overall experience was good especially betty and victoria but the loan officer she provided me such a stupid lady kim like she has bad attitude never reply to your calls emails and messages i don’t know why hire that kinda idiot people in their teams. if your loan officer is kim good luck to your guys. they need to fire her alteast then her attitude towards truckers little nice

Hi , thank you for building my dream house . However it would have been more cheerful if there was transparency in sales and mortgage team have handled professionally . My sales person ,All was good but I would have appreciated when I look at model houses would have told me what’s the basic model and upgrade model difference , how many lights I will be getting , am I getting 1 sink , extra cost for another sink approx . I came to know upgrades in gallery only . I have to buy solar panel and mortgage to have credits .i felt like there was no transparency. These little things was not ...

Home is Overpriced and Cheap Materials Being Used.

The total experience with Richmond Homes has been a very disappointing and frankly a very unpleasant one. What is said and presented by the Sales Associate is not what you will get. You will find out that very cheap materials have been used, and very poor craftsmanship in construction of the home. Every time the shower and toilets are used on the second floor, the sound of the water coming down the pipes in the walls of the first floor is extremely loud and very annoying. The price of the home goes higher with additions given to you after you have placed your honest money for the downpayment ...
