We had a fantastic experience with Richmond American Homes at TrailMark! From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. PJ, our sales consultant, was genuine, pleasant, and truly eager to help. He was never pushy or high-pressure—just the opposite of the stereotypical salesperson. He really listened to us and worked closely with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Josh was quick-witted, responsive, and completely on top of everything. With only a week until closing, I honestly doubted the entire punch list would be completed—but he promised it would be handled, and he delivered. Everything was done, just as he said. My process of purchasing a new home was made easy by the professional teams at every level. From early November finding my new home to settlement in early December, everyone was very helpful at each phase. I would recommend this team to all my friends looking for a new home.

Generally excellent. Builder helpful in getting details ironed out. On site agent very thorough in showing house video and managing purchase. Mortgage and title were thorough. Bought while out of state so everything handled online except closing paperwork. Only negative comment is so many different offices and people involved it was hard to keep track of who was doing what.

From start meeting Arin and her assistance to my wife and I and even the recommendations to assist us to getting qualified was greatly appreciated. Even meeting the staff at Asher Landing that assist with any issues found after moving in, Grant is always very helpful.

The quality and workmanship are well above average and include so many features that make them move-in ready! There are beautiful floor plans to choose from and we quickly fell in love with one that gave us everything we needed. Our sales manager, Realtor, and site super were all easy to communicate with and helped to make the whole process even better. We can’t say enough good about this experience!

From initial contact to and beyond closing, aside from being what would describe as the consummate Realtor he was professional, consistent and super personable. He always responded to my questions and calls with a since of urgency and provided the needed answers. For me the several crooks and turns that occurred while working through the loan process often stressed my out and invoked major anxiety and to be quite candid ticked me off.
