We had a smooth process in buying this house. We have only had 1 issue with our kitchen sink which was fixed in a very timely manner. Everyone has been very helpful and nice.

I’m had the greatest experience buying a new home from Richmond America Homes in Roseville,Ca. Sales associates Lori and Katrina were great to work with. Loan Officer Chris was very helpful throughout the process. Whole team at Richmond America Homes made buying home enjoyable and delightful.

Great experience - From the start Steve was great and the complete experience from mortgage process to closing was seamless. Pricing was the best in the market.

Wonderful builder that cares about the small details. Quality materials. Stay away from their recommended Lender. Will cause headaches at best, delays and penalties and risks loss of deposit. Because of the Lenders experience, I took away some stars. Imagine the feeling of unable to close due to Lender wanting proof that something that was NOT done, waiting for IRS response, and delay penalties accruing daily for weeks and to the point of forfeiting the down payment deposit.

We bought a model house that was built in year 2020 and seeing a couple of physical problems and signs of usage, instead of being a brand new home.

Jaelle has been and continues to be very helpful through the buying process of home.shr showed us a couple of models . It was a move in quick home. We loved the home and for the price we felt very happy that we were given a good deal. We quickly put down payment and within two weeks we owned and closed house. She also helped by opening home to workers or packages I had sent to house. She is very trustworthy. I continue to ask questions after moving in and all the girls in office and dj got home warranty have been so helpful and made buying and taking care of house worry free. She is experienced and knows a lot of real estate-related knowledge. She helps Buyer and answer various questions. She is very patient and helpful, making buyer very satisfied and have good experience.

Home buying experience was very quick and easy for the most part. Quickly of home seems like a quick done job with cheap materials. Not attention to detail.

Overall, I am satisfied. I was very happy that I don't have to pick colors, lighting, accessories and etc. The only thing that I do not like is that I could not make any changes for elderly/disable access to go in and out of the house and the bathrooms.

Our experience buying our first home has been extremely disappointing. We were thrilled initially and didn’t catch every detail, but since moving in, we’ve faced issues daily. From a curved wall and crooked outlets to holes in the walls and sloppy paint with drops all over the parquet, the quality has been dismal. The laundry machine was also damaged. It’s obvious they rushed to finish the build just to get paid, without attention to quality or care. This has turned what should have been a happy milestone into a constant frustration. We wouldn’t recommend Richmond America to anyone.

Great Experience easy to work with we love our home

The home is okay. There could have been a lot more smarts used when planning the backyards. Why are the homes backyards sloped?? Well because they didn’t want to make the effort to actually level out the backyards & make the homeowners pay extra to have retaining walls built. The builder definitely cut corners on materials and craftsmanship when making these homes.

First, I would like to thank my loan officer for being proactive and responsive to my questions. Thank you Kim for all you did, was pleasure working with you. I just hoped that we were given the right amount from the get go by our first sales agent. It was a great tactic pitching the house for a lower price, and when we are seen as really eager, we were informed that all houses needed to be curated and prices will increase. Not appreciated since we really wanted to move forward. And we switched to another sales agent, as the first one switched to a higher role. I really like Mina as she answers my questions right away even in her days off. Very responsive and gives me updates from time to time. There was just misunderstandings on my attempt to switch lots which I am glad did not happen as I really love the one we ended up having. So, it worked out well. There was some minor issues upon moving in which can be fixed right away. And Aleks and Kyle make sure it is resolved or advise on how to get them done. Overall, this buying and moving process was a crazy process but I was really surprised with how things turned out. It was my plan to move to a new house this year and I was not disappointed. Been having pluming and ac issue . Haven’t responded to my concerns in a timely manner. Hard to get a hold of people

Buying experience was good but closing experience was not went very well, I think they need to be more organized, because everyone was waiting for last minute. home design and quality of materials is not good.

The buying process was somewhat stressful due to Richmond pressuring us to sell quickly! when we sold our home after only being on the market 1 day Richmond lagged on finishing our home 3 weeks past the date it suppose to be finished.

Before we moved in, we noticed that the floors had lots of over sprayed paint on the floors that we thought would be cleaned up but it never got cleaned up, so I've been spending lots of my time going through the floors and slowly removing them. Some of the baseboard or wall is bowled and not even, and the paint job is looking like a rushed job with bad quality. The home is beautiful outside but the inside workmanship has me starting to regret going with this builder. At this point I can't really recommend unless quality is improved.

The overall experience was good. I would however liked to have the opportunity to add a few upgrades. Simple things like tile upgrades, a patio fan and pendant lights over the kitchen countertops.

Mina has been responsive and takes care of all of my concerns.
