There hasn't been very many issues.

Sales was great, kept us informed along the way. Construction was also great, even explained the progress when we dropped by once in a while. Title was very efficient. But the Lender was a bit more difficult. At one point our income was not completely documented after we had provided all the asked for info several times. This almost caused us to fall out… last minute! After we had sold our previous home and moved to temporary housing. The processor finally got it all straightened out and we closed on schedule.

Such a great experience as my first home

Sooo happy with Richmond home from day one till close.

This was our first home purchase but not the first exposure to the home buying experience. A family member recently closed on a new construction from a different builder and it was a headache and total mess for them. We all know about the horror stories. Our expectations were low and we figured it’d be like pulling teeth to have any concerns addressed. This was not the case! We couldn’t be happier with our home. Jesse, Rex, and Chad at Desert Oasis II truly deserve to be recognized. Thank you gentlemen for our forever home. We will raise a family in our house and make lasting memories. This wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for the care and attention from start to finish. I am a detailed oriented person and was floored by the quality of craftsmanship that Jesse and Rex turned out on our home. I like the house and quality of the work they done, but I had a bad experience with one of processor officer lack of communication regarding the paperwork, no response when we call and no retuning, overall I am very happy. Thank you for give me a chance to expression.

Our first view of the models in Rio Rancho and the excellent customer service provided by Geraldine had us sold. She was very professional and went through several scenarios with us so we understood options. She suggested that we visit models located in another community so we could physically see the model we wanted to make sure we loved it before we committed. She is definitely an asset to Richmond American. Once the build was started we met with Mike and Chris throughout the process and they were extremely approachable, knowledgeable and answered our many questions along the way. We have had but excellent service. All staff has followed thru and taken care of all issues that have arised.

David found a home that worked with my time frame, delivered on schedule. Josh was awesome during the walkthrough and follow-up. He was patient, informative, and thorough.

The best part of the entire process is how seamlessly it was. Special mention to Dale on sales, the way he manage the communication to my wife and kids made a difference, I was ready, but the rest of my family gave me the thumbs up after talking to Dale. The handover from sales to finance, then to the loan department, and everyone in between. This process, from Richmond, was focus on making sure I was informed of the next steps and feel comfortable at any point. Our sales agent Ricky Chase was nothing short of amazing. He explained everything very thoroughly and the whole process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. I was only disappointed in the final walk through the super Intendent was very lazy about getting things handled and done before move in so it put us behind. But Rick spoke up and got everything done so we can now enjoy our beautiful home!!! We absolutely love it!!! Thanks Ricky

Nothing bad to say about the experience

Tanner did an amazing job! Always there for all of our questions (we had a lot!) Came by to see how we were doing a month after we moved in. Never had that type of customer service when buying a home!

We have had a very good relationship with Dale, Judy and Kelly. Always there to answer questions and take care of us.

Bought a new house on a new subdivision, as many other houses are getting built, lots of trash blows all over the place and most to the park and driveways. HOA just sends letters to all home owners, to tell us to clean after ourselves, knowing that 98% of trash is from construction trades .
