Overall we love our new home, the design , space and flooring are the best. We did not like the fact the loan company did 3 separate credit inquires within 6 months. This greatly decreased my credit score. I did not also like the fact that we had to call several times for your company to fix a broken tile and fill up a hole next the water and gas meters.

Superb Superintendent, others need attention.

Overall my experience at first hit a snatch with Brandee. But overall I gave them a second chance and Anthony was superb in getting me back on track. Great home but overall it needed Anthony’s oversight which allowed him to deliver a home for my family. Appreciate overall everything and their continuing professionalism.

Disappointed with the quality of contractor craftsmanship and condition of home.

None of the punch list items from walk through the week prior to Closing were worked on until morning of Closing. Several unfinished items remained unfinished six weeks later, even after promises from the superintendent to complete them.

For the amount of money you spend on a home from Richmond, one would expect better quality workmanship and a completely finished house. Instead you get pushed to buying a home as is , and they want you to make and burn of your personal time in order for them to complete the work they should've had done to begin with. But dont worry you'll still get issues surprising you every mo th so you'll have them using/wasting your time for years to come. So exciting.. Also (legal advise) do not make false promises to your buyers and try to give your buyers a hard time after your false advertisements ...

If I would have no I would be going through so many issues with Richmond I would have never purchased a house. They have horrible communication and never get anything done when you TRY and get ahold of them. I explained to them how I didn’t want the supervisor on our property to do anything to try and get our issues resolved but still nothing has happened. The only reliable person was jose . He helped us purchase the house but other than that the first time home buying experience with Richmond in sahuarita has been horrible. Please really look into it before you buy. I do not recommend.

The sales stuff does not communicate timely and make preparing for walk through and closing very difficult and not a pleasant experience.

What a nightmare!

This experience has been an absolute nightmare. Two days after move in, our downstairs bathroom flooding raw sewage. A month and a half later we’re STILL waiting for fixes! The super rarely answers the phone, and if he does, he has no idea the deadlines of material. The installers show up unannounced WITHOUT supplies because they thought Richmond was supplying everything. It’s a cluster mess and miscommunication around every corner.

Richmond had too many houses they closed on in the same week so mine got half done. Paint, drywall, doors, trim, stucco, list goes on forever needs final touchups that were never done before closing. Really expect a better quality for a brand new house at this price. Supervisors have been less than helpful getting things fixed and now I have had to take off countless days from work and essentially not been able to move in fully for two months now wait on repairs including full paint in all rooms and no one at Richmond cares about the inconveniences it has caused me because they got their ...

I wouldn’t recommend buying a house with Richmond American. This has been the worst experience ever to buy a house. There was absolutely no verbal communication from finance at all. Every time I called no one answered the phone. They would barely communicate through email. I feel that they did not walk us through the process and nothing was explained. When I threatened to pull out of deal the communication was worse. Nothing was thoroughly explained from the beginning to the end.
