The Worst Home Buying Experience Ever!!!

Between a 2 month delay, showing up to a scheduled walk thru 3 times to a home that was clearly not ready for a walk thru, the superintendent not providing a completion date but instead saying "any day now", not communicating with utility company to understand what is pending, the home left sitting with minimal progress for 4 weeks while they wait for a meter, not fixing/completing any repairs leaving it all for us to submit claims AFTER moving in, 2 months after move in only completing 1 repair, & continuous lack of response from superintendent and customer service; what was supposed to be ...

Definitely not the experience i wanted to have on my first purchase. No built correctly so many details left out, they rush to built this community they dont care if its good or bad. Terrible experience not purchasing a richmond again. After a month still waiting for things to get fix from blue tape walk. Terrible, terrible!

Suzanne is exceptional; she consistently answers all questions and offers any assistance possible, significantly enhancing the experience. My first walk-through went smoothly, and we addressed all issues. However, my second walk-through was disappointing. I drove two hours only to find that the issues hadn't been resolved.
