What I didn't like was the loan processor. He didn't give me the whole about the property tax as a veteran and when I reach out to question, he never respond back. I really don't appreciate it.

Your sales agent; Erin was absolutely amazing. She was so responsive and went above & beyond so many times for me. I really felt like she cared about me and wanted my home buying journey to be great. She exceeded expectations. Corey; the superintendent was so patient and kind. He wanted to ensure I was happy with my home. He too went well above and beyond in many circumstances. He was superior to previous experiences I experienced with superintendents for new homes. The quality of the home was very good for the price. I was actually glad it did not have light fixtures so I could customize my home the way I wanted it. My only recommendations would be to not use flat paint (use satin as it cleans and can be touched up easier) & install better appliances. The water heater on the other hand is awesome. The realtor, Arin, was very professional, helpful and attentive throughout the buying process. The superintendents were very helpful during the walk-through. The legal team (attorney’s) staff and title company staff were all very helpful throughout the buying process. It’s a well tuned organization, it seemed.

Purchased a new home in Fernandina Beach Florida. Selling Agent was professional, patient, informative and responsive to questions. She knew the community well and took great pride in her job, company, and in helping us find the right home!

PJ, our sales consultant, was genuine, pleasant, and truly eager to help. He was never pushy or high-pressure—just the opposite of the stereotypical salesperson. My process of purchasing a new home was made easy by the professional teams at every level. From early November finding my new home to settlement in early December, everyone was very helpful at each phase. I would recommend this team to all my friends looking for a new home.

This experience could not have been more smooth !

Quality home, well built. Community mail boxes built 4 months before I closed. Still not functional so I get to drive 8 miles to the post office once a week to get my mail. This is just unacceptable.

Suri Sales and Devin Builder were great to deal with. They were honest, did what they said. Very appreciative.

Generally excellent. Builder helpful in getting details ironed out. On site agent very thorough in showing house video and managing purchase. Mortgage and title were thorough. Bought while out of state so everything handled online except closing paperwork. Only negative comment is so many different offices and people involved it was hard to keep track of who was doing what.

I couldn't be happier with our new home at Morada. The attention to detail, and friendly service made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It's a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Highly recommend it!!

From start meeting Arin and her assistance to my wife and I and even the recommendations to assist us to getting qualified was greatly appreciated. Even meeting the staff at Asher Landing that assist with any issues found after moving in, Grant is always very helpful.

We think very highly of him and his overall way of going about business with Richmond Homes and a potential buyer. I will recommend him to anyone inquiring about buying a home and steer them towards Richmond Homes and tell them to deal exclusively with Suri. I know that any sales person's main thing is to sell a property but with Suri we felt that making sure we received a quality experience along with the home in the manner we could best afford was also foremost in dealing with us. We never felt pressured or pushed towards things that were not needed. His knowledge of the home product itself and all of the features, appliances and overall features impressed us and helped greatly in the home buying process. It was awful...if time could go back I would never purchase this house. I moved a month ago and one thing after another doesn't work. I have been promised multiple times that this will be corrected or that.....never happened. I have uneven ceilings, broken cabinet, uneven flooring, chipped wood in stair rail and hundreds of other things.
