My name is Dinora. I just recently bought a house from Richmond corporation . The reason I am writing this letter is for the falling reason: is to let you know that I wasn’t in agreement to pay the extra amount of money ( $5200) I was charged for delaying the closing, pushing the walk and also to refuse to sing that I was blamed for. I have all the text and emails from rager Martin from Home American mortgage corporation and also Myrna Leano Scrow officer . I was submitting everything both asked for it which was quite many requests and I signed the day after I was approved for my loan. My question to the builder is would he give me the house key before my loan was approved, I don’t think so. So where was my delay, it would not matter how soon I did the house walk I was not approved for my loan . I have all messages and emails. Response time and action taken is lengthy

They buying experience was made really easy with the help of Ester she was extremely help. Joel has been very responsive but with Josh the has he would reach out and schedule someone to fix some cracks on our corner beads and has not reach back out and scheduled any date for repairs. Most of the team for Richmond has been fantastic

I couldn't be happier with my experience working with German. From the initial process to the walk-through, the entire process was smooth, transparent and well-managed. I believe the quality of materials is great; however, I can't say the same thing about workmanship. A lot of the tagged items were fixed before closing but a few weeks into moving in, I am noticing quite a few items that still need to be fixed. I haven't started the reporting process for these issues but I'm looking forward to a great experience just like how it was from the beginning of the home buying process.

This was our first time buying a house and our rep, Jessica, was so responsive and helpful! We were in quite the time crunch, and she went out of her way to make sure we were able to finish on time. The quality of the house is definitely above standard compared to other builders in the areas we've been looking at, especially for the price. Its easy to go online and find negative reviews or complaints for any builder, but its hard to find compliments. I wholeheartedly recommend Richmond--especially to anyone on the fence!

Working with Richmond homes is a wonderful experience with you what options you have open for you, what you would want to actually get and how you achieve this dream of owning a new home of your choice. No confusions, no bs and no design your home drama. Simple choice make life easier and their offer to give those changes at affordable cost later on is another add on that you would want. Post handover support was great as well.

The home-buying experience can be fraught with challenges, exciting and stressful. But because all Richmond Home American staffs was accommodating and approachable. All details were presented to me and my husband in a step-by-step process efficiently. Each step made it a memorable journey. My family and I, find it rewarding as they create a space that reflects our lifestyle and aspirations.. Ultimately, holding the keys to our new home made it all worth it.

The total experience with Richmond Homes has been a very disappointing and frankly a very unpleasant one. What is said and presented by the Sales Associate is not what you will get. You will find out that very cheap materials have been used, and very poor craftsmanship in construction of the home. Every time the shower and toilets are used on the second floor, the sound of the water coming down the pipes in the walls of the first floor is extremely loud and very annoying. The price of the home goes higher with additions given to you after you have placed your honest money for the downpayment later to discover you have been over charged for items that are standard in most homes. Once the mistakes are pointed out, they come back with a line, "my mother's house has the same thing installed" or "you can buy it at Home Depot and change it yourself" ... More
