Many small issues were not taken care of. We were told smoke detector batteries were replaced. They were not. Back deck repair to ceiling never completed. Many bent screens were not replaced. Bathroom mirror promised replacement was never done. I have called Paul about these problems with no response. We were not asking much to have these problems resolved. Guess I will be repairing myself

We have had a great experience buying our new home. It’s big, spacious and my family and I we find ourselves comfortably living in our house. It definitely excelled our expectations!!! We encountered a few minor things that needed attention but once we contacted the person in charge of it, the things were taken care of right away. I’d recommend Richmond to anybody looking for a home.

Muy mala experiencia todo mal construido y defectuoso. Y muchas mentiras por parte de los vendedores le dicen muchas mentiras a los cliente solo por vender y ganar su comisión deberían de darle salió para que mientan . Y me dijeron que mi casa iba hacer igualita a la casa modelo y nada totalmente diferente . Muchas cosas no me gustan también me digerían que el terreno iba hacer más grande y nada pero voy agarrar un abodago por que tengo pruebas mensaje donde me disen las medidas del terrero y no es verdad

The experience with the sales person Zack was great and with all others during the purchase process! Now that we are in not so good sent work order for things that needed to be fixed and have not been contacted yet! We need some major things fixed like a pipe in our roof that just goes into the attic but connected to nothing. I can see light around my front door, garage door into house does not latch properly as other doors have same issue. We have a trusses in the attic that is cracked etc. sure would like these things fixed. Also if you want an independent inspection done make sure you set it up with plenty of time at least 3 to 4 weeks so they can do all their checks on the inspector. We are completely pleased with the workmanship of our new home. However, we were not satisfied with our Richmond American agent. This individual was not forthcoming with the process and changing information. We would get information from our lender before we would the Richmond agent.

My superintendent is very professional and knowledgeable.

The builder did ok. House wasn’t really clean when we took possession. Title was fine. Would never use the builders lender again. The incentive was not worth the pain of working with them or the horrible rate. Highly recommend using another lender.

We are pleased with our Richmond home. Kelly from sales was amazing all the way. Excellent follow through with our needs. Jennifer explained the loan and kept us updated. Some challenges but we pulled through with her help. Only drawback which we knew is we could not make any changes to the upgrades or plan as it was pre-set already. Overall, we are still happy and blessed with our new home.

Buying experience was interesting to say the least. Very intrusive with the Mortgage process… However, what was more shocking was the builder and the Superintendent’s attention to detail and lack of follow up on my needs. I was not made to feel like I was number 1 so why would I make you feel like you are number 1? Poor service and lack of communication. This is who you have representing your homes? Wow. All concerns could have been easily remedied with proper follow up and proper communication. Never received a 30 day walk. Still trying to reach them…

We searched for several Months and came across Light sky Ranch. We are so happy we choose Richmond American Homes the Quality and Craftsmanship is beyond perfect. Light SkyRanch is a great friendly area to live and the kids love all the amenities they have to offer.

The home buying process was easy, and our sales person, Dale, was responsive and answered all of our questions. Janelle with the mortgage side of it was great! She was very responsive and patient with us as we worked through the process. We appreciated that. Our home tour was very thorough. Richard and Jared were very informative and have been great with follow up. We really like our 8 foot doors throughout our home, including the garage door. We especially love our paver brick driveway and patio. It adds a beautiful touch to the front of our home. The only negative would be that the cleaning of the home prior to move-in did not meet our expectations. We had to clean some things when we moved in….white grout residue on kitchen tile backsplash and tile in master bath shower. The floor tiles had some smeared grout and paint specks in some areas. new buyer at West Park community in Queen Creek, after hearing Richmond American as good builder. But I am a bit unimpressed. The workmanship could be better, especially on paint. After Cody being the superintendent at the very end of my house closing, things seem to move along better. But after my house is closed, my issues, like the 30day work list, don't get any attention after weeks' communication to my sales rep, superintendent, and Richmond American Home Care.

We looked at several other builders before we saw the Richmond models. Nothing else compared to the quality that we saw with the Richmond homes. To make things even better, Anne, was amazing. She was so helpful and seemed to really care about making sure you were in the know every step of the way as well as getting everything you wanted.

We were very pleased with the overall experience purchasing our new home from Richmond American Homes. Just to prove it when we had someone come to measure for blinds, and someone to come install water softener/osmosis in our new home they both were impressed with the builder and quality of work which made their job easier!

Did not clean up mess on my floors and in the garage floor,

First, shout out to Ken (Area Dir of Construction?), you rock. We wouldn't be here if you hadn't stepped in. The sales rep, Gina, was wonderful. I always felt she was working hard for us to have a positive experience. After adjustments were made to the field team and Cody took over, we felt there was very good organization and responsiveness up to the closing and then beyond the closing to complete items that needed adjustment/replacement. We love our new home and look forward to many years of enjoyment. Thank you Richmond American.

It was not a pleasant experience as the home we wanted was told it was sold while in actuality it was not. The home we purchased has issues that are not being resolved. Poor quality of paint resulting in painting with superior paint prior to moving in. Garages are all too small to accommodate larger pickups. And the real clincher was looking in the attic above garage are ceiling joists with incorrect bevel cuts still used offering little ceiling support. Obviously inspectors don’t do their job.

We are very very happy with our new house Richmond American make sure that we have the best deal , we want to thank Casey Johnson for all his help he works with us for 2 + years until we finally got are house! Thank you!!
