Buying with Richmond homes was a really good experience, as you know, buying a home can be very stressful but the team at Richmond homes made it very easy and communicated all the way through the process, Francisco, Jennifer and Darcie were guiding us every step of the way through the process and got us through. My family is happy with the house. A+ experience.

The sales rep, Jennifer, was a pleasure to work with! She answered our questions and messages at all times of the day. She went out of her way to assist us in this purchase. The site superintendent, Arnold, and his assistant were very responsive and professional to work with. They made sure things were corrected after the initial walk-through. Very much appreciated the on-site team for this development.

Moving from CA to AZ was not an easy decision, very Nice Sales person Janna made little bit easier, got a beautiful house in Nice location. everything was smooth, little bit of missing quality issues like water leak, but they fixed it very fast in few mins after calling.. warranty person Melissa also very nice and quick response. Overall we are very happy with house Richmond American built. may be just one request, allow one or two customer request also along with their pre selected designer items, please also consider design phase functional aspect example not having single drawer under bath sink. Suzanne was absolutely amazing. She was there from beginning to end. We never went a day wondering. She was so attentive. Chris the Assistant Super was so knowledgeable. He was very responsive to emails and concerns. There was not a question that he didn’t find the answer to. Because of Suzanne I would go through the buying experience over and over again.

Make you feel like family, very attentive

Everything was completed as per the timeline presented. Any issues that popped up Brandee hopped right into and assured it would be taken care of.

We had a great experience working with our Richmond American realtor. She communicated with us along the way and helped make the process smooth. Our Superintendent has also been great. Richmond does a very good job of keeping you informed during the build and has been very responsive to questions after the move in. We highly recommend everyone take the time to look seriously at what Richmond offers in Buckeye.

They are very informative, they so not pressure you for anything which is good. Buying a house is a enormous commitment, and they made me feel very comfortable.

David found a home that worked with my time frame, delivered on schedule. Josh was awesome during the walkthrough and follow-up. He was patient, informative, and thorough.

The best part of the entire process is how seamlessly it was. Special mention to Dale on sales, the way he manage the communication to my wife and kids made a difference, I was ready, but the rest of my family gave me the thumbs up after talking to Dale. The handover from sales to finance, then to the loan department, and everyone in between. This process, from Richmond, was focus on making sure I was informed of the next steps and feel comfortable at any point. Overall, we’re happy with our new home—it has great features, and we’ve settled in nicely. However, for a home priced just shy of half a million dollars, there were a few design choices that left us disappointed. For example, the house has a clear color theme, yet chrome accents were used in the bathrooms, while the rest of the hardware and the kitchen faucet are matte black. This inconsistency makes the chrome look cheap in comparison. Also, while the kitchen drawers are soft close, the cabinets are not, which doesn’t make sense in a home at this price point. On a positive note, the staff we worked with were fantastic—very helpful and professional throughout the process. While we love the home, we think more attention to detail in design and craftsmanship would have made the experience even better. ... More
