I wouldn’t recommend buying a house with Richmond American. This has been the worst experience ever to buy a house. There was absolutely no verbal communication from finance at all. Every time I called no one answered the phone. They would barely communicate through email. I feel that they did not walk us through the process and nothing was explained. When I threatened to pull out of deal the communication was worse. Nothing was thoroughly explained from the beginning to the end. I had to come out of more money at day of closing because it wasn’t explained to me. The ...
