The Richmond community of home builders were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional in making our home purchasing venture a pleasant, and very relaxed process. We felt very comfortable and well prepared all the way to the closing date. I would highly recommend purchasing a home through Richmond.

The Sales staff actively worked to resolve any issues during the process. The construction team as well as onsite customer service team were responsive and quick to address items needing attention.

Concern Regarding Wall Issue in My New Richmond Home I specifically chose to purchase another Richmond home because of the exceptional experience I had with your team when I bought my first Richmond property. While the new home is stunning, I have significant concerns about the quality of construction in one area. The wall above the fireplace is visibly uneven, something that was not immediately noticeable during the walkthrough but became apparent on the first day we hung a television. Being informed that this issue is not covered under warranty—just two days after closing—is both surprising and disappointing. I have always associated Richmond with superior quality and service, which is why this experience feels especially disheartening. Hailey worked well with us. We were frustrated with the sewer issue and how long it took to "resolve".

With any large transaction you are going to have some issues along the way. But one thing that I felt confident about along the way, was that those issues would get solved. Travis was always a phone call away and willing to help or point me in the right direction anytime I needed anything. The loan team (Jenn Fuggi) did a good job breaking things down for us so we could understand our options. This was our first home, so it was a bit overwhelming ant first, but Travis and Jen helped calm us down and Keep us on pace. Overall I felt satisfied with the experience.
