The initial process was a bit confusing, but as we moved forward, we understood the process and allowed it to run its course, and we are grateful and thankful that we did, because the home is everything my wife and I ever wanted in a home, and we are so overwhelmed with joy and happiness that it's crazy! It was a pleasant experience. As soon as I was shown the home I knew right away it was where my future led me. Everything was done in a timely manner, correctly and I was well informed of every single step. I do not regret having had ran into so many beautiful people wanting to help and accomplish the goal my home. Thank you to everyone many blessings.

My sales person Anthony was great! Followed up very well with my questions and paperwork. The superintendent Brian has been very helpful. However, the title company dropped the ball, very delayed forms, I only had 2 days. Big rush.

The lender used by Richmond is horrible. My sales associate Pam was amazing. The lender was in organized and wanted to change my closed date after driving 4 hours to Haines City. Their communication skill

During our final walk through we identified many things that needed to be addressed or fixed. We have been in our new home for well over a month and several of those issues have yet to be resolved. I have heard many times, from multiple people that "we will take care of it", yet we continue to wait. They did take care of certain issues, but others are still incomplete.

Still haven't talked to anyone about warranty issues and have been here 2 months

To many things that are need to be repaired and incomplete. Model design is good but builders are need to improve the quality.

The beginning of the process was very smooth but by the end was a disaster, disappointment. I think the loan processor and the underwriter didn’t use the information they have for weeks prior to the closing with excellency. They was required information, transactions and payoff the day before closing, and also the closing day they was very late on everything. After we finally close I didn’t have the key for my new house and let me in shame in front of my family and friends, specially my wife, to me was a disaster.

Low quality workmaship of details. Property was deliveres not cleaned except vacuum. Provided list of items to constructed and seems it was ignored, never camr back to report. Seems people do not want to be bothered after closiog.

The people they hire to build your house do a terrible job, workmanship is horrible. Their models are built to detail and beautiful! Don’t expect your home will be built that way. Everything they give you has some sort of damage, from doors, door frames, floor molding, kitchen sinks, marble countertops, appliances,etc. Sprinklers they put in your yard are not properly done and they basically sit on top of your lawn. My advice run as fast as you can. Cause you’re going to have to spend thousands of dollars fixing stuff.

Richmon construction team have been using my electricity and nobody has respond to my requests about this inconvenience

I loved the design of the house. However there was lot of things were not done before closing. They gave us bad walls, some walls they didn’t even finish painting, broken tiles with holes in the grout, bathroom tub has a big hole, light fixture broken, floodligh missing, roof was leaking when it start raining, the faucets are not properly sealed so the water drips down to the cabinet. Toilet paper dispenser they drilled a big nail. Big list. I bought the house I because I love the design. I know you guys take care of your customer, the supervisor David who build the house did a horrible job. I have to go through warranty to get things fixed. They forced us move when my wife was pregnant, I asked them if they can postponed the closing since the house is not done. They said NO. Very bad experience. But I am hopeful with the warranty. I will not recommend to anyone

My experience was very bad from the beginning. The seller deceived me into signing a contract and giving my deposit by offering things I did not received. When I brought it up to a management absolutely nothing was done. I moved into a home I am not happy with. I will give them a zero if I could, the whole process was very bad.
