I just relocated from Chicago, by myself… and the Richmond Homes team made it so much easier with awesome service and attention to detail. Janeen was the first Richmond Sales Agent and she is frickn AWESOME!! She made a very tough and difficult part of my life very simple and supported!

From the very begining the whole process was , profecional,excelente and tthe proceso was fast. The employees were Kind and fast to respond any issue ......thanks for averything....

Very happy with the value and quality of the house.

My sales person Anthony was great! Followed up very well with my questions and paperwork. The superintendent Brian has been very helpful. However, the title company dropped the ball, very delayed forms, I only had 2 days. Big rush.

We are very pleased with the purchase of our new home. However We would have preferred that a floor plan option were offered to us before we sign the contract. We saw the model home and we fell in love with the floor plan, but apparently they built the floor plan they had available or they just decided for us. Also the superintendent was not very helpful and nice when we close our house since there were pending issues to be completed in the house that he never took care. Other than that the house is beautiful. There are areas where there were needed more lights like in the living room where they put only one single light! The trees were dead when they delivered the house to us. There were two appliances brand new and already broken. We had to call the manufacturer and have them fixed by ourselves! No assistance from the builder! The backyard lot was not properly delimited so they put the limits like 20 feet less than what our survey plan says. I would say I have no complaints about the way we qualify and financially speaking close the house, but we are not happy with the way the superintendent dealed with the pending finishings of the house. The sales agent started out well but in the end was snippy. With this company you won't be treated like a customer so don't expect it. I wouldn't recommend them to friends and family for customer service nor the way construction issues. House hasn't settled so that excuse for the current issues is null. The home is beautiful but the service turnaround is slow.

The lender used by Richmond is horrible. My sales associate Pam was amazing. The lender was in organized and wanted to change my closed date after driving 4 hours to Haines City. Their communication skill

During our final walk through we identified many things that needed to be addressed or fixed. We have been in our new home for well over a month and several of those issues have yet to be resolved. I have heard many times, from multiple people that "we will take care of it", yet we continue to wait. They did take care of certain issues, but others are still incomplete.

Our community sales representative Mary was amazing, but our recommend lender was a complete nightmare, if it wasn’t for me being a person that stands on business and did not want to lose a great deal, I would have gone with another lender or just gone somewhere else.

The home that we purchased is already built and too many issues we are dealing with and it’s been a month since we moved in. A/C was not working, had to call the maintenance to repair after 2 days of moving i , water leaking from the roof, scratches in the window.

Rushed through orientation and walk through. Agreed to do things and didn't. Learning much of the information he shared was inaccurate, so trust factor on remaining is at a low. Had an issue with the Garage door and when repairman came indicated hinges just needed oiled, but Contract Supervisor didn't know this? Basically he ruined an otherwise great experience with poor customer service.

Underwhelmed but good enough house. Some cheapness in finishes, appliances/AC unit, materials and installation for cost sitting, cutting corners. Dealings were deceptive or non responsive.

Still haven't talked to anyone about warranty issues and have been here 2 months

Landscaping is POORLY designed. Walk thru inspection tasks are not completed on time. ARC Requests do take LONG time for approval.

To many things that are need to be repaired and incomplete. Model design is good but builders are need to improve the quality.

There is no customer service or help with anything after u close. Need a 30 day walk through for warranty and have had no contact with any about this and no one returns phone calls.

Beware - the builder doesn’t address any of the items flagged nor conduct cleaning, based on your first walk through. The build looks NOTHING like the model. The model has way more amenities than what the builder provides. Construction workers leave trash all over and the builders just build right on top of it instead of picking up the garbage. Cheaper carpet, less cabinets, less lighting, cheaper grass laid out on all lawn areas (should have been St. Augustine, per my closing document), no backyard irrigation system. In addition, no one teaches you how to use your water heater, how the fire detectors work together, how to properly set the irrigation system and you have to pay for a permit for every single thing, including replacing the cheap landscape installed! The construction supervisor did not handle the issues appropriately or in a timely manner. Full of excuses and knows the issues but showed little care to resolve appropriately.

But make sure they do what they say at walk through

THE BAD. Our house was filthy after closing. Workers used our bathrooms, broking promises by builder in regard to our driveway. Paint spots on carpet in every room. The tile floor had paint specks and excess grout and some type of adhesive spots. Bathroom counter top had silicone smudges all over them. THE GOOD, The neighborhood and residents are great. The house house has a good layout. The sales team and superintendent seem to care

The beginning of the process was very smooth but by the end was a disaster, disappointment. I think the loan processor and the underwriter didn’t use the information they have for weeks prior to the closing with excellency. They was required information, transactions and payoff the day before closing, and also the closing day they was very late on everything. After we finally close I didn’t have the key for my new house and let me in shame in front of my family and friends, specially my wife, to me was a disaster.

Low quality workmaship of details. Property was deliveres not cleaned except vacuum. Provided list of items to constructed and seems it was ignored, never camr back to report. Seems people do not want to be bothered after closiog.
