We met Lizy when we first started our search for a new home. First stop of the hunt. Liked the homes but the location just wasn't right for us. Several months later I found the perfect Richmond American Homes development in a different county. Messaged her to see if I mentioned her name if she would get some credit as she had sold us on RAH's. She drove over an hour to show us this new location. Rosemary was amazing and helpful throughout the entire home buying experience. Rosemary kept me in the loop at all times and met all issues that arose head on.

It's good experience with Richmond American Home as the Design lay-out suitable to modern home. I understand the material related with cost saving that's added to the value, But the workmanship is lag of attention to the detail. I trust Richomand American Homes builder, and would suggest the after sale also needed some attention.

Beautiful home inside and outside

Where do we start… We purchased our house sight unseen. The quality looked great on the brochures!! It is far from it. They use low grade contractors that don’t care how they build it. The craftsmanship is horrible. We have had SEVERAL issues on our house from day 1 and still going to day 95. Yeah sure they will send out their contractors but be for warned they will only patch or do amiss poor job repairing anything you ask them. We are living in hell and wish we could take it all back. We tried several times to contact their corporate center only to be ghosted!! Absolutely terrible communication throughout the entire process. We have never made a worse decision than this building our lives and we have built several houses. If we could give them zero stars we would……. You all have been warned! ... More

My wife and I are truly grateful for the quality of the home and the professionalism of the team that we deal with and you’re not left out on an island after the sale you receive emails and they truly do want to make you happy.! Need to set up a day to pick up garbage, recycling etc…Other than that it’s a promising young community where we hope for the best

I love my home. I’m grateful everyday the entire team played a role in me obtaining the American dream. There were some small hiccups, however the were addressed and handled with urgency and respect for us. I have told several friends about this builders product. Respectfully

We love our house and our experience in our purchase. My only complaints are we were told the back yard would come back twice through our walkthroughs, and it is horrible to this day . Also our ac is very loud even the neighbors have said something to us went through warranty they say nothing is wrong but clearly something is . I say this because all my neighbors are very quiet

Our community sales representative Mary was amazing, but our recommend lender was a complete nightmare, if it wasn’t for me being a person that stands on business and did not want to lose a great deal, I would have gone with another lender or just gone somewhere else.

The process was smooth and easy we loved the house and the details everything was very well made and clean and neat. The sales person and construction manager were both kind and helpful in everything. We totally recommend for future homebuyers

Rushed through orientation and walk through. Agreed to do things and didn't. Learning much of the information he shared was inaccurate, so trust factor on remaining is at a low. Had an issue with the Garage door and when repairman came indicated hinges just needed oiled, but Contract Supervisor didn't know this? Basically he ruined an otherwise great experience with poor customer service.

From the very begining the whole process was , profecional,excelente and tthe proceso was fast. The employees were Kind and fast to respond any issue ......thanks for averything....

The sells agent, finance manager, and builder were great to work with and provided an excellent buying experience. The mortgage process was a complete nightmare - if you can get your own financing Do it - Save yourself the heartache and craziness. I can not imagine financing a large amount, ours was less than $100K and it was a complete disaster of an experience.

Beware - the builder doesn’t address any of the items flagged nor conduct cleaning, based on your first walk through. The build looks NOTHING like the model. The model has way more amenities than what the builder provides. Construction workers leave trash all over and the builders just build right on top of it instead of picking up the garbage. Cheaper carpet, less cabinets, less lighting, cheaper grass laid out on all lawn areas (should have been St. Augustine, per my closing document), no backyard irrigation system. In addition, no one teaches you how to use your water heater, how the fire detectors work together, how to properly set the irrigation system and you have to pay for a permit for every single thing, including replacing the cheap landscape installed! The home that we purchased is already built and too many issues we are dealing with and it’s been a month since we moved in. A/C was not working, had to call the maintenance to repair after 2 days of moving i , water leaking from the roof, scratches in the window.

Good overall, just underwriting conditions was exaggerated. I will recommend the company.

We recently purchased a home from Richmond American Homes. The process went very smoothly from first contact with Anthony for home tours to closing. Anthony was(is) very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process. Our home is everything we wanted it to be with the exception that it did not come with gutters and downspouts, which we have since had installed. The quality and workmanship of the home is above the entry level home, and we toured several from many home builders. All of the people that I came in contact with were great. Briana was there every step of the way. Rosemary also was a great assistance to me after I moved in. Gabriel also ensured that everything was taken care of from the walk thru. I highly recommend Richmond American for the quality of their homes and customer service.

Extremely dirty inside and out. Walls way out of square, paint rubs off of the walls with ease. Paint all over the exterior windows. Electrical outlets not connected. Would never purchase another home with this builder.

Shop extensively. View neighborhood & neighbors carefully.

Trustworthiness, security, availability, following through the whole process and the completion!!

There is no customer service or help with anything after u close. Need a 30 day walk through for warranty and have had no contact with any about this and no one returns phone calls.
