Best home buying experience!

Our home was already built when we bought it but it feels like a quality home. Every person we have dealt with from sales to loan to walk through and warranty items and trade people have all been very friendly and professional. With the few warranty items that have been found, Richmond has been very responsive. We are happy with our home and our overall experience.

We started looking at Richmond homes almost a year ago! We were a little nervous about buying our first home but working with our sales agent Carin - she really helped ease our fears. The process was seamless. From our many conversations, many times just stopping by the office and picking her brain to the walk through a to closing - it was an amazing experience! Eight years ago we had a home built in Thornton by Richmond American. Now, in October 2024, we bought another brand new home. We've been please from start to finish with our sales person Holly, the building team, and the finance team. We really like our house and are making it our permanent home. All stuff was professional and supportive. We really love our new home. I was built with high quality and care of customers.
