special mention to Dale on sales, the way he manage the communication to my wife and kids made a difference, I was ready, but the rest of my family gave me the thumbs up after talking to Dale. The handover from sales to finance, then to the loan department, and everyone in between. This process, from Richmond, was focus on making sure I was informed of the next steps and feel comfortable at any point. Our sales agent Ricky Chase was nothing short of amazing. He explained everything very thoroughly and the whole process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I was only disappointed in the final walk through the super Intendent was very lazy about getting things handled and done before move in so it put us behind. Nothing bad to say about the experience

Tanner did an amazing job! Always there for all of our questions (we had a lot!) Came by to see how we were doing a month after we moved in. Never had that type of customer service when buying a home!

We have had a very good relationship with Dale, Judy and Kelly. Always there to answer questions and take care of us.

Bought a new house on a new subdivision, as many other houses are getting built, lots of trash blows all over the place and most to the park and driveways. HOA just sends letters to all home owners, to tell us to clean after ourselves, knowing that 98% of trash is from construction trades .

Overall, we’re happy with our new home—it has great features, and we’ve settled in nicely. However, for a home priced just shy of half a million dollars, there were a few design choices that left us disappointed. For example, the house has a clear color theme, yet chrome accents were used in the bathrooms, while the rest of the hardware and the kitchen faucet are matte black. This inconsistency makes the chrome look cheap in comparison. Also, while the kitchen drawers are soft close, the cabinets are not, which doesn’t make sense in a home at this price point. On a positive note, the staff we worked with were fantastic—very helpful and professional throughout the process. While we love the home, we think more attention to detail in design and craftsmanship would have made the experience even better. ... More

With any home your going to run in to issues I have had some issues come up that the Richmond team took care of promptly and with a sense of urgency. I have only had my home for a few months now but everything seems to be going smooth.

We had a very positive experience while buying this new home. We moved from another city so it was a bit more challenging. Everything went as planned and in a good time line. The only issues we've had so far are workmanship of items in the home, inop window, lazy touch ups in places and not in others. As far as the value...it's ok. My sister bought a new build with another builder and got so much more for her money. We almost have the exact same lay out too. I feel for half a million dollars a 2,000 sq foot home should come with more upgrades and a few extras. I've purchased a few new builds an preowned homes in my life and that is just my opinion. ... Richmond American Homes provide a combination of Great Floorplans, Price Point Value and Overall Buying Experience at the Entry Level - Mid Level Housing Arena !!

The experience with the sales person Zack was great and with all others during the purchase process! Now that we are in not so good sent work order for things that needed to be fixed and have not been contacted yet! We need some major things fixed like a pipe in our roof that just goes into the attic but connected to nothing. I can see light around my front door, garage door into house does not latch properly as other doors have same issue. We have a trusses in the attic that is cracked etc. sure would like these things fixed. Also if you want an independent inspection done make sure you set it up with plenty of time at least 3 to 4 weeks so they can do all their checks on the inspector. Overall a very easy process getting in the door. After close though, we have reached out a couple times trying to get rollover items and inspection issues addressed with no response. To be fair we have only tried communicating directly and have not gone through warranty. The issues are also minor, primarily being paint touch ups.
