The best experience I had with Richmond is the sales rep. Inna was very detail and responsive and she was absolutely great to work with! She went the extra mile to help me! It was a great experience!

Everyone we worked with in Richmond American was very responsive and professional. They made our home purchase really easy.

Many new changes in the way homes are built. Your house construction is amazing. All corners are exact 90 degree. Very good attention to detail. House is very energy efficient. Happy we bought it.

Right from the start of wanting the house, putting down the retaining fee and given the close date, everything went as expected and in a timely order. Happy with the team and would do it all over again.

We were well informed at all times. Maggie was great!

Amanda was amazing! She’s very communicative and supportive. She walked me through the entire process and gave me construction updates almost weekly. She went above and beyond and came went to meet me at their office before they even opened. Jimmy and Kyle were great! They explained explained everything during my walkthroughs. Great customer service. During my final walkthrough, Kyle said, “We want you to be happy with your purchase.” He stuck to his word and fixed most of the discrepancies I found during my final walkthrough.

The process was great. The only issues I had was electrical issues, and was not very happy that my heater during extremely cold mornings was out for two days. But Manuel communication was great and extremely sympathetic and helpful. Lupe also was awesome when I had questions regarding the house. The issues were resolved and have not had any since then.

The whole process was met my expectations of a builder.

Carla and Nicole is very helpful during this home-buying journey. Tim is very responsive for every question I have about the house.

The workmanship on my home is very poor, I’ve already had a few issues and we have lived in the home 4 weeks. Thankfully the warranty side has been fairly responsive and quick with repairs.

Great home BUT. Our counter is coming OFF of the wall after living here for 2 WEEKS and we were told it’s OUR problem. NO. Our stairs have 4 staples per stair facing UP. Our children have suffered cuts and bleeding from our stairs. That’s an absolutely Ridiculous and I’m sure you as a company would agree that these issues, especially children getting hurt from your stair staples, is ridiculous.

Buying experience was good but closing experience was not went very well, I think they need to be more organized, because everyone was waiting for last minute. home design and quality of materials is not good.

Honestly, the process of getting a loan was alot of work. Since we don't have a Realtor representing us. But everything else was smooth sailing. The representative and everyone involved was excellent with quick response to my questions or need. I will definitely recommend richmond home to my friends and family

First, I would like to thank my loan officer for being proactive and responsive to my questions. Thank you Kim for all you did, was pleasure working with you. I just hoped that we were given the right amount from the get go by our first sales agent. It was a great tactic pitching the house for a lower price, and when we are seen as really eager, we were informed that all houses needed to be curated and prices will increase. Not appreciated since we really wanted to move forward. And we switched to another sales agent, as the first one switched to a higher role. I really like Mina as she answers my questions right away even in her days off. Very responsive and gives me updates from time to time. There was just misunderstandings on my attempt to switch lots which I am glad did not happen as I really love the one we ended up having. So, it worked out well. There was some minor issues upon moving in which can be fixed right away. And Aleks and Kyle make sure it is resolved or advise on how to get them done. Overall, this buying and moving process was a crazy process but I was really surprised with how things turned out. It was my plan to move to a new house this year and I was not disappointed. The overall experience was good. I would however liked to have the opportunity to add a few upgrades. Simple things like tile upgrades, a patio fan and pendant lights over the kitchen countertops.

Overall great experience. A few issues with the quality of the build, however the home care specialist so far has been very responsive and extremely helpful with our home warranty repairs.

We had a smooth process in buying this house. We have only had 1 issue with our kitchen sink which was fixed in a very timely manner. Everyone has been very helpful and nice.

Home buying experience was very quick and easy for the most part. Quickly of home seems like a quick done job with cheap materials. Not attention to detail.

Mina has been responsive and takes care of all of my concerns.

I am please with the model I purchased. It is beautiful and spacious. My only problem is that construction discrepancies and defects really have not been corrected promptly. Had there been a bit more attention to detail and quicker response I would have awarded a higher score.
